While assisting that customer, Reina kindly asked how she could help me and immediately jumped into action, managing to assist both of us efficiently and with no problem. The care I received at that location truly meant more to me than the two men who helped me could ever know. I came to this location on the recommendation of a trusted friend after a very difficult experience at another Verizon store the day before (the location of the 1st store was: 27512 W Lugonia Ave, Suite C, Redlands, CA). At that previous location, my mother and I were treated with little patience and a lack of respect when we asked for help understanding our contract options. My mom had recently been in a serious car accident that caused a traumatic brain injury and affected her memory, so we genuinely needed things explained clearly and slowly. Instead, we were made to feel stupid for not understanding our options quickly, which resulted in us walking out without updating the majority of our existing lines. Walking into store #951-262-48 felt completely different. Matt greeted us with such a pleasant and genuine welcome that it immediately put me at ease. When Trent became available, he took the time to really listen to what we had gone through. He didn't rush us, didn't make us feel like a burden, and treated my family with so much patience and compassion. He explained everything in a way that finally made sense and never once made us feel uncomfortable for asking questions. Because of Trent's kindness and support, I was able to add multiple lines to my account and even purchase gifts for my family just in time for Christmas. Matt and Trent's help might seem like a small thing, but for me their support was huge. I hadn't updated my phone in years because life had been heavy -- between work and caring for my grandparents while they were in hospice, finding time for something like updating my phone felt impossible. Unfortunately, when I had finally made an effort to upgrade, I was met with disrespect at the first verizon store i I had visited this year, which was incredibly discouraging. I was honestly ready to switch phone companies altogether after that experience. Matt and Trent completely changed that for me. They reminded me how powerful genuine customer service can be, especially when someone is already navigating so much. In moments like these, being treated with patience, dignity, and kindness can truly be healing. I'm so grateful for the experience I had at this store and for the people who work there.

    I cannot recommend this store more than to say if you want the BEST customer service, you need to…read morehead here! Seek out Isrrael because he has to be one of the nicest, most helpful people I have come across in customer service, or any other service, in a very long time. I had gone to the store in Beaumont to upgrade my Samsung because it was time and my screen had cracked. The service out there was not helpful at all. After spending about 15 minutes with them, all they could say was that they didn't have any of the 21s in stock. They could have saved me time and said that from the beginning. They didn't offer to check other stores, just that they could order it and get it in November. I proceeded to call the store in Yucaipa and at Citrus Plaza to be told they didn't have them either. I finally called the Victra store and was lucky enough to get Izzy. He let me know they did not have that phone in syock, but recommended the 20 for a few reasons and they had it in stock. He out it on hold for me and we headed down. He was super helpful getting it all set up; they were issues going from 4G to 5G, but I didn't have to deal with it. He made sure to tell me about the different offers I could get and helped me get the lowest increase to my bill. Not only did I get a new Samsung 20 FE 5G, but I got a Galaxy Tab A7 as well. To make it an even better experience, he was able to help my husband out. He's been looking for the 1Phone 13 Max Pro with no success. Izzy called around, did some other searching, and my husband walked out with that new phone and an iPad for $4 more a month! Omar was a super help in getting him all set up and his stuff transferred. These two gentlemen made a what started as a stressful experience, not so. Izzy is assistant manager, but acts much like an owner in the time and patience he put into what he does. Just amazing!

We were being charged full price $700+ for a phone that was supposed to be free as part of a promotion for adding a new line to the account. One of the sales reps called in to tech support. I sat on hold for 15+ minutes. The store manager told my rep to go help someone else and I stayed on hold, waiting. I called the manager over after about 25 minutes asked him if there was anything they could do in-store to fix my issue. He said no. This is the fourth time I've tried to resolve this issue with Verizon, after 2X being told by telephonic tech support that it was fixed. The third time I tried calling, I sat on hold for an hour but never got helped. One would think that in-person customer service would be more helpful than over the phone, but it certainly is not the case here at this store. I'm still sitting on hold in the store, the manager and the sales reps walk by like they don't see me here, and now we've been here for over an hour. This is ridiculous and absolutely NOT proper customer service.
