My boyfriend and I went in there today trying to to ship for a new phone. While we were there, as I was talking to one of the reps and my boyfriend was only trying to get a better look at one of the phones and a guy who appeared to be the manager put his hand on my boyfriend accusing him of trying to steal because he solely picked up one of the phones to look at it closer. First of all that is harassment because this guy had the nerve to claim a phone was stolen and made a big deal about it and l had the nerve to call security. What the heck? So customers aren't allowed to get a better look and the inventory to see what exactly they're spending their money on? ? This is a great Metro by T-Mobile, face value that's not saying much because all the franchised Metro locations are ran like used car lot, I spent two days, ended up going to 10 or 11 different locations and each one of them tried to hide a fee or charge me a different price on the exact same phone, that is the locations that actually had the phone in stock. All that being said, I walked into this location, which was crowded, but when I finally got to speak to an employee, he got me a phone, my service, charge me all the proper fees and I actually bought a tablet and got new service on that as well, this place is night and day difference from a franchised location. This is a corporate ran Metro by T-Mobile and I believe there's another one in Whittier, if you are going to use Metro by T-Mobile I highly suggest you go to one of the corporate locations because they apparently have better business ethics. Now as far as the company of Metro itself, I have been waiting on a phone call for two weeks and there is no way to email or call corporate directly. read more

I've had service with metro by tmobile for less in 2 months. My data connection is not stable at all. It doesn't stay connected for more than a couple of seconds at a time. I'm called several times I cant get anyone to help me. Im either. Literally flat out ignored, they hang up on me or pressure me to up grade to a more expensive plan or purchase a new handset. The one I have ​ is brand new and then proceed to insist that those are my only options fixing it isn't an option only to spend more money unnecessarily basically trying to force me to spend money and refusing to give me customer service or tech support in order to correct the issue which is extremely frustrating especially due to the fact that I know that not true I know how to fix the phone I brought it to their attention a few times all that needs to be done is you feel any missing information on my APN fields for my settings manually that's it they refuse to help me . I purchased an iPhone 13 through T-Mobile and the Internet did not work. After spending time with her technical support they replaced the phone with a new iPhone 13 and it also did not work. After spending additional time with her Technical Support people they sent me a new Sim card and that did not work. At this point I told them simply to return my old phone to me which I had traded in and send me a return address label so I can return the old phone. I was told they would do that within 24 to 48 hours. It's been over 10 days and I've messaged them numerous times and have not heard anything back. I purchased a LG Stylo 6 in May of this year every since I bought the phone I have not been able to use the phone I took the phone back to MetroPCS they would not replace the phone the only thing they did was update the phone and said the phone was okay I end up taking the phone back to MetroPCS three times when I received the phone each time I still have the same issues with the phone I called LG and sent the phone to LG twice LG claims there's nothing wrong with the phone but still I have the same issues I've had what I purchase the first phone I was told by the supervisor John at LG to keep sending the phone in until they find out the problem LG is it bad company to do business with they don't honor their warranties they want you to just keep sending your products back and forth to them while they have supervisors that's are rude and don't understand how customers feel when you buy their products and their products do not work they feel you should wait and keep sending your products in to get repaired which they cannot fix but they send you the same one over and over again do not buy a Stylo 6 from anyone matter of fact I would stop purchasing all LG products because how their warranty is set up you will not get the satisfaction you need when you need it read more

Not all phone stores will go out of their way to take care of their customers. Came in yesterday and passed up a good deal, came back today and they were able to help me without having the phone present... they could've made me go allll the way home and back but they didn't. Worst service ever! I can't believe my mom was treated so badly. She went in to get a birthday phone upgrade for my brother. The employees there were so disrespectful, they didn't want to give their names saying they were not obligated. When she asked for a supervisor they also stated that they were not obligated to give out that information. They we're so unhelpful. All she wanted was a price quote knowing that her phone was not in her name, and that her husband would return to upgrade the phone. She was given the run-around, laughed at and as the male employee ran to the back so that his picture would not be taken because he didn't want to bad review. Then yelled on his way to the back saying for her to "go live off her reviews" worst service ever! I can't believe they get away with talking and treating customers this way. Called this store for help about phone purchases my sister and I made in June. We each purchased ZTE phones for almost 200$ each that we have been having problems with since purchasing them. Dropped calls, no text, slow service/internet, whatever problems you can think of, this phone has given us. Now I know a store is not responsible for a faulty phone but a store should be responsible for the products that they sell in their store and how they handle it. Being a MetroPCS customer for years, haven't had much problems about the phones or service enough to make any complaints but the amount of money we paid for a phone to have trouble from the start is just unacceptable. The phone is complete garbage. Come to find out after googling about the phone there are many complaints about the same problems and went to another MetroPCS store and they told us that they do not make the phones anymore because of all of the problems. So back to where I began about me calling this corporate MetroPCS store trying to receive help as a loyal customers we've been. I talked to associate Marcus who I feel wasn't listening to my concerns and wasn't helpful so I asked was he a manager and he said no, so I asked for a manager and he put him on and he said his name was Servando, who was even less helpful than Marcus. I received a number for the ZTE company which doesn't work and then they tell me I have to pay 15$ to send the phone to the manufacturer. Why??? I didn't buy the phone from the manufacturer. I was a fool to think that the corporate store would solve my issue with any sort of competency, but I was actually better off with the authorized dealer near my house. At least I was treated with more courtesy at there. My grandmother's phone was malfunctioning. It was purchased in April to replace her other malfunctioning MetroPCS phone. By default, MetroPCS has to do a phone reset in order deign you worthy of paying $15 to replace a defective phone purchased just 4 months prior with an inferior, refurbished product. We were adamant that the numbers already stored in the phone should be saved and not deleted. The employee attending us told us that they in fact were, that it looked like the authorized dealer had saved them. Having just told me that authorized dealers promise things they can't deliver, she proceeded to trust that the phone numbers were indeed saved instead of double-checking herself. She deleted all of my grandmother's contacts. My grandmother, already having had a hard life that resulted in her being illiterate, also has to suffer at the hands of an apathetic, incompetent, unapologetic MetroPCS employee. Now I have to scrounge through all the little pieces of paper with phone numbers people hand to her because her illiteracy prevents her from keeping a proper address book or inputting the numbers herself, hours of work that could have been avoided if this employee had half a brain at the time this occurred. In addition, she did not apologize and pretty much acted like the chaos she was responsible for was our problem. Speaking to the manager yielded no results and no apologies. I will be switching companies because MetroPCS is crap. It's not worth even the $15 to get a crappy phone that will only break down in a few months' time. read more

I informed her the issues that I was having with the phone and I did hard reset. She started the paperwork to get my phone and my replacement phone arrived three days earlier than expected.
