    I needed a new phone, Jarvous was amazing, great personality and knew what I needed... was in & out of the store pretty quick. The other guys in the store were nice and very welcoming... use to go to Eastvale Verizon, they are always crowded... so I would definitely recommend this store for the best customer service ever.

Her name is VERENICE !!! She has been simply amazing , from the moment I had issues with my older unit she did all that she could to obtain a simple trade for me through my insurance of course,. She detected the problem with my unit was a software malfunction, and this made it possible for me to obtain an exchange for my deflected phone . They did not have my model anymore , it had been discontinued, instead they sent me a newer model, which I was happy with , only paid literally 5 dollars for the exchange application fee , I guess you can call it. I still wanted to get their newest android phone model the Samsung S 26 ULTRA , and Verenice said keep the one you have for a few months see how you like it and if you feel that you still want to upgrade do it ! All I could say to that was of course, n I promised her I would come back with her personally in order for her to get the credit from such sale. I finally did come back and had mine and my girlfriend's phone upgraded to the same S26 ULTRA . By upgrading my plan from a senior or dinosaur one ( been with them for like 24 years) she was able to get me a promotion where by trading out phones for the new ones we were able to qualify for the full credit of the cost of both phones, basically 1300 each . And we would have to be responsible for would be the cost of the new plan, or the two lines and the insurance fee. Once I hlt my new phone mailed ,which she patiently helped place the order thru the tmobile app, I came in and had everything transfered into my new unit. She took the time to explain lots of things I needed to know about my new phone and plan and here I am . Saying thank you Verenice for such an amazing and professional help you offered to me ! You are simply wonderful! A great professional and your bedside manners are second to know m I sincerely hope that Chris the store manager realizes what a tremendous asset she is to the store itself and to the company as well. All the knowledge she possess just make you feel safe or secured about making changes like the ones I did. I tried to go back into store and personally give kudos to Verenice and a great report to her manager Chris , but our schedules never agreed . On top of that this beautiful young lady is also Bilingual. Habla Español, and I wa sable to witness also her Spanish skills ar work ! And the patience she used with some really hard and emailing customers ,she had to deal with. How she kept her composure and displayed a flawless act of professionalism with them , was just simply admirable to me. Feel so blessed to have come across you Verenice , thank you for all of your help! Please know how much I sincerely appreciate your service , period !!!keep up the Amazing work ! Back in December I was offered a promotion to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 15 and only pay $215.64 over a 36 month period. The employee Keith G said that I would save money by adding an additional line. I asked him if I could add my sibling later to the business account and he said, yes but my sibling would need to be present. I went to the store I normally patronize and wanted to remove the new line that was added. I was told they could not remove the line because the promotion was added to the new line and if I were to remove the line or even suspend the line the promotion would no longer stand and would have to pay the full price of the iPhone 15. I was instructed to go back to the point of sale to get this remedied and now the store is closed. I really feel taken advantage of and feel that this place was doing fraudulent activities. That is probably why it no longer exists. I had no knowledge the employee was going to put the promotion on the new line bc it was my number and my phone that was being replaced. Also, he had knowledge that I wanted to add my sibling later. Now I will have to escalate this matter to corporate to get this resolved.

Was given the wrong phone and right out of the box it started to have problems. It was literally costing me hundreds of dollars a day and there was no way to fix it. Took so long that I had to leave the store. But upon my return, I found out that Alexis had been working on my issues the entire time I was gone. In the end a solution was reached and a lot of time and money saved. All I can say is Choose your store wisely. They are not all the same, and this store clearly understands that and has raised the bar on service and customer needs.

Then after a tiny fall onto carpet from less than a foot, the screen cracked again, which shouldn't happen with a proper repair. I came back to explain how ridiculous this is, but nothing was done. The quality doesn't match the price at all--it honestly feels like a scam. On top of that, when my mom tried to explain the issue, she was clearly being dismissed and not taken seriously. That was extremely upsetting to watch--especially since communication wasn't perfect on either side, yet there was no effort to understand her or treat her with basic respect. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes this whole experience even worse.

    When I visited the store to purchase new phones on 3/22/25, one of the Metro PCS store owners…read moreillegally added phone insurance to my bill without my CONSENT or my KNOWLEDGE. Once I became aware there were additional charges added to my bill, I contacted Customer Service on 4/15/25, to have the charges removed. The overseas representative told me their systems were down and they were unable to reverse the charges that should never been added to my bill. She suggested I find the time during my work day and them later to have them process my request. For some reason, they couldn't schedule it on their end even though they had me on the phone then. Instead, I later contacted the store and spoke to the owner that illegallly added the charges to my account in the first place. He told me Metro PCS now "automatically" adds insurance to their iPhones for the first 30-days, free of charge. I pointed out, even if that was the case: 1) How would I have known that without being told? 2) Why wasn't I given the cost of the insurance before it being added to my bill? 3) Why wasn't I given the option to opt-in? 4) Why wasn't I given the name, phone number, or any other contact OR other information pertaining to the phone insurance that he took it upon himself to add to my bill? He didn't have a response, but he said he could cancel the insurance if I wanted, and I did (since I never requested OR signed up for it in the first place). As of 5/15/25, my bill is set for me to still pay $9.60 in overpayment. I will be contacting the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs and the Federal Trade Commission. Look out for a Class Action Lawsuit from Metro PCS coming soon.

I called them and was told to bring it in and they'd replace it. Apparently, sometimes these screens have issues. They replaced it again in under an hour and it works great!
