Temporary VERIZON store manager Sean was beyond amazing! I had MULTIPLE issues that I was unable to resolve in the last 30-60 days, either via; 611, main number or CHAT. I was BEYOND over all of the; bs, hang ups, hold times in excess of 40 minutes, disconnects, recording not recognizing any of my issues, transfer dos connects and a host of other issues. It was raining and I was the only customer so, in 2 hours time he fixed MULTIPLE ISSUES and I could not be more impressed with his knowledge, patience and follow through. read more

First of all I want to state we have been with AT&T for over 15 years. Came here for an upgrade on our son's phone. ISH, the manager was the only one there. We waited for the first set of customers to leave and we were then helped. We were waiting for the "safe" to unlock for him to get the phone. Once he went and came back, he had the phone and a small box. When I asked what the box was, he stated you get them for free with a purchase of a new iPhone. It's a back to school special for Beats earbuds. We're thinking ok cool. We proceed with checking out. I have to do 3 different transactions for the phone, ins., and the taxes he says. I then tell him we don't need or want the ins and he replied saying it was a new mandatory requirement and I could come back in 14 days to take it off. Once we get home, my husband makes a call to AT&T and inquired about this new requirement and also ask about the Beats earbuds. Well come to find out, we were lied to by a store manager. He lied about the earbuds being a "back to school special" and about the insurance being a mandatory requirement. He did this for his commission. And he also didn't ask if we wanted that 10 bucks a month on our son's line for upgrades in the future. Just added it on like no big deal. My husband went back to the store and confronted Ish and demanded our refund for the Beats earbuds, to take off the insurance and to take off the 10 bucks a month for an instant upgrade. Ish stated he didn't say the whole thing about the back to school special. So he was basically calling my husband, my son and myself a liar. I don't think they even have them out on display. You go to these stores thinking people who work there are going to be honest. But it's becoming harder to believe them when you have shady characters like ISH. Shame on you Ish for being a scammer. Spent 3 hours today waiting for a call back regarding my email account that I have been locked out of ever since yahoo took it over. Got immediately hung up on before I was ever able to speak with someone. Called this local store and the gentleman that answered told me that I couldn't get any help I would need to call the center back tomorrow. I asked for his name and he responded that he did t have to give me that information. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. manager Daisy was missing from 11Aam to 4PM her employees said she was on lunch. who takes a 5 hour lunch.... when i finally spoke to her she said she's never at the store and wouldn't address my issue. one employee guaranteed my phone would be ready by Saturday. Fed Ex had it delivered Tuesday. when i spoke to manager Daisy she said that's not her issue or problem it is FEDEX . I told her that her employee guaranteed it would be ready by Saturday and that it is the stores issue/ problem now. As a manager myself, I never miss lead a customer, and train my staff to properly add additional time to deliveries, because nothing is guaranteed. i asked Manager Daisy how would she be able to fix this issue, she said she can't do nothing, i told her a good manager would find another location and pick up the phone. she told me she wouldn't do that because she will be going on vacation starting tomorrow. i asked for the DMs name so i can fill a complaint, she said call cooperate store, i called the cooperate store to find out this location is not a cooperate location. she LIED again. read more

Overall I rate my experience at this AT&T location a three stars. I would have rated them five stars, but here is why. I was never given credit for my trade in and yes I signed up for the programs and purchased the 3 items as they stated would qualify me for the trade-in credit. So word of advice get yourself a receipt or something in writing that proves you traded them your phone. I had to return because the chip malfunctioned and I had no service. No big deal, stuff happens I get that. The wireless charger that came with the 3 items does not work properly. That drops them two stars in my book. Now for the young woman that assisted me I wish I remembered her name was very polite and provided me with excellent customer service. She was not pushy and worked out the details on my new billing set up so my monthly payment would stay close to the same. That I appreciated. The location I also appreciate because it is a low key area and it is not very busy. I was provided customer service right away. At the end I ended up purchasing the phone I am using right now for this review. I upgraded from an iPhone 6S plus to an iPhone 12 pro max. Which I am very happy with. Such a great phone. read more

These representatives add services to your bill without telling you. When I was I store the rep added insurance to my phone stating they do that for everyone and your phone HAS to be insured when you walk out. My fiancé got a phone a week prior and they did not add it. The rep told me I had to call back to cancel the insurance. He did finally remove it though after back and forth. I received our bill today and 6.00/months charge was added to each of our lines for Next upgrade which we did sign up nor were we told about it. Customer service told me no services are added without our permission so the store is adding services without disclosing. Customer service states they cannot cancel the 6.00 currently that I have to call back in a month to cancel. It's a huge waste of time for something I was never offered or asked for. read more

