I'd advise EVERYONE who has been, or, believes to have been illegally scammed by this business to contact the Redlands Police Department at (909) 798-7681. Victra makes an overt effort to make the store appear to be a corporate Verizon Wireless retail -- obviously online you can tell this is not the case. A significant mystery service fee is added to your transaction, which is of absolutely zero value, well, except to "Victra" and the no doubt bounces paid to the staff. While I was there getting my money back and expressing my displeasure for being scammed and hearing the pathological lair, manager, trying to rationalize the charges to herself, I said to her "That 80 plus year old man is confused as to why, he, was charged the fee and like yourself, your associate, is lying to rip him off. Should I call the police?" As for "corporate" Verizon Wireless, they claim they know nothing of this practice with their retailers but "Verizon" conveniently takes no action, and it is always a "surprise and shock" and "they have never heard of this practice before." I was Led to believe by the employees that this was a corporate store, it is not!!!!! The hardest part of this fight, is the amount of disrespect I have been shown. Was lied to to upgrade my plan, Tony told me the cost would be extra $40 a month just got my bill notification (while I am on vacation hours away from any verizon retailer) which is an extra $168 per month, still waiting for to Tonycall us back corporate told me I can return my phone and cancel this within the next 2 days, better bet I will find my way across the island to cancel this and the tv /Internet we set up with them as well if we do not heat back from Tony by tomorrow AM. I purchased 2 new phones from this store late last year and while there was hoaxed into signing up for Verizon's HUM device. I didn't know what the device was when I got there and I certainly didn't go there looking for it. I haven't used it since getting it nor have any desire to use it in the future. Why did I agree to it? Sales guy was super pushy and assured me for sure 1000% that it would never cost me a dime. No device cost. No monthly cost. No contract. Nothing. Ever. He made it seem like some new product that Verizon was pushing for free to promote and spread the word about so others would buy it. Turns out he lied and actually signed me up for a 2 year commitment to pay $10/month for the now added device. I called Verizon and asked them to do the right thing by refunding the monthly costs and allow me to break the contract without penalty and was told that their sales staff do what they have to do to provide for their families and that it was up to me to read their contracts before signing. Unbelievable!! I was bullied into accepting a reduced cancelation fee and no monthly fee refund as the best compromise they could come up with. I spoke to management and explained they were missing an opportunity here to do the right thing but they could care less. They blamed me for not reading the contract and not reviewing my bill sooner for the charges. I am beyond angry at this store for this type of sales tactic and at Verizon for allowing and promoting it. I will be anxiously awaiting the day this store goes out of business. In the meantime, I will be pulling all business I have from Verizon and moving to Sprint within the week! read more

Was completely lied to by the employee, Sergio, working that day. When upgrading my phone, I was pushed into taking home a Samsung galaxy notepad A. Sergio reassured me several times it was free. I explained to the man I can not afford anything more being add to my bill. Sergio went so far as to show me next months bill with zero next to the notepad. He even said it's a special for customers who have been with the company over 6 years. I had full confidence in what he was telling me so I took it home. I finally receive my bill 14 days later and it shows an extra $86 dollars due to this notepad. I am now told I have to wait three to two months and be refunded later for it. They also told me if I return it now I will be charged double. I was completely manipulated and scammed by this facility and I will make sure no one from my family or friends buy anything from this store. Honestly I would give zero stars. read more

Our experience with this dealer really deserves a negative rating. My spouse requested a slim phone to replace one that had become obsolete and received, instead, an $890 phone as the replacement, along with the impression that it was the only such device available. Uninformed that this was a franchise store, rather than a genuine Verizon outlet, she ac-cepted the item. At the time she was also informed that the outlet did not accept credit or debit cards and that the cost of the merchandise would thus be folded into her monthly Verizon bill (leaving her with no means of filing a claim). Shortly after, we left on a cruise. A day after our return, she attempted to exchange the unneeded, expensive device for a slim phone, of which the sales rep. said that she had a supply in the stockroom but never produced one. She then said that she could not make the exchange, either, as we were one day later than the 14-day exchange period. The entire transaction was, in my opinion, a simple ripoff. We shall be contacting the BBB and the CA Consumer Protection Agency about this whole affair. Our angry advice to potential customers is to avoid this operation at all costs. We believe that it represents the worst imaginable business practices and shall never again set foot in it. read more

