Sonny & Rosa went far and beyond the call of duty. They actually saved me from an unfortunate incident related to fraud. To make a long story short, I am a senior citizen and I was scammed!! Ridiculous, I want to drop off a box from Amazon probably 3 feet box and I got charged five dollars for strip of tape when I could easily buy a roll a tape for less than five dollars. This is a rip off how they do anything for money this is a scam, charging five dollars for a strip of tape.. Responding to the message. From reading the other reviews I guess this place is under new management? Well I honestly always come to return Amazon boxes and never had an issue it's usually scan and go but the one time I need help the two ladies (new owners) that helped me were quite rude and when I tried to express my dissatisfaction with their customer service they just kept making excuses instead of doing something about it. They charge $3.50 to print a label!! And charged me $8 for a roll of tape!? They get upset if you box isn't put together and questioned if my items even fit in the original box they were sent in?? This place has trash customer service and prices and I will only come here for Amazon returns from now on so I don't have to interact with them and their horrendous customer service and prices. Unfortunately this location is under new management. They let go of the prior employees and the customer service has deteriorated. They've changed their processes, which make them inefficient. It's unfortunate because I really liked this location under the prior management, but I may need to start heading over to Chino Hills. Do not recommend. read more

This place is horrible or really great. It's like night and day. I called on a Sunday and asked what the price was to ship a box there for pick up. They told me $5 per box. I go to pick up 2 boxes and then they call me and told me it is now $20 ($10 per box). Maria called me and told me. I told her they told me $5 per box. She rudely said "who told you that!" She hangs up on me after I explained my side of the story. I go in person to pick up my shipment up and I ask for a price in writing. They have no price in writing. They basically go by their feelings. No quantitative value per pound and they are in the shipping industry. They called the girl who told me the original price by phone and she said she "never said a price". I would never ship anything there without knowing the price. This told me they were not telling the truth. I then told them to charge me and I'll just put it as fraud. I was really upset. Then they told me they would ship the boxes back. I waited and I asked for $10 total price. Marias rudeness continued. I carried the boxes out after paying. I'm done with this store, but I feel like corporate should know about this. I think Pomona deserves better. Corporate Number 1800 789 4623 On the brighter side I found a store that doesn't charge at all. I'm just trying to post this to prevent future victims of scams. I just went in the other day and learned the previous employee who KNEW HER STUFF was fired?! She got all my needs met at this store and I've been coming here for over a year ! How are new owners who barely know how to run the store going to fire someone with 6+ years of experience with UPS? They lost a big asset to this store and I will no longer be coming here . Came into the store today ( 2-7-25) It was 3 people ahead of me. I had to compliment Jennifer how she was multitasking. She was working hard taking care of the customers and handling drop-offs and Amazon drop offs. I had to write a good review so that her higher ups can know she is a hard worker read more

