AT&t has raised the price many times over all the years. The last was to not recognize veterans and servicemen with a discount and removing the discount for direct pay. Guess the CEO needed a bigger bonus this year. We've had them for many years and we just got sick of it. (NOTE: I did not find out who I was talking to until AFTER I returned my equipment, so I figured I was just speaking to a random employee) The purpose of my visit was to return equipment after a recent move. When I arrived at 10am and checked in, there were quite a few people ahead of me so I decided to make an appointment and come back later. I arrived at my appointment time and had trouble checking in. After trying for a few minutes, I asked the nearest employee, Christian, for assistance. Christian seemed annoyed to help and was condescending during the entire interaction. I explained I was having issues with the kiosk and showed him the confirmation for my appointment. He asked if I tried the confirmation number or my email and I told him I had tried both. Christian then attempted them for himself as if I was lacking the skills to do this simple task. After he also failed with the kiosk, Christian tells me that I must add myself to the wait list and have a seat since there was nothing he could do to fix the problem with my appointment not showing up. My face literally said everything my mouth wanted to say out loud to Christian and his poor customer service attitude. Luckily after waiting 20 minutes or so, I was helped by another employee who was very pleasant and gave me the name to the terrible employee I had interacted with as I came in for my APPOINTMENT!