Do NOT step foot in this place, unless you are OK with shady, dirty deals. After 20+ years with AT&T, I switched to Verizon since AT&T did not have coverage to the area I moved to. After chaos of being separated from my kids, during the Palmer Fire and not being able to reach them, it was time to switch. I did not understand the difference in Corporate stores vs. "3rd party" stores. This is a 3rd party store and Verizon cannot undo or fix anything these people do. We were sold a bill of goods and it's expensive! First, they "buy out" your contract. They will pay off your old account, as long as you submit your previous carrier's bill within 30 days. This is not possible if they do not completely close out your account with your previous carrier (Thanks a lot, Daniel!). We were sent home with a Hum. "Will it work on our car?" "Oh, absolutely!" No! I didn't want it, to start with. But they had to fudge the year of our vehicle to get us out of the store with it. Bottom line, it has never worked for our car. They hooked us up with "unlimited," which is only good for 15G. The rest of the time, you stare at the spinning wheel, waiting for nothing. So frustrating! Especially considering we told Daniel we would use it for watching Netflix and things such as this. 2 days after our billing cycle restarts, we are out of data, again. That replacement on screen protectors? Don't buy into that. Get them from Amazon. This bunch tells you that you can just bring the cracked protector back and they'll replace it. And they might - within the first 30 days - which they do not tell you at the time they're money grabbing. I have been trying to get everything done right, since October. Finally, I was given a number for a man named George who is the Corporate Verizon manager who oversees this store. I called him on a Friday and he needed to research my account. He asked if he could call me back at 10:00 on Tuesday. That was perfect for me as I was traveling. It's now Friday and I just spent an hour and 2 minutes on the phone with Verizon Corporate - AGAIN! Verizon Corporate representatives are calling these people unethical. Don't go in this store, my friends. If you are used to doing business in the daylight, this is not the place for you. This is the dirtiest I've ever felt in my life. I am going to look into my legal options, at this point. There has been so much fraudulent crap done on this account and I have gone out of my way, numerous times, to give these people the opportunity to fix their mistakes. They are not interested in fixing anything. This wasn't a mistake. This is exactly how they want it to be. Final bill $1,600 to AT&T and $400-600/mon. to this new account for useless crap that does not work as we were told it would - services they said they provide, but don't. Stay away from this worst customer service by all employees I went into the store because I was having problems with ordering my phone online so when I went into the store they told me they had a black iPhone 7 but when it was time to check out she said your check out total will be $200 I was like that's crazy because it's only 69 online they told me if I wanted to take that phone home that night I'd have to pay for the bundle I feel like they were pushing me to make a purchase I did not need to make but in the same breath they told me if I ordered it from their store online I would get it by Tuesday and I didn't have to buy the bundle so via FedEx tracking my phone arrive today when I went to pick it up they came up with the story that the box was empty I told the guy I was having a lot of trouble with Verizon and ordering my son phone I have been trying to order him a phone since September and he said well you need to go call Verizon or you need to go to Verizon dealershipbecause these phones have been out/ back ordered since Christmas last time I checked Christmas hasnt past. I will only go to this store because the Mountain Grove employees are rude and it is always busy. The staff at this store is always friendly and the wait time is not bad. My daughters and I went in yesterday to buy a new phone and to switch a different phone over. Amy helped us and was honestly one of the nicest, most helpful people ever. Customer service is pretty much dead, but she was so kind and helpful. While I was waiting, a customer had come in and was rude to her and she was kind back to him and did not let it bother her. THIS is the type of customer service our world needs again (He had no right to treat her that way lol, but she handled herself perfectly). My family and I had a TERRIBLE experience in this store recently. The woman who "helped" us was uninterested and was in no way actually helpful. Never go to this store or any 4G Verizon store Kristian told me my upgrades were free, each phone cost $650!!! He also lies about the cost of a Tables I got. When I got the bill and realized there was other charges for something called Jet Pack, which is their term for Wi-Fi. I didn't even need that... I have Wi-Fi already through my home Verizon . The employees here are very nice and seem helpful when you're interested in making a purchase! However after spending about 5+ hrs at the store one day getting everything worked out to get new phones, we received our latest bill and had hundreds of dollars of extra charges we were not informed of! Be aware they are not disclosing the actual amounts you will end up paying in hidden fees!!! Hours were spent in store, on the phone trying to figure out the bill, more time in the store to fix the bill, and very little attention (especially from management) when it came to fixing their mistakes. It was very deceiving and confusing to go through this process!!! I would not recommend wasting your time going into this store to get new phones--figure out another way to do it! read more

