Don't go here. We bought a phone case that we didn't end up needing, but they wouldn't take it back (even though the packaging was never opened and the receipt said return within 30 days). Apparently it was a special "deal" so they couldn't take it back. Would have been nice if they told this to us when we bought it. We ended up going to the T-Mobile store on Orange St. They took the case back with no hassle and they were a lot nicer to us too. read more

I went into T-Mobile in Redlands on Wednesday, February 17. I changed from Verizon because my bill was always crazy. A gentleman by the name of Greg Lopez helped me and gave me a credit for all of the phones that still have payments on them and got me switched over without any challenges. My bill with T-Mobile will be $50 less and I have added three lines plus the existing five. I am very happy. Greg did not try to sell me a bunch of extras that I did not need he was efficient and friendly. Greg worked quickly and affectively to get me in and out in a timely manner. Thank you again. I LOVE T -Mobile. I manage my phone, account , and etc on line for the most part. 14 years with them, and very pleased. Well, as a senior citizen some of these new phones that do "everything" can be confusing to a senior citizen. I went in today with my new Galaxy, and a few problems, and many questions!. Kristina met me with a smile and immediately made me comfortable, and answered my questions, and absolutely had Me feeling so At ease!! Went in having problems with my Galaxy phone and Greg was the gentleman that helped me. He was able to give me one month of free service along with a new Galaxy for the same price I was already paying. He also helped me reset my gmail and facebook passwords. Terrible customer service. They told us wrong information about the plans, which showed that they don't know their products and services. When asked about activating a phone line, they said that they couldn't help us because the store was supposedly too busy for them to help. Ultimately the worst customer service of any cell phone carrier, let alone any business. read more

Don't ever use T Mobile!! They are a den of thieves! They have been charging my credit card since October and I don't even have a service with them! I called and told them to remove the charges and pointed out that I don't have a phone plan with them. They apologized and said they would have it removed. They also said they stopped the auto-pay that was placed on my card. The auto-pay has been in affect since October of 2016! Stop robbing me T-Mobile!! I'm going to have to cancel my credit card now. I'm reporting you to the Better Business Bureau as well. The person I spoke with over the phone when I called told me I had to give him the tracking number for the phones that was given to me when I mailed them back. I luckily had it in my inbox, but if it wasn't for that tracking number they would have the phones I returned and my money. I signed up with them for a month-to-month to get 3 new phones and a new "cheaper" plan. It ended up being $196 each month for three phones. One of the phones was supposedly free too. They lied and sent me the wrong phones. I was told when I signed up for the first month that I would be getting the phones I wanted on my "month-to-month" plan. I was also told that I could cancel if I did so within a week, and return the phones. I returned the phones, called and cancelled the plan, and they told me over the phone (after being on hold several times) that I would get the $108 in taxes refunded. I was also told they wouldn't charge my card since I was cancelling. I got charged October and November before I realized what had happened. I called in November and they apologized profusely for what happened, said they understood why I was made, etc...then I got charged again in December, and again in January. This is over $892 that has been stolen from me, and I don't even have a phone or phone plan with them! Be warned. Do not use T Mobile! They are sick lying dirt bags who will do or say whatever it takes to steal your money. read more

Went to this store and bought two phones. What I liked was that didn't try to sell me on anything like the sales rep at the T-Mobile store on Orange St who made it seem like I couldn't get the phones without adding a bunch of stuff to my plan. Also had to return an item and didn't have any problems there either. Overall pretty satisfied with the customer service here. read more

This is what T-Mobile does to it's former customers. T-Mobile put a hold on my iPhone to punish me for changing to Verizon. Costco was having specials to change so we did. When we contacted T-mobile about the change they all of a sudden had issues with unblocking my phone. Everything was 24 hours to process. They had multiple agents with multiple solutions for unblocking my phone. As Martin R. noted everything was a lie. I am going on a week of no phone service with no end in sight. I have contacted the California Public Utilities Commission and the Federal Communications Commission in hopes of getting my phone unblocked. read more

I have honestly never felt like it was nessecary to leave a review of a store before, but this place changed all of that. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with such respect and knowledge of the products that I had to let others know. Greg was the guy that helped me and I felt like he had an answer for every question that I had. Not only did he help me with buying new phones, he helped me save a TON of money by merging my ATT and Verizon bills to the same account. Hands down the best wireless purchase I have made. If you are tired of that used car salesman feeling or the feeling that the people selling you phones have no clue about what they are even selling. Alright so its my first time going to T-Mobile I walk in to buy the iPhone 5s this is Friday june 26 2015 anyways .. I go in the store guy asks what im looking for ... hes very nice by the way .. I tell him I want the iPhone 5s he says okay are you upgrading or is it your first time I let him know im new to T-Mobile I have never had service with them before so he tells me I cant get a phone with them beacuse iv never had T-Mobile before like seriously dude you have to be kidding me and in order for me to get a phone I had to pay off the phone completely he didnt even check my credit or anything just flat out said that to me then I tell him okay ill just go to Sprint his answer was any place you go you wont be able to get a phone in payments because you dont have service with them .... so instead I called T-Mobile on orange and pearl they actually checked my credit and I got approved the lady was REALLY NICE! helped me get my phone explained everything to me what I dont get is why would the guy at the citrus plaze not even check my credit the point of working there is to get more customers right?! I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone! When I first walked in first there were myself and 2 couples. Three workers, but I waited approximately 8mins before even being acknowledged. It went downhill from there. The sales person helping me was a younger individual maybe early 20's. I wanted the S4 promotion, which is a ZERO DOWN & $85 a month!! He ran my credit and I was approved for 4 lines with ZERO DOWN!!! I said I wanted only 1 for now and go ahead and get me the phone, so he bagged it up made a copy of my Driver's License and all of a sudden he tells me "a last minute email" came in and now I have to put DOWN A DOWN PAYMENT OF A $120!!!! so I wasn't happy about that one bit. Of course I stated well luckily my transaction was approved before the email, so I am sure your going to honor this, since you ran my credit and copied my license, right? he said he can't. Just to let you guys know this turned into a 45 minuted waste of complete time.!!!! My last comment was he should "honor" what he verbally told me and I was approved... FYI I was asking during this whole transaction about Corp. stores vs. authorized and Corp gets paid more than authorized, I just said for doing the same job, interesting...his comment was that authorized do things that they get away with that he couldn't believe...hmmm what like reading a last minute email and trying to get $120!!!!! interesting....... stay clear of this store!! read more
