He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood every step of the process without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was his professionalism and positive attitude--he made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and even enjoyable. Jason went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly, and I left the store feeling confident and completely satisfied. It's rare to come across customer service like this, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into making my experience such a great one. I walked out happy and would absolutely recommend asking for Jason if you visit this location!

We were being charged full price $700+ for a phone that was supposed to be free as part of a promotion for adding a new line to the account. One of the sales reps called in to tech support. I sat on hold for 15+ minutes. The store manager told my rep to go help someone else and I stayed on hold, waiting. I called the manager over after about 25 minutes asked him if there was anything they could do in-store to fix my issue. He said no. This is the fourth time I've tried to resolve this issue with Verizon, after 2X being told by telephonic tech support that it was fixed. The third time I tried calling, I sat on hold for an hour but never got helped. One would think that in-person customer service would be more helpful than over the phone, but it certainly is not the case here at this store. I'm still sitting on hold in the store, the manager and the sales reps walk by like they don't see me here, and now we've been here for over an hour. This is ridiculous and absolutely NOT proper customer service.

Used some sort of gummy adhesive to fill in holes. Looked horrible. That eos box thing was a nightmare. I think that's what it was called. Switched back to spectrum within 2 months. Now frontier keeps sending sales reps to my door, one came at almost 9 at night one time I've told them repeatedly we are not interested. Today another pushy young guy came, I listened to his little speech to be respectful. Told him who we were with and very happy. Not interested. He would not leave. Asked to speak with my son, who just got home from gym, hit the shower, studying for mid term, insisted on coming back. I said we aren't interested. He thought by flashing his Verizon logo, like that would do something. No we aren't interested. I tried telling him I was cooking dinner, kept talking. This guy is more bothersome then a damn Jehovah Witness or one of them Mormon boys. Please do not send anymore sales reps our way! Please.

We said yes and verizon told us Frontier would come set it up. We had it set up, and about 2 months in, my husband got a text stating it was disconnected because of non payment. We contacted Frontier and they told us our verizon account was never properly connected with Frontier and we were never actually signed up. So they agreed to remove some of the fees we were charged, but we still had to pay for what was supposed to be a free trial. Then they said our account was now connected properly and we would receive the free trial. Still no free trial. within a month we just canceled. when we got the final bill, there was an early cancellation fee of $75 and an equipment restocking fee of $50. in total our 'free 6 month trial' that was really only about 4 months cost us $230. This felt very scammy.

I gather that for the most part Verizon just wanted to get out of that business for some reason. In theory I am fine with that concept since I fired verizon for consistent overcharging for cell service and selling me products I did not need. But I did not have internet nor TV cable service from them. I am kind of glad I did not, but I was not that impressed with Comcast Cable either, where I used to live. Once moving to the desert and after signing a contract with frontier in 92345 zip code for $55 per month (basic cable TV and internet) I discovered that Frontier never provides service for that amount. "Sur-charges" including "broadcast TV" amount to $25 and the router and DVR each cost about $17 per month. Apparently the field service people discourage using your own router/modem since it is convenient to blame that unit for anything that goes wrong. At least comcast did not expect everyone to rent their routers. In any case my current billing base rate is $126 and I do not recall having made a contract which approved that amount. Maybe it is their "new" price after the 2 year introductory rate or something. An "introductory price" is basically an excuse to bait-and-switch and appears to be a common industry tactic. Meanwhile we have supposedly 200Mbit fiber optic internet service; never mind that "fiber optic" does not determine the SPEED of the connection (rather the endpoints do) and other reviews I have seen suggest similar displeasure with "faster" gigabit-service which I assume is even more expensive and apparently does not deliver either. I did try to contact frontier about their deceptive advertising and exorbitant billing rate (and we have the cheapest cable TV service they sell), which is still priced beyond what it is worth. Obviously someone is making money. Engine net searches suggest that Frontier has actually been in chapter 11 since about 2010 and despite that continues to provide service. Obviously they do not have to do a very good job of it, since they have virtual monopolies in the areas were cities have made deals with them I guess. Our local alternative appears to be Spectrum but I do not think their reputation is any better. I would be interested in other opinions about this set of issues.
