Crooks. First of all, they added insurance to the new phone I purchased without my permission. I agreed to nothing, I signed nothing. They also added two lines to my account for tablets I purchased without my permission. Nothing I agreed to, nothing I signed for. I had to find this out later and go through customer service to cancel. They also lied about the terms of a financing plan they work with. The terms turned out to be completely different. It actually feels fraudulent and I'm going to look into reporting this. I do not recommend doing any business with this store or company. read more

I bought a phone from the store on Redlands Boulevard. Stop charging after three months. Manufacture warranty is a year. Went back to the store a Redlands . was told it had water damage. It's never been near water and she was trying to tell me .if I had it in the bathroom any time it has water damage. So I guess we can't have it in the rain when we go outside .I went to both stores they refuse to take it back and honor the warranty told me that the charging port was part of the water damage ridiculous . The phone will still work but you have to hold the charging port sideways to get it to charge. so I'm out $150 lthey try to sell me another phone. I've heard from several other people that when you go back for warranty replacement did they tell everybody the same story water damage not happy with Metro Pcs will never go there again read more

This is so BS. Ordered my iPhone a couple days ago with a trade in program. The Rep said if I came in, they could print out the return label for me. So I show up. Expecting them to do what they say. First of all she can't even find my phone in the system, then she has to call T mobile to figure out what the heck to do. She is on the phone with them and they say I have to set up the T mobile app. I ask why is this all so difficult?!? I just need you to print out the label like you said you would! Why do I have to set all this stuff on my phone?!? I would not have come by to this BS. And you can tell they really didn't give a crap. He was also very sanitary, especially during these times, made me feel a lot better and less paranoid. He answered all my questions and provided me with further insight making my t-mobile experience better. If you go here, I recommend you see him! Do not go here if you are trying to set up a business account. They wasted about 6 hours of my day trying to set it up (the women who work here, absolute gems - the business representative Cesar Gerrado, needs to be fired and not near any sort of contractual business ever again) when they have all the information and then have to wait for the business representative to answer, he cant be bothered to reply till about 2 days later - Which by that time i already switched over to another carrier. Not only will they send you an email saying the account hasn't been created they will then proceed to bill you with it. Somehow Cesar had authorized the billing without having the sim cards, the phones having used zero data and zero calls. Absolute professionals we got here chief. If he worked for me I would have fired and blackballed him in the industry. Absolutely unprofessional regardless of even if you need to meet a quota or not, do not try and mess with someones credit history and banking information. read more

I went in because I had questions about my bill, the person trying to explain it got me more confuse and i just wanted to pay off my phone to take my service some where else, he just said to another co worker to take my payment I wanted to ask him or her another question but he ignored me and the girl taking my payment was to busy joking with another co-worker. This is my second visit at this TMobile store. They have to be the most incompetent people on earth. Especially their manager. She was extremely unhelpful and had no idea what was going on with her store and the devices they sell. On my first experience, they signed me up with the wrong number, the wrong plan and when i asked them to fix it, they told me that they cant and that i would have to call the 1800 number. Then they charged me for something that i didnt even purchase. So i let this slide thinking, this was just a bad day for them. That was until today. I went to the store looking for a phone and the manager was just horrible. She is very incompetent and does not know the correct pricing for the phones she sells. When i finally asked for a loaner phone she told me Tmobile doesnt do that. So i went to the Tmobile store in Loma Linda off Hospitality and it was night and day. They were friendly, worked with me and i got a loaner phone until my regular phone came in. I will never go to the tmobile in redlands again. The manager should be retrained or fired. read more

No professionalism I went in there trying to return my galaxy note 7 due to the national recall by Samsung, so after an hour I still had my phone and came out with nothing solved. The manager and sales counselor were rude and lied about everything. I decided to go to the one in Moreno valley so after 15 min I was out with a galaxy s7. The sales rep in Moreno valley found everything quickly and I was able to return the note 7. Everything that three people in the Alabama location told me they couldn't do, he did it. I don't understand why they lied and pretended like there was nothing they could do, btw three whole they were trying to get me too add note features to my plans, hmmm.... maybe I should have agreed could have been able to return the phone instead of driving out to Moreno valley. read more