do not use this vendor if you want new service with verizon, i wanted to leave my tmobile carrier after 7 years, thought i would switch over to verizon and needed some specific questions answered, long story short, the reps will lie to you, oversell and they charge activation and set up fees that verizon will not charge you if you order on line, this store is independent thats how they make their profits, i returned a jetpack that the rep said i needed or we could not use phones, lie, after i got home printed my invoice they charge 79.99 plus set up and activation fees which came out to 129.97 and created another line just for this, i contacted verizon, they told me to return to the store, which we did, victra charged me a restocking fee of $35.00 and only credit me 53.52 back and not the fees, this is not the end i will file a complaint with the bb. do not use this vendor call verizon instead directly and just ask them to waive the fees and they will. horrible experience! zero stars! read more

I purchased an iphone 8 from this store and added another line sometime in early October.The rep who was helping me, Amy Ybarra, said that the phone came with the "Hum" equipment. I was under the impression that the equipment was for free so I agreed for her to install it in my car. I didn't realize that I would be tied to a two year contract at $10.00 per month for this service. First of all, she didn't explain to me that Hum is a roadside assistance service similar to AAA. I have been a member of AAA for over 15 years and only pay $40 per year for the many benefits I receive from them. Anyway, as soon as I realized that I was sold a service/equipment I did not need (granted I should have read the contract carefully but I have been in the store for over 3 hours transferring the service from ATT to Verizon), I contacted the store manager, Luis Venegas, and asked for his help in disconnecting the service. He was not helpful at all stating that it was beyond the 14 day return period but less than 60. He said that he is willing to accept the return but I will be charged an early termination fee (about $150). I called Verizon directly and agreed to accept my return and disconnect the service. It was an easy process. I felt overall that this store will take advantage of customers and this is not at all good business practice. read more

Do not waste your time or money on this store!! They have all sorts of hidden fees, it's not a real Verizon store so they can do whatever they want! They tell you that you have to get the bundle package when you get a new phone, which costs $100.00. I was in there for an hour and 45 minutes getting a new phone, and then when it got to the end and time to pay, they swiped my card and said that the network went down and I had to pay cash, which I didn't have. They said there was nothing they could do it happens all the time! So I wasted an hour and 45 minutes in there and when they finally turned my old phone back on I left!! I was very frustrated and they were not apologetic at all!! Luckily it all worked out for the best cause I went to a real Verizon store and got way better service than I ever could have gotten from these guys! They'll scam you I promise!! And I saw one of the workers be completely rude to an old man and give me false information. These stores are all frauds and are deceptive to all consumers. The employees do not know what they are doing and do not provide the best solutions for plan changes...only provide solutions that cost you a lot of money down the road. My wife had to change her plan since when she first went into the store they put her on a share plan that would cost us hundreds more than if he just cancelled her original plan and singed up for a new one. When she went back to change it because of the mistake, it was changed and one of her share plan was cancelled for a fee. Now they just sent us to collections because they want the money for the phone $450 because it's written in the contract and it was their mistake. My wife was allowed to leave the store and with no payment of this amount requested and no bill ever sent to our house. Stay away far far away these stores are a fraud. Filing complaints to every state consumer agency imaginable PUC, Attorney General, Department of Consumer Affairs, etc. etc. to get these guys out of business. read more
