Sooo I moved my service from At&t to Verizon. From the beginning Alex Hernandez went above and beyond to make sure we were good. We had some hiccups with AT&t releasing my hubby's phone. Finally when that got resolved , we experienced little issues BUT Alex stayed in contact with us. Checking in on us. Last night I had a horrible experience with customer service she wouldn't listen and nor did she look up my account. My husband and her exchanged words and she ended up asking us to leave. I asked for a manager to call. The manager called me and said for me to go back and they would cancel my phone order I said I'd left I'll go back tomorrow morning. This morning Daisy, whom I'd give 5 stars if I could. She was polite and more importantly she actually listened to what I was saying and saw what I was trying to show her. She was very helpful. She was able to cancel the phone order which has gotten mixed up anyway and had customer service on the line to help with the other order. She ended up being able to cancel both phone orders releasing my lines back to me so I can go get new phones. I appreciate her help and her customer service! I hope her manager Victoria sees this and recognizes her professionalism. Obviously, if the first employee would have actually listened this could have been handled better. read more

I came into this Verizon with my sisters, we were trying to open an account and get a phone for each of us when we were approved for more then 3 lines and after that we were racially profiled as if we could not pay the taxes for all the phones. The person that was "helping" us name was Eric and he was very rude, snappy, and smart mouthed with us. Do not purchase from this location or Verizon for that matter. I purchased two Apple watches from this location. The associate accidentally rang up the incorrect size of watch and BEFORE checking out, swapped it out for the correct one. The return was not processed correctly and $650 was removed out of my bank account. I have called multiple times and revisited this location twice. Both Verizon and this location pin blame on the other. Three weeks later, neither has a solution. I am now being forced to dispute the charge through my bank. The associates are nice, but it's very clear if you run into any issues with your contract or billing - you're on your own. I can't believe the amount of time I have spent trying to recoup such a costly mistake. read more

The WORST customer service experience. Went in for help after learning from Verizon tech support that the initial in person service 3 days prior to add my mom to my account and port her old number from the old provider to Verizon failed and still needed to be completed, and needed an unlocked phone to do so. Verizon tech support said any location could help in person because the old phone was turned in during the initial in store visit as a trade in to upgrade my mom's phone. The person working at this Verizon stored laughed at us for trading in her phone the same day as initial visit, said he couldn't help us, and refused to call other locations to see if another location could assist claiming he didn't have the phone numbers to other locations. Even refused to check us in when we arrived to see what he could do to help. Absolutely awful service and will never return to that location. Highly disappointed after being a Verizon customer for 20+ years. read more

I traded a phone in back in the mid of AUG - iPhone 11 pro max 256 gig the girl helping me didn't ask me what size gig(smallest one)I wanted 512; she just got one from the safe. she took my old phone as a trade in and said oh you will see a credit in 1 to 2 billing cycles - I have spent months - I've gone in there face to face. she said oh sorry I resubmitted it and actually gave me a hard copy of the trade in receipt to which I wasn't given before and why Verizon had a hard time checking into status of this - she advised 1 to 2 billing cycles... yet to see the credits on my bill - I am bummed I did catch a lot of red flags 1st go to a real Verizon store front. not catching the wrong gig size given- in which I ate the restock fee and didn't bother frighting it.. even paid 2 times for the liquid screen protector; and she didn't give me ALL of the receipts(trade in) needed. this sucks cause for years and years m boyfriend told me to make the switch...only to have so much go wrong out of the gate. read more