Had an issue with my phone and told one of their associates that I was referred to a store by a customer service representative on the phone. What happens next? They deny any possible way of being helpful except for the fact that they tried to put me on the phone with another customer service representative. Seriously incompetent. This T-Mobile location is one of best stores I have ever been to. Why? Because a gentleman greeted me in front of the store, led me in, showed me the product I was looking for (screen protector) and then connected me with a gentlemen who applied the screen protector. I paid for the product and left. This all took no longer than 15 - 20 minutes at the most. I was shocked at the excellent customer service I received. They had full staff on hand so no waiting time and every T-Mobile employee was busy. They are the most organized T-Mobile store I have ever been to. WOW! Thank you so much!!! read more

I was on vacation for New Year when I decided I wanted to explore the option to upgrade my phone. This location is located next to everything and the staff is awesome. We were greeted by Andre within seconds of entering. We waited maybe 5 minutes for the next available employee. We met with Neyko an awesome very educated man who answered all our questions. I had no idea what Jump was or that I had a store credit line and I've been with Tmobile 10 years. He explained everything in simple terms as well as the pros of opening a second line. He introduced me and my girlfriend to the LG V10 after I told him my primary interests. I needed to think about it and he understood. He riding pressure me at all. I returned the following day, decided to go for it but Neyko wasn't there so we were helped by a guy named Jesus when I returned. He said he was training so I kinda wasn't sure what to expect. Whatever training the company offers is great, with the exception of asking his boss Andre An occassional question he was awesome. Very friendly, personable and very sweet not to mention knowledgable. He spent nearly 3 hours with us, explaining everything he could about the phones, services, trade in options, upgrades, he coulda sold us a car that's how good he was lol. For someone who was training and to be this good, y'all have an amazing salesman on your hands! We ended up with not 1 but 2 LG V10 phones. The rest of the staff was great as well, working in retail myself I know how important team work is and this store NAILED IT. we kept these poor employees almost an hour after closing and not one of them complained. My husband and I went in on Thursday 12/21/17 just to explore our options about switching over. We were greeted by Emily. Off the bat she was attentive and respectful. Beyond nice. She helped us explore our options. She gave us her card and number just in case we had any further questions and set up a time to come back. The following day we returned to make the switch. Again, Emily was our expert. She broke down everything. Our plan, our monthly cost and made sure we got the best option available. She answered all of our questions and made sure her job wasn't done until every concern and question we had were answered. She was so patient. I've had T-Mobile for years and this was always my go to spot when I have issues. Recently, I wanted to purchase an iPhone X so I decided to go to this store to purchase one. When I walked into the store I was approach by this lady, she was quite rude from the start. She had an attitude and kept trying to push the 64GB on me when I clearly stated that I only wanted the 256. I asked about the iPhone 8+ and once again she kept giving me the price for the 64 GB when I wanted either 128 or 256. Anyways, she gave me no time to decide on getting the phone or not. She stood there asking if I wanted it constantly when I said I needed a minute to think about it. I got it anyways, but terrible customer service from her. I felt rush and was uncomfortable when purchasing my phone. Other than that, this place is great. read more

Unfortunately I have had two bad experiences with this location. I have had t-mobile roughly longer than 2 years. Since last year they been messing with my bill, not going to get into all the details. My experience at the store was ridiculous. The first time I went with my sister came with receipts and printed bills, and had everything pretty much ready to go through we go into the store the lady seem friendly at first but shortly after speaking to her, she made it clear that they don't handle any of the financial stuff, and as were speaking to her, all the workers just seem to sneak up and just try and listen to what was going on, and just stared. After wasting half an hour with the same questions, and no answers we left pretty upset. After this I should've learned from it, but next month my bill was screwed up again. So my mom wanted to go in and speak to them she was very upset, we go in. The first guy that tries to help us, clearly had no idea what was going on. Everything they see on their screen is what I can see on my phone/computer. So he couldn't help us, as we go to pay off a phone with a different person (lady) She had the nerve to ignore what we were saying and asked about a sticker on our phone and made jokes and laugh with her co worker. At the end of the day their customer service sucks, unless their trying sell you crap. T-mobile itself should look into hiring staff that can actually help their current customers, and hire people who aren't such idiots. My family and I (5 lines) will be cancelling, for t-mobile sucks. read more

