Man have their prices increased like a mother and nothing to show for it. For home phone, TV, and internet it's 230.00 I feel like it's a total waste, because sometimes your sh!t works and sometimes it don't. Can't depend on them to ever answer their phones or chat box. Outstanding Customer Service!! My dad had been having trouble with his cable box and after working with the phone support they told him to bring in his box to be replaced. He can't get around easily so I went with him to the store and Oscar G assisted me with promptness and courtesy, he replaced the box in just a few minutes and was extremely polite as he went thru the reboot instructions. I was misinformed if being able to transfer my account from CA to OR and I took equipment back to store before moving out of state. So when I was told I couldn't get service I took the equipment back and told account cancelled. However, it was 2 days into a billing cycle and although their error, making me pay for a month of service when I don't even have the equipment. Poor customer service when you need help. Can't trust anything they tell you, plus tried to charge me for 6 yr old equipment that was in their warehouse after searching for a week!! Stay away from this deceitful business!! read more

Always had pleasant experiences at this location. Brandon and Hector specifically have never done me wrong! I had to switch to Metros phone line (need international dual sim support, currently unavailable with spectrum. So, I was forced to switch against my will and already regretted switching.) The store is ALWAYS clean and guarded; plus, wait times are short since the reconstruction of the location. I refuse to give up my internet service through spectrum. It's reliable, as well as fast and cost effective. Today I replaced my NightHawk router with the spectrum equipment that IS capable of handling 500 MBPS internet. No complaints, I miss my spectrum mobile service, but am glad I can keep my fast internet. I have no problems with the 500 gig internet to work from home. I have to up and download simultaneously through Source Connect and have never had a problem. Great job spectrum, keep doin what you do! read more

Spectrum mobile as a whole organization has a most bogus service,and can't even resolve simple matters. Despite of wasting hours and hours of my time,I could not have my device paid off. All the money I gave them,they put it as a credit towards paying my monthly bill. Spectrum has made this thing so complicated,and wasted hours and hours of my time. I have really horrible internet, for starters, and I'm a college student who desperately needs speedy internet for obvious reasons. I researched and found that Spectrum had the top rating of internet providers, so I decided to give them a shot since I've never attempted to get any service with them. San Bernardino is the closest location to me, so I dropped in on a weekend when I had free time. The service was relatively quick, as I was greeted and helped immediately by a man named David. I was upfront about what I wanted, which was solely internet, but he was pushing for more and more, which is normal for a salesman. After I turned down a few of his offers, he then gave me the final price per month I'd be paying for spectrum internet which was $49.99. I was accepting of this and gave him my information, happily accepting the deal. He made a service appointment for the upcoming weekend to which someone would come out and hook-up the internet for me. I left and went about my day. Fast forward a few hours later, I get an e-mail confirmation with basic information...until I scrolled down to the bottom, where it has those ** symbols, implying that there's a catch because there always is. Turns out, after a certain timeframe, that $49.99 will go up to $80 due to a PROMO ENDING that I was not informed about whatsoever! Imagine if I hadn't of checked the e-mail's details? It's not that I'm complaining about the prices, it's the fact that I was not told about the promotion. Not telling someone something vital, especially in business where money is involved, is the same thing as lying. Do they really think they can sell someone something without predicting how frustrated the customer will be when they find out they've been lied to? I guess so. On Monday, I reached out to Spectrum and told Geraldo my situation, which was that I was no longer interested in having a service with them. Of course, he attempted to sell me items and services as well because that's just showbiz. He was helpful and all, but in the end, I cannot go with a provider who was not honest about a massive price change in just a year; if you want loyal customers, you have to be honest with them, at least about something like that --we're talking a whole $40+ a month! Spectrum mobile is the absolute worse service out there. I had been with T-Mobile for 10 years, decided to change to Spectrum Mobile. In the space of just 1 week, the Samsung Note 10 phone they sent did not work. The keyboard kept adding 'p' to every word. Did factory reset and still did not work. Got a replacement phone, supposedly new on the following Thursday. That replacement phone did not allow me to receive text messages, so I could not upload a lot of my applications. Had enough and switched back to T-Mobile. Then the icing on the cake, Spectrum claims that the replacement phone had scuff marks and they charged me $343.00 for those micro-scratches. I'm tired of hearing their commercials of how reliable they are. My internet go's on and off multiple times a week. Plus are speed is suppose to be 200 mbs but we are lucky to get 100 mbs. I have a new mobile service from Spectrum with a new iPhone 14 this month. Spectrum's network does not have the option to change how many times the phone rings before sending the call to voice mail. As such any caller who would like to leave a message will have to wait for my phone to ring 6 - 8 times before they can leave a message. Spectrum is not ready for mobile service. Don't become their customer or you will be sorry for it! read more

Spectrum Mobile is the worst! Their tech support do not know what they are doing! I switched over to them just over a month ago and they can not get my phone to get their Mobile data. My husband phone works fine but mine does not. I have been calling every couple of days to get a status update and everytime I get a different story. In the beginning they even deactivated my number in one of their systems. Now they say it is not their systems it is Samsung's and now I have to call Samsung because they can not figure it. Several resets and 3 SIM cards later still no Mobile Data, IT IS SO FRUSTRATING AND INCONVENIENT! read more

I'd just like to say that I think spectrum isn't really all that, my internet is down frequently and for them to be one of the biggest internet companies. To me if you're one of the best socalled providers then I should be getting the best and not have to wait forever for my internet to connect. This isn't a review for this location but for spectrum as a whole. We now have had spectrum internet for only 2 days now. The wifi works great! Way better than using my mobile hotspot. During these 2 days of having spectrum they have called 6 times trying to get me to get their tv and mobile phones as well. It is super annoying especially when they call while your at work or while your trying to put the kids to bed. All I want is the internet and they will not no for an answer. All this does is makes us want to cancel and try another company. I hate being harassed with junk mail calls. read more

Worst experience ever! Went in tonight around 7:30pm to swap out my old router as the lady at customer service suggested me to do. (She said it's at no cost to update your router) this guy (wish I got his name) wanted to charge me. I had said the lady told me to swap it out it will be no charge. He then responded with "free? Nothing in life is free" I stood quite. He then said "well since she said it's free I'll go ahead and waive the FEE for you" I had replied thank you so much. Me thinking he is doing me a favor. Well I called back spectrum customer service and she told me there was NO CHARGE to update your equipment!!! She said she don't know what he would of "WAIVED" off because there is no charge unless you close the the account and don't return your equipment. So he was probably hoping to some how pocket money. Spectrum 844-488-8395, is a BIG joke. My son goes to Del Rosa Elementary school in San Bernardino, Ca. School officials have promoted and shared a flyer in regards to low income/ covid 19, low cost to help with the current situation. Since my wife and myself are unemployed, I was paying $50/mo. For Spectrum internet. I had to cancel service. Since school officials offered the low income program to us and the neighborhood that needs assistance so our children can do home school. I called these people on 2 different occasions. They gave me the runaround held me on the line and came back wanting to charge me $55/mo. After the second month. The second call swore up and down that they don't offer anything cheap for my home and that maybe other people in my neighborhood would qualify but not me and vise versa. So, Terrible company full of crap and definitely not willing to help anyone. So the $23/ mo. Is not true I will probably also report them to the BBB. Unbelievable. Here is a perfect example of the saying, "the more you have the more you want". Selfish worthless people. They are not even on the same page as well, so incompetent. read more