I frequently drop off Amazon packages here at this store. After I learned all of the drop off rules, I have had a much better experience. I always come to this UPS store because the staff is super helpful and friendly, today there was a woman there I've never seen before but she was extremely rude and wanted to charge me extra just to tape a box for me. She said she had been working for UPS for 5 years and that rule has never changed. Even if this is the case the woman could have been more emphatic towards the situation. I do not care for the attitude that this store represents. While I was paying at the cash register, a gentlemen walked in, asking the cashier if he could use the restroom. The cashier agreed. Then when I asked to use the restroom, the cashier declined and said, "No." (quite bluntly), that the other man was working outside at a temporary kiosk (that was why he was allowed) that had no relation to this UPS store. It was probably a restroom for employees only (Not a public restroom), but this elderly woman had to go. Regarding their products, their selection was very limited. Came here 02/20 around 3:00 I came in with my Amazon returns, and the woman at the register says hello. Then a male (Hispanic) older. comes to the register and tells me to let him know when I'm ready. I approached the register when I was ready. Wow what a difference in customer service. I have been here several times before and the previous staff just stood around and many were on their phones. Today I came in and was greeted with very friendly smiling staff. It looks like new management has taken over and the vibe is very positive and pleasant. Don't trust this store with your valuables. They have stolen 2 iPhones and management has ghosted us when we reported it. We insured the phones and it was wasted money. They will give you the run around until you give up. The owner will not speak to you. The manager says it will take 3 months to even begin an investigation. I visited this location yesterday as I needed to ship a product back to the manufacturer. When the manufacturer sent me the return information, they provided multiple methods of getting my information. I could print the label, email the label, or scan a barcode at the location. When I got into the location I showed the gentlemen the barcode and he told me that it would not work and that I needed to email him the information. I was OK with that and sent him the information, but as time went on, I caught onto his game of how he manipulated things to get more money out of me. I grabbed the box that was labeled for $5.60. I put my damaged product inside the box and handed it to him. I then got to see him jack up the prices on everything and WAY over charge me for what I came in for. After printing the label, I saw on his computer that he charged me $7+ for the box and added an additional $7 for "custom material". Then he charged me $3.50 for computer use (even thought he computer said $2.50) and then he charged me for 2 copies (even though there was 1 printed label). I go to other UPS locations all the time and leverage the barcode to scan and HAVE NEVER been charged for printing a shipping label. The guy at the desk charged me $18 for something that should have been $6. I recommend GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE so you do not get ripped off. The gentlemen was nice, but a total weasel and ripped me off. read more

He stole my money and let me lose my Amazon order . The owner is a con artist, I will be emailed ups corporate, to let them know about this locations business practice, or maybe he has to steal to help pay for his Rolex !! read more

This UPS branch is amazing. It's currently owned by new owners. They are extremely welcoming and have great customer service. We went there for next day shipping and notary services. Highly recommend coming here. They are currently in the process of installing new printing equipment and live scan services coming soon. I unfortunately have nothing positive to say about my experience at this UPS location. I needed over 300 documents printed in color. I assumed I'd plug my phone in (Galaxy S23 plus) with my type c, send them over and print. This wasn't the case. I was told I needed to email them. I can't send over 300 large mp photos thru an email. There is a charge for each download? I was told the printers to the left by the entry were for employees only. I'm confused as to why they have 2 self service machines that they refuse to use. Why the email? On top of that, the customer service when I called after leaving to ask for a managers name, I was called rude, said I was talking over her and told me to go somewhere else, then hung up! Apparently thee owners name is Mel? I was a manager at a business in the same parking lot. From the impression I received from that employee with red hair, it seems to have gone down hill. read more

Been coming to this store for years for various things, mailing packages, Amazon returns, etc. Today I was assisted by a young lady who was extremely rude, she scanned my return and said I needed to pack it in a box. I showed her the return on my Amazon app, she said go to the second bullet. I showed her she scrolled up and down and saw nothing as I did. Another costumer came in she brought his phone and showed me his second bullet. Then she said this customer can't read. I showed her my app, that wasn't there she saw for herself, and then said take the returns (we had 2 separate) elsewhere. My husband said let's go to a different UPS she said they'll do the same thing. I went to Chino Hills they took the return no problems or issues. They will get all of my business now. read more

I went there to return an Amazon pkg, I didn't notice that the instructions said to bring the original pkg it came in. the girl behind the counter was very rude and instead of explaining the procedure with good communication skills shes arguing with me. what made it worse is the frachise owner with at the next register and was oblivious to how his employee was talking to me. it's very sad that this treatment must be normal there for the owner not to care about how his customers are being treated. read more

Came here on my way from visiting my mom to return a large walker that needed to be boxed up. They were supernice and helped me tape it up without charging me. I needed 80 copies and didn't want to use my personal printer for this task. I called this location and spoke with Joel. He was very friendly and professional over the phone. When I arrived to the store, I was third in line and Joel was the lone employee. He helped everyone in the same friendly and professional manner. He greeted customers as they entered.