Never will I return to this store again. This is NOT A VERIZON STORE. it's a third party. All they want is to take your money. The manager Luis took advantage of my boyfriend and I since we are both young of age. He was talking to us and distracting us while he was adding accessories that we didn't need. To be honest, he made me believe it was free. He introduced the Hum to us which honestly seemed really cool, but he didn't tell us we would have to pay monthly for it. I ended up paying like 500 (I got a deal for the buy one get one free) and it didn't seem like it. I made the mistake of paying it and went home. My mom reviewed my bill and realized I had been scammed. We went back to talk to them and wanted to return everything because even though the service is really good the way it was delivered and shown to us was bad. On the contract it said we had 14 days for the Satisfaction Guarantee. We went back at day 12 and he said we couldn't return anything. That apparently it was if you wanted to switch phones or didn't like the color. Like really? I don't think so. Then he said that there was a return price that we had to pay since it was iPhones. On the contract it STATED 35 dollars. He was saying since it's iPhones it's 75 each. No where does it say that iPhones are 75 dollars. Then we told him all we wanted to do was return everything and buy out my phone. He said they didn't sell their phones and couldn't do that. Then he also said we couldn't return anything. So We leave and we call customer service. They tell us that we should be able to return everything and they'll give us back our money. They said I COULD buy out the phone after a number of days. However the activation fees and the time of use for service we have to pay. They waived off the 35 (yeah they said it was 35!) for us both. We returned everything except for my phone. We went to another company to see if they could buy out my bill but I had to wait until August because of the whole 90 days thing. I would rather spend $140 within the two months (this was in May when I did it) and then no keep paying my phone off than buying out my phone for $760. So the service of Verizon is good it's fast and stuff but this store was horrible. Read the reviews first before going anywhere! By the way, I already made my switch over to T-Mobile so it's their lose! read more

Answered all of my questions right away and did not take long to order my new phones. Once my new phones arrived I called in and was assisted by Andrew. He assured me I didn't need an appt and to come right on in and they'll have my phones ready for set up. I arrived and was greeted by Faviola, and Andrew. This business needs to close down. The manager is so unprofessional & this store makes all Verizon stores look terrible. I went to this Verizon to find a tablet for my dad & I've went twice he said he had one but someone was picking up. Understandable, went back again & he said he found one in garden grove he said he would pick it up since he lives near the store that had the tablet in stock. He told me he would bring it tomorrow, & I'll be able to pick it up once store opens. I come in that morning he is gone. Talked to the employee she said that it was his day off.. none of the employees here are knowledgeable of their product & have terrible costumer service. Amazing customer service!!! For the record, I am not a Verizon wireless customer as of right now. But I called multiple locations looking for the IPhone 10 as a gift for my boyfriend who has Verizon. Every other location either didn't have them or pretty much didn't care to help because I was not a Verizon member. I spoke to Sean over the phone the day before closing time. Sean was extremely nice and helpful. Sean literally went above and beyond to help me. He went as far as driving to the Moreno Valley location just to pick the iPhone I wanted. Not happy right now with Aaron the Manager. He promised me a good deal and it ended up not being a good deal after I received my first bill. Watch out for the $30 upgrade fee which was not disclosed and the $30 activation fee that Aaron said he would submit to his Manager. Fortunately Verizon waived the activation fee, but now I'm stuck with $60 dollars in upgrade fees (for two devices) for Aaron's employees failing to disclose the upgrade fee. Granted, it's on the contract, but I was told to sign the paperwork and the Manager had assured me I would only be responsible for taxes. read more

Excellent service!! I came here from Riverside because my mother raved about their service... And I was not disappointed! I came in expecting to switch back to Verizon (I was previously a customer but looked for a cheaper option and had bad service everywhere...) and that's it. However, I got a great deal and the employees went above and beyond! I switched to the new iPhone 6s from my 5s and got a bunch of free goodies! Not only was I stoked about my deal... But the guys were very nice! Javier and Javier were my helpers! (They are STAR employees!) I got the silver one, though I had hoped for the gold or rose gold.. So they said if they got it in I could come pick it up. Well, I called later in the week and they had a gold one! So I ran back over and was helped by Carlos (The Javier's were there too) who got my brand new phone and gave me another screen protector. They also hooked my mom up on her visit when they didn't have the right color she wanted for her galaxy and they drove to Moreno Valley and picked one up for her from another retailer while she was at work. When she came back after, they had the exact phone she wanted! (Thanks guys!) (Javier 1 & Javier 2) Last thing... The service was prompt and very helpful!
