What a relief to find a T-Mobile store with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! As a business owner myself, customer service is everything!!! And after having a horrendous experience at T-Mobile off Riverside Ave in Rialto (never go there) Mercedes' made my day!!! I even had a little attitude cause of what I just experienced and she was so patient and helped me thoroughly and answered every question I had with ease. My husband took my phone last month to get replaced. It took about an hour to transfer everything to the new phone. The entire time the lady was on her phone. And not everything got transferred because she stopped it to soon. Today he took my daughters phone for the same reason to the same lady they were there for 2 hours waiting for the transfer, my daughter said the lady was on tictoc the entire time they were there and she did it again. She she lost all her pictures from prom and other contacts were gone. Really poor service . read more

Came to upgrade 4 phones but left. Not because there was one employee (MIA) and only one customer... but because we were never acknowledged one single time in. 20 min time frame. We just stood there while she pretended we didn't exist. So I went down to this store and planned to upgrade my plan. As I was talking to the store manager, Frank, and he told me that I had to purchase 800$ in accessories in order to switch my plan. I did so and I was expecting them to change my plan to unlimited hotspot. Today I was using my hotspot and it said that I cannot use my hotspot that my plan never changed. I called corporate and they told me that THE STORE MANAGER SCAMED ME INTO BUYING 1,122$ worth of accessories!!!!! CORPORATE TOLD ME THIS!! DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE! He also made me over pay my TAXES!! AND PUT 90$ FOR DOWN PAYMENT!! They won't give me my refund and I have to face that negative person that makes me uncomfortable!! This place is NOT okay! If i could give 0 stars to Sandra, I would. I went in last week because i was interested in adding a line and getting a watch and Sandra helped me out. When asking for help, she had a little attitude in the way she talks and explains things. (I made it aware that I am a hard learner so she might have to repeat herself). I've came to this store since it opened. The worker was very rude and would roll her eyes when I couldn't understand things she was saying, she sounded confused herself. she kept giving me different numbers and prices then what 611 had told me. she was very unprofessional and unhelpful. she would pay more attention to her phone rather than helping me. when i asked to see the manager, she said she was the manager when i clearly know she isn't the manager. she was acting like a know it all but couldn't help me, at all. looking at the reviews, i believe Roberta W.'s experience with Sandra because she is so careless and rude. I don't even know where to start. I came in with my family to get my husband a new galaxy and to have the iPhone we just bought him ( that he didn't like) transferred over to my line. When we got there we where greeted by a man with longish hair I believe his name was Zach? Maybe not idk but he stated he was the manager. We tell him what we wanted to do and he says no problem asks for my ID and I tell him my name has changed because I got married several years ago. He then stated I needed to call customer service to have it changed or he can't help me I told him I have called and they told me I need to go into a store and the store tells me I need to call it's been going on for years (hasn't stopped me from getting new phones in the past) and he tells me to call while he is there and he we handle it so I call 611 and sit on hold for 15 and the lovely gentleman comes up to me and tells me he is off now and LEAVES!!! Then customer service comes on the line and tells me I have to change my name at the store! So customer service ends up calling the store and talking to a kid named Charles who said he will handle it I assume. So then 45 minutes later because everyone was now helping other customer Charles is now trying to change my name which took another 15 minutes after getting that taken care of he says have a nice day and I proceeded to tell him that's not even the reason we where here. So now we explain to him that we want to purchase the galaxy and switch the iPhone to me he sets my husbands phone up with his SIM card but doesn't help transfer anything over so there for we can't transfer my stuff over either he said we could do it at home I assume he could tell I was irritated because he gave us a free charger box and now here I am 4 hours later and still can't get my iPhones to sync one phone has half of my info and the new phone has another half so now I have to go back to another store tomorrow when it should have all been dealt with right then and there. read more

Worst experience I have ever had in my 11 years with T-Mobile. Not only did they try to charge me for additional services I didn't want but they were extremely rude to me and other customers in the store as well. This location is convenient for me but I would rather drive across town than deal with this. Rockey inparticular tried to be sneaky and lie about what was being offered to me. Horrible experience and service. I walked in for a bill payment and upgrade last week or so and Sandra helped me out. She was absolutely rude and the worst "mobile expert" ever. (you guys should take away her name tag cause she's no expert at all) When i said i was paying a bill, she had an attitude where she didn't want to help me, and when i said i wanted to upgrade, her whole mood changed to happy. When I asked questions, she answered in a slow tone sarcastically as if I'm dumb and don't understand. She was on a group facetime call with her friends where they all were using profanity every sentence they spoke all WHILE she was helping me. She kept on playing with her hair and earrings and payed more attention to her friends and her hair rather than helping me. she did not know anything about any of the phones i had questions about. I was in there forever. Then she got a little too comfortable and started playing inappropriate music and i felt so uncomfortable. on top of that, she said i was MANDATORY to buy these certain accessories to upgrade when I know i don't have to do that. She kept saying i had to buy a screen protector, case, speaker, and wireless earphones or else i don't "qualify" for the promotion of a phone which is BS. and to top everything off, she was smacking on her food in front of me like if i was invisible, the least she could do is chew with her mouth CLOSED!!! How do the managers not see this type of behavior she gives. Sucks because this tmobile is down the street from home and looks like this tmobile lost a customer, thanks sandra for your not-so-great service. read more

I transferred 3 lines from Verizon to T-mobile at this store in Colton. The workers did a great job transferring all my pictures and contacts from my 3 old phones to the 3 new phones. I got three free S7s and I'm saving over 100 dollars per month. The service is just as good as Verizon and I'm very happy I switched. I want to thank all the staff at this Colton store. We went here to look into buying a new phone for me and the lady helping us was extremely confusing and the opposite of helpful. She was looking on her computer and she had a list of all our phone numbers along with the models next to them. I told her my phone number and said that I wasn't sure of the exact model (because I got the phone a long time ago), but said that I thought the phone I have now is a black Samsung Galaxy Note 4. She confirmed the phone number listed with my phone is right and told me "Your's is just a Galaxy s4". I said "I USED to have a WHITE s4, but it broke and I got this phone that I have now, which I was almost certain is a BLACK Note 4". She insisted incessantly that my current phone was just a s4 and definitely not a Note 4, I even handed it to her to look at!. I figured she was right since I couldn't remember the exact model in the first place and she had all of the information right there in front of her face. Right after the store visit I ordered a phone case online for an s4 only to find out 2 weeks later that I was right all along and I wasted my money on a phone case for a phone that NO ONE in my family even has. read more
