DONT BRING YOUR PHONES TO THIS LOCATION EVER! First of all, it's all a scam and there are no set prices on any of their repairs. The first question I was asked was if I had gotten any estimates anywhere else and what the best price was that was offered to me elsewhere. Should've seen that as a red flag but I trusted them anyways. Made my payment and walked around the mall waiting for my phone to be fixed. I come back and notice within like two minutes that my home button isn't working AT ALL. I take it right back to the guy and he even acknowledged that the home button was broken, so he said he would try and fix it. I came back another twenty or so minutes later and all he does is add that annoying accessibility button to my home screen and says that I just have to use that for now because my phone wasn't updated to the latest IOS version? But my home button worked perfectly fine before they ever touched my phone so I didn't see how that was the issue. I go home and update my phone- still not working. A few days later, I notice a crack forming on the inside of the display (not on the actual outside screen) and decided I was going to take it back to have it fixed one more time since the home button still wasn't working as well. When I go in it's a different guy and basically blows me off saying that the crack on the inside of my display was MY fault and now they won't fix it because it's "broken" but to come back five hours later when his manager (the guy who fixed it the first time) is working. Mind you, I live twenty minutes away so this was highly irritating and inconvenient. When I return to the "manager," he tells me that he would have fixed it for free "no problem" but because I BROKE IT, it's now my responsibility. I told him it was THEM who gave me a faulty product to begin with- something he ACKNOWLEDGED the first time he fixed it when he told me that if my home button didn't work to just bring it back with my receipt. Basically, they use fake, cheap screens and not certified or quality products- if you want a "real" "Apple certified" screen- it would cost about $80 more. Something they never mentioned and probably should by law. This place is a bad lawsuit waiting to happen- they better get their act together and lawyer up because a storm is coming their way. Horrible business establishment. I brought in my phone and let the manager know that my touch screen was not working at all times, and what should be done to fix the issue. He looked at my phone and told me that by changing out the cracked screen that should fix the issue. I got my phone back and it worked for about 4 hours then the touch screen began doing the same thing. I came back the next morning and another technician was there and told me that it wasn't the screen, that it was the mother board that needed to be fixed and that would cost $160! He said that the original guy that worked on it was the manager/owner and that he wasn't available until after 3pm that same day. I'll took my phone for quotes to two other places and at the last one, a technician from another placed noticed a rattling in my phone and literally opened it in front of me. There was a screw floating around loose inside my phone from the MANAGER replacing my screen! The screw wasn't even part of my phone, just a miscellaneous screw he left behind that could have fried my whole phone. I called back to I Cell and finally got to talk to the manager, he was not at all helpful. Horrible! How can your own technician diagnose the problem in less than a minute, and the own "manager" not only misdiagnose the issue and leave behind random screws inside a phone!!! EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED, HORRIBLE WARRANTY, DO NOT REPLACE YOUR SCREENS HERE! I went to I-Cell on Sunday to fix the screen on my iPhone X and on Monday after the repair the screen started to glitch and access apps and functions on the screen without me touching it, I couldn't watch videos on YouTube or any streaming apps because the screen would rewind the content due it glitching, the phone would open apps and exit apps just everything was horrible, I live in South Pasadena and I got this fixed in San Bernardino so the drive is super far and inconvenient, I had to wait a week before I could visit the store on my day off, a few days later after Monday the phone screen totally disconnected from the device so I put it back in place and when i did the whole left side of the phone no longer works and there is a strip of deal pixels along the screen and black at the bottom, and the screen still won't stick to the phone, the only thing holding it slightly in place is my phone cover, so I take it back to I-Cell thinking this has to be covered under there 30 day warranty due to improper installation and the associate tells me that there's a pressure point and it means I cracked it, and he can't help me so I have to wait to speak to a manager, which is a 1 hr and 30 mins wait, so I do and the manager is already not trying to acknowledge the screen couldn't have possibly fallen off by its own so he says there is nothing he can do beside fix it again, which would cost me another 200 dollars, Why would I pay another 200 if you guys couldn't even get the job right the first time? I'm now waiting to hear from the owner of I-Cell which the manager has promised that he would contact me by the end of the day WHICH HE NEVER DID. It's been a full week and I still haven't heard a word. I hope this review sheds some light on how this company won't admit or take responsibility for any damage once the phone leaves the store even if it's due to improper installation. read more

They never followed up. I called on day 6 and they said it was ready. I picked up the I pad and it worked 15 minutes. Then the screen kept resetting. I took it back, they said it would take 3 days because it had to be sent out to a specialist. On the 4th day I called and was told that the motherboard damaged. I asked for the price and was told I'll call you back in a few. Not called again. I went down the next day and asked how much it would be. The young lady working could not answer the question. Hello my name is Louis and I'm writing this to help other people/customers not to do business at this place or with the owner/manager of "I-CELL. My wife and I went to this establishment to get our iPhone ear speaker fixed. We walked the mall for a few minutes and came back and my phone had a broken screen I showed it to him and told him that it wasn't like that. He then stated that he had just got new tools and unfortunately broke my screen but said he was going to order me another one. He then asked me to proceed to the counter so I can pay him but I told him before I do that can he write on the receipt that he was going to replace my screen. He said that he had wrote it on the original receipt that he was going to keep and he was going to call me within a few days I said how much is the screen to replace is usually $200. I