I cancelled this service recently. This store has really bad customer service. No sympathy, empathy, or even a fake sense from them of trying to understand any of our concerns. I would get information from calling the company that would not match what these employees would tell me. They simply tried justifying things that were clearly wrong and when pressed, they would respond with, "you should just call, we don't do that here." They apparently don't do anything there and really should start off every conversation that way instead of wasting our time. First Issue: I had a piece of equipment getting billed from a cancelled line for an iPad. The equipment was for a smart phone purchased a year ago. Why was it added to a cancelled iPad line & Which line purchased it were 2 questions they could not answer and failed to take responsibility for. It is not okay that they lazily added it to a line that was only active for a week. Issue#2 The bill was fluctuating and they explained part of the bill by telling me to ignore it. Both these issues had solutions and they had no idea how to handle it. I have no clue where they found these people, but please train them to at least pretend to care, or rehire people with actual work ethic. read more

I switched over from Sprint to T-mobile back in October 2017. We got 4 lines all iPhone 8's. Just like everywhere else, it takes time to get all set-up, etc. etc. The sales person who helped us out did not explain how the add-on to make HD streaming faster, are only for the two devices not on each so we ended up cancelling that. Left me with a take it or leave it situation . Probably the worst customer service I've had in a long time. I went to get some questions about my outrageous bill. The gentlemen clearly had no idea what he was taking about and couldn't explain why my bill was so high. I was trying to show him receipts and he couldn't be bothered he just walked away as I was talking to him. The next girl who was taking my payment was more interested in the sticker on my phone and laughing and joking with her coworker and clearly ignoring what I was saying, she's stopping coworkers ro joke and laugh with them about my phone as I was talking to her so we just paid and left. I wanted to get off the family plan and start a new plan by myself and she straight up told me I had get a new number. I knew something was fishy and that wasn't the complete truth so I called customer service and they told me a completely different thing and I was able to transfer my old # over. Went in apparently knowing more about any phone in general than the girl helping me. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. The tried to charge me more for the phone because I wasn't financing it (interest free through them),I was buying it cash and starting new service. Had to fight about what was listed on the tag of their product! I almost lost patience and left but a cell phone is vital for my work. I got a phone, the girl helping me couldn't figure it out (fair enough, there are many phones) and I had to wait while she mangled the box and packaging while multiple employees and a manager finally got a SIM card going. Got my bill this month. Had signed up mid cycle and they tried to charge me for a full month, not retro. Also the girl I purchased from said I HAD to go one data plan higher due to the phone model I was purchasing. This only cost me 10$ more a month, but that's lunch baby! It was a lie and I have now modified my plan to my needs online. I intend on returning to this location to speak with them as well as contacting t-mobile. They are deceptive and not knowledgeable here. I will never return to this location. I feel ripped off and scammed. read more

Horrible Customer service by Justin, basicly came into store regarding my NEW Galaxy S6 overheating and Freezing constantly. That i would Like another phone that im going be able to use, basicly had to pay restocking fee for 2 PHONES that Suck and had to pay taxes on nerw phones and sim card fees. It is so rare for me to write reviews but I just had to this time. So to begin with T-Mobile is not my carrier but.... they were able to help me with my problem. So I went in on April 21, 2021 because I needed them to transfer all my stuff to my new phone. I belong to Metro by T-Mobile and the lady helping me first told me " unfortunately we don't do that anymore" and it caught me by surprise because they did it for me last time. So she just activated my new phone and she's like okay you're all set and I asked her how I can transfer everything and she's like "you can google/YouTube it don't stress about it you'll be fine". Whatever I finish there and I decide to go to T-Mobile to see if they can help me and Derek which is the manager was very helpful! I mean he went out of his way to do that for me and I don't even belong to T-Mobile! Process took maybe like 30-45 minutes. The manager was fighting with another customer over a MISTAKE the manager made, refused to make the issue right, and then the guy who was helping me insulted me by calling me a moron because I asked for the TOTAL amount due, and couldn't get it through his thick skull that I wanted the TOTAL due, not past or current but TOTAL...I will never go back to that store ever. Service is okay. When I come in and pay my bill they usually recognize me and take me right away. I was upgrading my boyfriends phone and I think it felt like it took hours. The folks here are OK at times we can be a little bit rough on the edges with customer service. They are a commission based store so a little courtesy now and then won't hurt.
