If there was 0 stars thats what I would give here. I ordered a phone for pick up at this location and when I arrive the lady tells me it was not yet ready but would be there today. She calls me back 45 mins later to tell me that they are actually going to hold that phone for another customer. Mind you they already charged my card for this order. She tells me that I would have to cancel my order through customer service. I have a special line so the service i need is only Mon-Fri and its a saturday. I have been on the phone for 4 hours trying to get this resolved. I spoke to the Manager of the store Manuel who I dont know how got a manager job in the first place. He straight tells me I'm lying about the first rep telling me my phone would be there today. He was like we didn't tell you that. I was like first sir you were not there and second why would she call me back to tell me you guys made a mistake. Then he said well I didn't tell you we didn't say that. Dude needs a training class in management 101 if he wants to run a store for a company the size of Verizon. These people are a joke. read more

They lied said they were a real verizon store then on top of that sold me a tablet for 600 that everybody else sales for 250. They didnt review my bill with me instead keep me distracted woth conversation and now i pay am arm and leg to verizon every month! After going to a few other VZW stores, I was finally able to get the service I needed from this store. The employees were all courteous and made sure my issues were addressed and solved. I was able to get the service that other stores couldn't help me with or take the time to even figure out my situation. We walked out satisfied and I even got a courtesy call a few days after to ensure my satisfaction. This place wasted my time. The manager or supervisor would never return my call or my email. I almost ended up with a 500 dollar extra charge on my bill if I kept the phone that they sold me. Good thing customer service emailed me and notified me about this 2 days before the 14 day return policy or else I would have been stuck. I had been slowly losing my faith in all things Verizon over the past few months, due to repetitious billing errors etc. The associates I found in this most recent visit to the store took a genuine interest in my issues with the company, completely heard me out, and volunteered their time openly to help find a solution to my problems. The former employees had left me with only empty promises, but Jason and Andrea (Dre) (new managers) have left me satisfied with results I have been searching for since my beginning with Verizon. Not a real Verizon store. Their "out the door prices" are a lot more expensive than the Verizon corporate stores. Pedro was trying to sell me a Note 4 "out the door" for $150 which included a screen protector and a case or $100 for just the phone. Verizon gave it to me on the Edge plan for $48 ( the taxes on the full retail price of the phone). When I asked Pedro why the difference in price he said "that's just how we do it, if I don't make my money off you I'll make it off someone else". Don't waste your time here. read more

I continuously have bad experiences at Verizon stores, their employers have ALYWAYS been so under qualified. Tonight, as we walked into the store, no one greeted us, no nothing. We sat in the store for over 30 minutes, before we could even get to talk to a worker. When we finally were able to discuss with someone, it was kind of okay, but still very unacceptable. Finally got my iPhone 6 today! Abel was awesome! The only thing I would have changed about the experience was that he went over the bill and what I was being charged for. I got the edge plan and when I got home I saw a $58 tax charge.. I guess you have to pay the tax for the full price of the phone up front! I called the store and they told me that was the reason. Worst experience ever in renewing the account. It took about an hour to complete the transaction because it took Sean so long to explain all of the fees which were outrageous. This may be because this store is an Authorized retailer and not Verizon Wireless. After reviewing the paperwork that was emailed to me, I realized that Sean signed each phone up for Total Mobile Protection without my consent which is an additional $11 per month. When I called and spoke to him his response was, "Oh you can just call Verizon and they will take that off for you." I feel like the business done there is more in their interests than in their patrons and I will never return! read more

Took a chance coming here because live close by. I read reviews and told my husband I'd rather go to Best Buy where it's legitimate and no shady business. Big mistake, purchased three iPhone 7's and a 7+, declined insurance and received the Pure Gear glass shields on all phones. Btw this is a late review, we got the phones back in November 2016. We were there almost 3 hours to do the phone upgrade!! So 30 days later our bill shows we were being charged for insurance. We went back to them and told them this was exactly why the have horrible reviews. He supposedly fixed it but next months bill still the same. I had to call Verizon and cancel it myself. So fast forward 1 year. We needed our glass shields replaced and they had told us when we purchased them to save the box and when we needed replacement just bring it back in. Today we go in and of course the rules have changed. Now we have to send in our broken glass shields and wait for replacements. I am not walking around with no screen protector or will my kids. This is just another reason why not to go to this store!! You should honor what you sell!! Never again. read more