Where do I start! My boyfriend and I have been due for upgrades although our phones work fine. I have the 6s and he has the 7. We were bored one day and I told him let's go upgrade our phones. Before we went to AT&T my boyfriend called to see what the offers were(he was already able to see them online, but he wanted to be sure). The AT&T rep on the phone said that we would get $300 on our phones if we did a trade in ect. We go to the store and a man by the name of Guillermo helped us out at first. We told him why we were there and asked what the offers were... I immediately was bothered because Guillermo tried saying that we weren't due for upgrades(hello! We called before going and we checked online). I then told him that we knew we were and how we knew. After going back and forth he then said "oh you're barely due for an upgrade" I'm thinking seriously!!! It's either YES or NO not barely! Anyway, so he tells us that if we do the trade in $300 go towards the phone ect. We tell him we want to do that and he then says that they are out of the newest iPhone and they only have the 11. We tell him it's fine, we will get the 11.... he grabs the phones, we start doing the transfer and he comes back to charge us for the taxes which was about $100+ he tells us he will be taking his lunch, but his manager will assist us. As we are there for 1hour now waiting for this process my boyfriend realized that the taxes were pretty high so he starts looking at the receipt and realized that the $300 were not added to each phone and they were charging us full price. When the manager, Ozzie (that's not how he spelled his name). Anyway, he came up to us to see if the transfer was done and we then asked him why the $300 for the phones wasn't added. He said he would go to the back to ask Guillermo. He came back and said that in order for the $300 to go towards the phones we needed to get the newest iPhones (the ones that they didn't have in stock). We told him that Guillermo didn't mention that to us. Ozzie said "Our bad, it was miscommunication" BS!!! He gave us a few minutes for my boyfriend and I to discuss what we wanted to do... We decided we would just get a refund and leave with our old phones. We told Ozzie then what we decided on and we started deleting our info from the new phones. By then Ozzie was going to give us the "refund". 2+hours going on 3 Ozzie isn't able to give us a refund for "whatever reason" BS!! After trying for another hour he comes back and tells us that he isn't able to give us a refund because the system won't let him, but if we go back Monday(it was a Saturday) he would be able to do it then. He insisted we take the new phones since technically they were ours (he even put them in a bag and everything)but we said "NO we aren't taking them because we don't want them". The following day I was thinking how he did that to hit a number for him and the store ect. I'm thinking all kinds of thoughts, so I tell my boyfriend to call their customer service line and he does.... We explained the rep what happened and he said that it was weird and said he would put a complain on the store. He even said that when it comes to same day refunds that is the easiest and there shouldn't be any problems. He stated that it would simply be a same day reversal. He advised we call the bank and file a dispute if they refuse to give back the refund. He also stated that the $300 did go to any phone! And they should have honored their mistake. Monday came and Ozzie called my boyfriend and he went to the store and got his money, BUT!!! The following month(this month) my boyfriend noticed that the bill was $50 higher than usual (keep in mind that we have been with AT&T for 16 years!! So our bill stays the same). AT&T tells my boyfriend that the reason the bill is $50 higher is because Ozzie put in their system that he DID take one of the phones!!!! When we didn't take any phones home! (No he didn't mentioned Ozzie's name, but come on!) So now AT&T is opening up a case -_- Because as of now in our new bill we will be paying for a phone we didn't take home. This better get fixed because I work at an attorneys office and building a case against AT&T is something I have no problem with. Be careful going to this store, they are shady af! I read their other reviews and that says a lot. If there is any nice reviews (which there isn't, majority are horrible)I'm sure it's because the people didn't catch on. We are definitely going else where and we are canceling cable and internet as well( thank you Ozzie). Dropped by the AT&T Store to pickup a SIM card for a new phone. First thing you will notice is that this location has more space then it does employees. For a company store, the location is brght and airy, the downside is for all the real-estate they only have two staff members working any given shift. Our wait was about 10 minutes before they were able to help with our request, and the salesperson seemed nice but over worked. In typical AT&T style he neglected to mention up front the cost to activate a line and was unaware of how to activate certain features on our account that were simple to due via the AT&T App itself. This would be expected from an Authorized Retailer but not from someone that works directly from the company. On the brightside, at least we were not hit up for promotions or plan changes this time around. If you're in a rush, this location is much better then their Redlands store, which is the opposite, small and overcrowded. I use this store more often becuase the wait, while long isn't as crowded and the sales people don't seem as pressured to push sales on the customers. read more

When I arrived at AT&T both employees were helping two different customers. I waited an hour and 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Also I tried to set up auto pay online. Every time I pay online I get a red message saying "contact your bank". I'm not able to set up auto pay but I paid with the exact same card in person at AT&T the card worked fine. It's so frustrating that I have to go into AT&T every month. I've contacted my bank and they said they neither denied the charge or even saw me attempt to make an AT&T payment online. So I know the problem is on AT&T's end and not my bank. I've go through this the last three times I've tried to pay my bill online. read more

