I went in to upgrade my phone 2 days ago and the store was closing in 45 minutes. Yasir let me in and he helped me with my purchase of an iPhone 16 pro max and a new iWatch. He was extremely helpful and even helped me set up the phone even though it went over closing hours. I was happy that I got to keep my old phone until I made sure everything was transferred correctly. Today I went back and I gave him my old phone and got the 4 accessories I needed with my store credit and all at a fair price. He was a pleasure to talk with and very knowledgeable. Daniel was great, he helped me upgrade , suggested a new plan, and also picked out the accessories for my iPhone needs. I came to this location and the person who helped us was Yasir. He was extremely unprofessional. I was trying to explain to him the reason why I was there and he wasn't understanding so he got frustrated and yelled at me telling me, and told me he knew what he was doing, that if I didn't want his help I could wait for someone else. And at the end I was correct and he just wasn't understanding me. I felt extremely embarrassed at the way he yelled at me in front of all the customers. I am quite perturbed about my recent purchase. I purchased the 21 Ultra 5G. Because these kids are so busy trying to make a sale, no one informed me that the cord associated with this particular phone was different then the cords I have used in the past. My previous phone uses the C type and the USB. This particular phone uses C type on both ends. So none of the other chords I have will properly charge this phone. I got so frustrated I did not even ask if all the phones I was looking at were C type on both ends. When she suggested I by the wall Box, if I had said no that's OK I'll get one later I would have never been able to charge my phone properly. Because they want to charge me a restocking fee so I might as well keep what I have. But I think if I had found that there was a phone I was looking at that could utilize the cords I already had, I would have purchased that versus this one were now I have to buy multiple cords all over again. I don't know if my complaint is with this store or if it is with Samsung or Verizon but what I did not appreciate is the young lady getting professionally defensive with me when I brought up my concerns and the fact that I did not feel like all the information was presented to me at purchase. read more

Update......so after talking to the Verizon corporate office I was also informed that the $200 gift cards were given as a promotion for getting new phones as new Verizon customers. We were told by the Manager and the sales person that if we bought all the new accessories for the new iPhones in that store that day we would get $200 gift cards x 2 ....one for each line. Well we fell for it and bought two phone cases, screen protectors, and new wall jacks for the new iPhone connectors! Almost $200 worth of merchandise. Finding this out today really does reveal the level of deceit, and bad faith being executed by this manager Victor and teaching his staff to do the same. I went in on mother's day for an upgrade hoping there was a promotion, which there wasn't. When I upgraded it was 2 hours long and I was offered $25 for Internet that ended up needing a new line when I saw the bill. I called customer service to have it cancelled, new bill shows more charges. I have not returned the box but it has not been plugged in since I cancelled it. This has been the worst experience with Verizon since I upgraded it and I greatly regret it. read more

She gave me excellent service & helped me with the best phone to fit my needs. She took very great care of me & was very knowledgeable in getting my phone all set up. I never received the promotion, they gave me several excuses about verizon being behind in there credits . Then after months of not getting the credit , they claimed that verizon didn't have the promotion code to give me a the credit. I went in to see what my upgrade options for my current account. Daniel assisted me today. After answering many of my questions he asked me if I still work. I told I do and I'm self employed. He had already gone over what the cost would be now that our phones and IPad are paid for. He then suggested that I change my account to a business account. Typical sales person, I'm trying to buy a new phone and this sales person try's selling me a tablet as a "promotion", I tell him no I don't need one, he insists and I said as long as I don't have to pay anything extra I will, he said that you only have to pay the sales tax and that's it. Well that was a lie! For the next 4 months I was being charged an additional 10$ for the extra line for the tablet! So I was lied to which I'm very disappointed about. I will never shop or recommend this store, and that's a shame since I work for a public service entity in the same city as this store so will not recommend the store to anyone read more

The customer service rep here in the store is doing everything he possibly can to help this customer. As I sit here and hear the conversation. People we need to remember there is only so much a rep can do in a store. The rep here is very apologetic for something he had no control over, and did everything in my opinion to the best of his ability. I was able to take care of my situation Pretty quick. By far the worst experience ever. I went to upgrade my phone and was helped by Matthew Y. Upon reviewing my account they had system issues (quote on quote) Matthew said my pin was not working so I had to change it twice. Then after helping me upgrade my phone he was in the back on the phone with another associate. He was able to give me my new phone and said they would send me a shipping label via email to send my old phone back. I found it weird that they didn't hand me the shipping label there because they usually do. Long story short I never received the shipping label and called multiple times throughout the week. He never called me back after leaving multiple messages. Later I found out MATTHEW opened an additional line without my consent. You can imagine how betrayed and taken advantage i felt. went in to talk about my bill, spoke with Ismael who totally took advantage of my situation I have total mobile protection but I wanted to know why all my devices wasnt covered. I had questions, after about 30 min in the store I thought he had helped me out on that situation, but nope he said he gave me a new mobile protection coverage & I could use the insurance if needed in 30 days. he offered me a promotion saying it'll make my bill go lower so I'm like why not, not knowing that he took off my total protection for 45$ completely ( I have no protection at all) that I already had that's why my bill went lower. didn't know any of this until I visited another Verizon store weeks later to pay off a phone and upgrade that's when I found out I had no protection on any of my devices. point of the story he lied to make himself look good on paper, VERIZON ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came here to switch from t-mobile and did. Now I'm happy with the way Verizon works , but at this location I feel like the lady here was doing something to up her commission. She told me there was an activation to switch and a cost for the SIM card , but online it said free to switch and free SIM card, and then she tells me she could get me a free phone case and free power cord sense I'm a new customer , so I'm like cool. I later look at the receipt and there was no cost for the SIM card or activation, but a charge for the cord and the case but I'm like what ever I paid for a case and cord that I didn't really need, but at least I got some new stuff for my phone. On top of that when she asked me if I want insurance for my phones I told her no , and when she asked me what plan I want I told her unlimited so then she tells me with unlimited you get a free hot spot device i was like cool. So when it's all said and done I'm waiting for her to give me my free hot spot device cuz she didn't , so I ask her and she tells me "oh you wanted that?" And I'm thinking "yea" then she tells me oh that cost more , so I was like "what ever it's ok then I don't want a bigger bill". I leave and that was that, but later when I downloaded the Verizon app I see that the girl charged me 11 extra dollars per line for insurance I did not want and don't even know if I qualify for sense I bought the phone somewhere else, and I didn't even have the unlimited plan I asked for she gave me the 24gb plan.Im trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, but I feel like there were too many instances and that she pretty much jacked up my order.