I have had Verizon for about 10 years. I always been treated nicely at all locations. This location and this Manager (Aaron) went above and beyond to help me. He answered all my questions and showed me how to work certain features on my new phone. Taking time with me and being patient as well. Thank you Aaron and staff! I have sent friends your way! Went in today at noon to ask a quick question and was told I had to move my truck before they would help me I have recently had knee surgery and have had multiple back surgeries and there is an unused drive through next to the door not to mention this parking lot is shared by roughly 20 businesses but some how Verizon rep felt the need to be the parking lot police instead of just doing his job. I live across the street but will be taking my business to eastvale in the future. BTW have had great service at this store in the past but it just takes one attitude to turn me off. read more

HORRIBLE experience ever, highly recommend do not go here. This is a retailer for Verizon, you are not dealing directly. Prices are higher here. I walked out of store paying $560 for an IPhone 6 64gb in which it should of been $299 plus tax. I didn't think that I had to shop around since it was a Verizon store I thought. When I left store I decided to check receipt and saw a line item that stated premium care package $199 in addition to the phone charge of $299. So I called Verizon and ask about what the premium care package was, they had no clue and said they cannot help because it was a retailer and that I need to handle directly with the store. I returned to the store within a half hour after purchase to question the charge. The manager stated that is required as part of the purchase it was the five phone accessories I received. I told manager that when I was purchasing the phone I told sales rep that I didn't need any phone accessories. So I ask if I can return the accessories. The manager said I could but would have to pay $100 restocking fee. I should of realized something was suspicious as the phone prices are not displayed in store as in any direct verizon store does. DO NOT SHOP HERE! On vacation from NY when my phone quit working. Went here to upgrade to the Galaxy SIII. Paid them $110 but couldn't get a receipt cuz they were out of paper! Am back in NY now and have finally gotten a receipt emailed to me. Now I find out this is a refurbished phone! I paid over $100 dollars for a used phone. Plus I have seen this phone (only a new one) at Wal-Mart for .97 cents with contract. What a rip off!!! Also found out from my family and others that they would NEVER do business with this store! This store is not a real Verizon Store. They are a third party as an authorized premium retail store. My problem goes back to when I upgraded my phone and my mother's phone. It was at the LA County Fair when my mom went to the booth. The representative Neko Scott offered my mom a tablet saying that it was free. My mom knows that nothing is free because it always comes with the fine print of a two-year activation. However he insisted that it was truly free and that there were no strings attached. So we ended up upgrading our cell phones and received the "free" tablet with our upgrade. About a month later on my phone bill it shows that they activated a line without me knowing about it which struck me as odd because I am the account holder and any activated lines have to go through me due to my account setup. I have spent almost a full month dealing with this problem because when I try to return it they said that I was out of the 14 day return policy that I would have to pay for the deactivation fee the early termination fee and the restocking fee which would have ended up around $500. The store manager Alejandro Contrero told me to come into the store so he would sort it out with me when I arrived at the store the next day he was no longer at the store anymore along with Nico Scott as I found out, Nico Scott quit his job and Alejandro was moved to another store. Not always been there is at least one honest manager name Steven Hernandez. He was able to help me a bit from my situation but sadly for me at the time I hit my limit of patience and I just ended up calling Verizon customer support. Steven Hernandez did help with the paperwork when I was filing my complaint. If you do decide to come to the store do not deal with any of the sales associates if they try to push for any sales, understand that they have an ulterior motive. After all, they are salesmen and they're probably commission-based. Just demand what you want from them and nothing more. With this bad experience all I can say is that this store or company deals and really bad business practice and business ethics and I'm positive that this has been going on for a long time and nothing has been done to change it because it seems like the store or company honors this kind of practice. I only say this because I am amongst the other people who have reviewed through Google and through Yelp that have had a bad experience of getting ripped off by their sales representatives through unethical business practices. I know it sounded like I was venting but I wanted to be thorough in my review to help others from going through a major headache of customer service phone calls and making trips to the store to resolve any issues with your cell phone service. read more
