They're robbing people the insurance says they can't refund money after not being used for 4 years. I haven't touched any insurance money. When you get insurance they say the insurance is for you and your money. All because I shouldn't have to pay a deductible I cancel my claim they don't want to refund money I've Been paying for phone insurance. I called to inquire if they had the Rose Gold Apple Watch 10 46mm since I am trying to get it for my mom as an early retirement gift and the La Verne location was sold out and I bought the last one. LOL The rep Chris said they did and we went right away since we are trying to get it by next Saturday. We arrived and there were few parking spaces. Chris helped us right away. He was extremely helpful with answering our questions since we had to do the transaction under my sister's account where my mom has the line. We ended up asking him if the Samsung watch can qualify under the BOGO since I thought maybe my little sister can use one and be a bummer to waste a promo. Also, we didn't know if they allow a mix & match on the promo. Thankfully it worked out because he told us the Samsung Galaxy watch would be free and just need to pay for the cellular services of $7.50 (half off) since my mom line is already would be $15 for the Rose Gold Apple Watch 10 46mm. Chris helped my sister get her Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 set up with her cellphone. He was extremely professional and made sure we were taken good care of. Walked in no appointment or nothing, place was clean enough but nobody was out to even greet anybody we had to go and greet the workers to get put on a waiting list. For some reason there was only 1 person out when there was 8+ customers in store. We eventually get seen after about a 10 minute wait the lady was very nice and attentive when she was seeing us. The issue I had with this place is they said they had a deal for an iPhone which was half off, you get to pay it off for a contract of 2 years paying 13 dollars each month. Not bad, I was happy with that. I would have been in and out but apparently it wasn't populating on the contracts we were signing. Also they were trying to give us a "3rd free line" yet on the contract it said it was 35$ a month and on the 2nd month is when we'd get the "credit" for the free line. We also had to pay just a 10$ activation fee for the "free" line. Doing all the math with what I would have signed for would have had me paying full price for the iPhone, 150$ for service, 35$ for the "3rd free line" and still having to pay the line I was getting added to, well around 200$ for phone service, hilarious. I would have been in and out but I will not pay and sign anything that does not show the deal. I don't know why it had to be that difficult. If the deal wasn't there, please don't waste nobody's time by saying it is and showing them a contract with no deals. The lady kept showing me random web pages that had the deal instead of showing the deal on our contract which makes no sense. I have been with T-mobile before and have gotten the deal on the contract. Not only with T-mobile but other companies and service. DEALS POPULATE ON CONTRACTS BECAUSE THATS WHAT YOU WILL BE SIGNING UP FOR TO RECEIVE AND PAY. Please everyone, if you've gotten this far ensure you see what you are signing up for. Is what you're being told about. They don't care about you, they care about your money and running up your bill. The manager came out and everything, They said "I have their word" all those pretty words. Means NOTHING to contracts you SIGN don't let salesman lingo get you. Also near the end the manager got involved in the whole process to try to get me to sign and pay. After just saying never mind, he said "let me see the account number, I'm going to send this to all other stores so they know" took a photo of the account number and walked off all angry. This T-mobile was the worst. They are very unprofessional and take a long time to service customers, probably also having to do with leaving only one associate on their own to assist a crowded store. When I was finally assisted, the associate stated my phone qualified with assurance since my phone didn't have any cracks or water damage, but not turning on was a manufacturing issue. Therefore, I called the insurance number that she provided, and they confirmed I qualified for a new phone and just needed to pick it up from the store's location in a week. When I went to pick up my phone, the manager, "Charlie Boom," who was very sketchy, inspected it, then pulled out a razor and scratched it, saying it didn't qualify for a return due to the scratch. I said the scratch wasn't there before and asked why he had a razor and was scratching my phone. He responded that he wanted to see if there was a transparent protector; I said he should have asked me before doing that. He said there was a camera showing the scratch was there before. I reminded him that his associate had told me a week before that I qualified for insurance, so she gave me the number to call. I challenged his proposal to look at the cameras, and he immediately got flustered and refused service to me and my husband. I ended up going to thr store in where they apologized on this store's behalf and was much helpful. read more

Sleepiest, slowest, least energy staff I've encountered. The last place you want to go if you are in a hurry or have been at work all day. I've been standing here for an hour while they casually and very slowly have been helping the same 2 customers, all hands on deck, they need all 3 "experts" for each customer. Been watching about a dozen customers walk in, wait then walk out. The employees don't even acknowledge you unless you walk directly in front of them. Then they say they will be with you in a moment after walking away from you. I just have an in store pickup and it's taking so long, I have no option but to wait here. There's no system for the waiting cue as they just let you leave and they take whoever stays next. Where is the manager here? read more

t mobile sucks here's why the tv ad promises to save you $ if you switch providers. we did my wife and i left att which we have been with for yrs. we drove to the chino store and talked to the store manager steven. he promised us a family plan with new phones for the family. instead he put on 2 different plans and now my wife and i have to pay for 2 plans instead of one. now we have 2 payments and 2 plans and the customer service is the worsts,. now we have to pay $246 dollars for 3 lines and an extra $119 for a separate line for my wifes phone. we called tried to fix the problem with them. instead they gave us the run around. 3 wks we have been trying to fix the problem. we just wanted a family plan with 1 bill for 3 lines on one bill. now were stuck with t mobile 2 bills and sucky ass service. we made a payment over the phone and then for the second payment to post pone instead they deducted the $ and now were in the negative at our bank. this is not right is anyone out there in t mobile know what there doing? im so pissed off right now. read more
