TLDR: I'm paying less for more and this is the best experience I've ever had dealing with cellphone providers. It's not everyday that you have a good story about swapping phone providers. This is that story. I was with AT&T and was getting robbed. Quite literally, when I went to speak to the AT&T reps they suggested I get a lawyer. This is because I got scammed at a Target (Yup, they got me). Long short, I wanted out. Enter the heroes in magenta. To be fair this was a full team win as I worked with 3 different "Mobile Experts" who all seemed to be well, experts. Phillip helped a lot the first day I was there, and really knew his stuff. The manager, Derek, was just awesome, helpful, and honestly a cool person. I got everything set up and needed to come back to swap out a phone. The next day Adrian and Derek helped me out and it was the same amazing experience. Now, I'm paying less for more, with better service and coverage in my area. I came in today to finish setting up my new phone and switching service to T mobile. Hugo helped us out. His knowledge of the company has better made me understand what I was getting into. I I had originally called customer Service to get an estimate where I got a really pushy sales person that ended up getting me to get the gateway internet system that they have. My home internet is ok so i truly didn't want it. Hugo explained to me that I should have just come in to the store to begin with, because by the time I was finished on the phone with customer service I don't know what I signed up for. He went step by step with my daughter and I and I left with a much better understanding of what my promotions are and what and how my future bill will be. T-Mobile offered a plan that guaranteed $70/month for life for two lines. After signing up and paying for over a year my phone bill went up $10. I called to find out why and they told me it was because my payments were being taken automatically to my credit card and not directly to my bank account. This is totally wrong. We went in to trade in our phones. Wendy, the store manager, initially told us we couldn't trade it in. Then looked up the "new guidelines" &said they changed it as of the new year &we would get 350 trade in. We got the phone &went to trade it in &wendy is now is saying we dont qualify for the 350$ trade in. It's the inconsistency. You should KNOW your information CORRECTLY. the whole reason we got new phones is bc she told us that we would get $350 trade in so now we can't. I encountered bad customer service with Michael, who was on a power trip when things didn't go his way. He even told me to get out of the store when I gave him the same attitude he was giving me. This was not the first time this had happened regarding him. This store lacks good customer service. They took away the good people who used to work here and greeted you as you came in. Now you're made to feel like they are doing you a favor, and you're wasting their time. They had customers come in who asked if they spoke spanish and they didnt even try to direct them to another store that did, pull out their phone translator, or even go get their manager, who i later found out that she did speak spanish. If you want a store to go to that gives you quality service, then your best bet is to head over to your redlands tmobile. They treat you better over there. read more

I just want to thank Andrew, Philip, and Hugo for the worst experience. I got at a retail store in a long time. I understand I wasn't there to purchase anything but I was there for a return at first I was only talking to Andrew. He walked me through the process and asked me for a receipt. I told him I didn't have one that I have shipping label I showed him what I have and he said I have to go somewhere else. They called customer service. He told me I could return it with the shipping label then Andrew switches the story so he can't take the device because his manager is not there so he should've left with that and explain to me the first time you can't take it instead of just making me leave. This is where the experience really went bad I have Philip, Andrew, and Hugo all talking to me at the same time not letting me speak ganging up on me. really was a terrible experience. I don't understand why I need three sales reps schooling me on how I'm wrong after corporate told me I could return it with the shipping label. I wish there was a nicest way to say it was really a clown show. I understand that they are sales reps and they need to make money but they are also there to provide services. I was actually going to purchase the phone after I made my return but thanks for that I will never go back. I might just switch over carriers at this point because every time I go into T-Mobile store it is the worst experience after after the sell.