I wish any less of a star was an option. As someone who works in retail I understand when mistakes happen but after reading previous reviews I can tell this store has absolutely no customer care. Associates will fail to mention hidden fees and lie about rates. We were told we wouldn't get charged extra but would actually be saving money by leaving a grandfathered contract to join their unlimited data plan, a few days later we are hit with a $100 prorated fee and the month bill actually MUCH MORE expensive. They refused to wave the fees they failed to mention, the manager was less than helpful and reversed the plan, and when we gave them the ultimatum of us going to a different provider they agreed that we maybe should go elsewhere. This store has terrible customer service, the workers don't seem to care about their client and that shows just how poorly they are probably treated by their corporation since months pass and there's never any progress. Riddle me this...why, when I'm in here for a phone upgrade does it take over AN HOUR AND A HALF for them to just do a software update?!?! When I'm at home, using my older phone, it takes less than 5 minutes. Was met with a very put out salesperson asking what we needed and "what phone do you want"? I asked what they had and he said a 10. So, we said sure... the look and the sigh was a big enough turn off to say never mind and walk out the door. If you are going to work in customer service and be open on Christmas Eve morning, you need a little more Christmas spirit and customer service training. We know better to go into this store. Do not go here, enter at your own risk... go to a actual AT&T store. This is a 3rd party AT&T store. Go to the warehouse store in redlands off redlands Blvd or any actual corpate store... If I could give them no star I would. there not a real at&t store there a 3rd party store. AT&T corpate has no control over this store Bullying you like this did us. There whole store (all the employees and store manager) and district manager fused to exchange my phone out for another one because I was unhappy with it, within my 14 days to return. And they only would do it if we returned and repurchased the 2 free tablets they gave us. They wanted me to pay a 400$ to do the return... I called the at&t customer service number and they could not do a thing to help us. Because this 3rd party at&t store it has nothing to do with corpate AT&T they just are aloud to sell there product. They kept bullying us for so long they tried to lock Me into a phone I was unhappy with because they don't like doing returns. For 5 days they gave us a different excuses how someone that's a higher up out of state would have to review the transactions and maybe they would approve the return/exchange. And they didn't even know when they would hear back because this person could be on vacation or they don't work weekends or this day or that day and they have no way to solve the problem right then and there... I work in retail and I guarantee there no customer issue I cannot solve with 1 single phone call or by my self on the spot... A few of there employees even told me they don't tell people that can even return phones for something else because they hate to do there job. they told us to come back and have them install are 40$ screen protectors and they screwed them all up, there was so much dirt and dust under it. And they got mad at us when we pointed it out and had them yet to fix it. I would not give them a dime. Very unhelpful and very judgemental towards any product that's isn't there home security systems and there own presonal phone of choice. Customer service is sub par. Most of the salespeople here are young 20-something boy-men. I stood and paced around for a while without being offered any help or even being acknowledged. Finally, I noticed one of the man-boys just standing in the corner spacing out and asked if he could help me, which he did and apologized, saying he thought I was already being helped. The rest of the experience went ok, until a father and his just-graduated-from-high school, tall, blonde daughter walked out of the store when their service was complete. Just then, all but one (bless him) of the boy-men started on and on about how "fine" and "hot" she was right in front of myself and another customer. My particular boy-man that was assisting me went as far as to say "that's how I like 'em" when a coworker mentioned how young she was. SUPER inappropriate, rude, and just plain gross. We went there yesterday, after I spent some time on the phone the an AT&T representative. The guy that helped us was very respectful as curious. We had just come from the DMV and were ready to go home, but, I needed a new phone. The man got me the new phone, started setting it up, and while the new phone was updating, he left and went back to stocking the shelves. The manager ended up coming over, after what seemed like hours, and helped me finish off what the other man started. My sales rep was Nazeerah!! She was incredibly helpful and quick to help my sister who originally came in for the iPhone 11 Pro Max. She mentioned the offers of the accessories and how we can basically just pay the tax today and pay over the 12 months for the extras like screen protector, case, pop socket, and a wireless charger. I wasn't sure about getting a phone myself but I asked my own questions and she was quick to multi-task and help me and my sister. She was super friendly and easy to chat with as we did the transfers in store. She even went as far as to apply the screen protectors and cases on our phones flawlessly may I add. She was super attentive and answered all my questions and was patient with me and my sister as we discussed what we wanted to do. To make a long story short, we switched to ATT on 11/25/17, ordered 3 new phones with unlimited plan (which we were talked into so we could get the free HBO). Well I am still waiting for my 3rd phone which was never delivered and no one can find out where it is at. And guess what?!?! No HBO....!!! So if you must go to this store for anything, do not let Tristan help you. He has completely messed up my whole account including phones, billing and Directv account.