said OK well then when you get my screen or you can write it on my receipt then I'll pay you. He continue to say that he ordered the screen but wouldn't write it on my receipt. I finally told him well then I am not going to pay $80 when the screen to replace is $200 how do I know that you're going to give me the runaround. After a while of going back-and-forth with him the manager/owner I had my wife get someone in charge of the mall And brought back security manager Mr. Walter Lungren. When I told Mr. Longren about the situation he then confronted Zack I believe is his name the manager/owner of I cell but he then stated that he did not break my screen. My wife and I was in shock that after he admitted to us that he had broke the screen with a new tool and then saying that he did not break it. He then said that I was stealing from him and I stated in front of Mr. lungren that if you write that he was going to replace my screen on my receipt that I would gladly pay him right there and then but he wouldn't. Mr. longer and then took me to his booth and gave me a comment card and told me that all I can do was call Better Business Bureau. I was trying to see if I can take it to another level but it turns out that I was getting nowhere. I went to I-Cell because one of the rear cameras on my phone was cracked, and i didn't want that to get worse, I found this place on Yelp and thought i would go there, it was a good price, 45$. I was exited to hear this so i paid and shopped around for a bit. The service was super quick, i came back in 20 minutes and my phone was fixed! The person working was super helpful and nice. I got to my car and checked out the rear camera, and it was terribly blurry. I cleaned it off a bit and it was no help. I have an iPhone 11, witch is supposed to take very nice pictures, but now it's very blurry. quite disappointed, i would not recommend, but great service. read more

DONT GO HERE TO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED!! you'll end up leaving with more issues on your device than what you goi in with. i had went in to get my screen fixed because i had multiple white lines appearing on my phone, after they fixed my phone i thought nothing of it since it did work perfectly well until 2 weeks went by and the same lines reappeared but this time multiple red lines appeared on my screen and the following morning my phone shut off completely and didn't want to turn on at all. i went back to the store they so called "fixed" my phone up again but then a week later the lines had reappeared so i went back in and Israel who was the one working at the time helped me and "fixed" my screen up once more and proceeded to explain that "nothing like this ever happens" so i went home thinking it was all over with and my phone was finally fine but the following morning when i was at work a random black hole appeared on my screen mind you i didn't drop nor bump anything onto my phone so there was no reason to cause this either than that it was THEIR FAULT as i had multiple issues with them before the black hole appeared. i soon quickly went in just to get told that's not something they cover and all Israel could do was recharge me in order for them to fix my phone and all he could do was give me a discount.... now why would i have to pay $130 TWICEEE just because of their mistakes. this place is an absolute scam that just fixes your phone temporarily for about a 2 weeks and any other damages and it's YOUR fault even when they set your devices up for failure. mind you i now have a black hole in my phone screen and i can barely even type of it WHICH IS AN ISSUE I DIDNT GO IN WITH. an absolute scam and overall horrible customer service as the girl i was explaining all of this to who was working september 5th around 12 am was "listening to me" but continued to help and speak to other customers in between when i was speaking to her and when i stopped until i had her full attention she said "no, continue" but would soon pay her attention to another customer around. I question the validity of the positive reviews as this organization provides a discount for those positive reviews. On Nov 5 I brought my phone LG K-10 in for repair of a cracked screen, the replacement part was ordered. A week later I received a call that the piece was in. The replacement piece was installed. My phone after repair kept shutting down and overheating, it would not stay on longer than 5 seconds. I drove back to the store, explained the problem and was advised that the replacement piece was defective and another piece would be ordered. My original cracked screen was put back on my phone...a week and a half later I was again notified that the second replacement piece had arrived. As I was unable to go that day, I went in a few days later. I was told that they were very busy and that it would take 3-4 hours to fix my phone. I was unable to wait that long nor could I just leave my phone for a few days. Went in on two more occasions and was told the same thing. Today 12/08, I went in to fix it yet again and was told that my replacement piece was sold to another customer because I was unable to wait to have it fixed...now, if this is not bad business I don't know what is. The employee just shrugged his shoulders and said well, its not our fault that you couldn't wait before. I then asked for a refund as I never received the services that I paid for and was told, a refund will not be given. I then asked for the name of the manager or owner and the employee refused to give any names. I asked then how long I would have to wait for another part and was told that the person who orders will not be in for a few days so he was unable to even tell me when a new part would be ordered. I asked if he could give me a invoice to state a new part would be ordered and was told that he wouldn't waste an invoice to do that...long story short..you the consumer would be better off taking your business to another company! I went to this Kiosk in the inland center mall and ask if it was fixable. The guy opened my phone and put the new LCD/screen on and said yes we can fix it. I asked how much and he replied $120 I thought that was over priced and stated I can get an insurance phone with that price. He offered to give me a deal $80. So I took his offer. He asked me to come back in 20 minutes when the new screen was half ways on, all he needed to do was close the phone. So I left came back 20 minutes later. I noticed the picture quality wasn't the same. So I showed the guy and he replied just save your invoice and if you have any problems or unsatisfied you have 30 days to return. Next day I noticed my phone was dying really fast. Then it wouldn't charge fully. I brought it back to the kiosk and waited for the same guy because he was helping another Customer. I explained the situation how the phone started messing up after I put the new screen in. The guy said I needed a new battery and new charger port and it would be $90 that it wasn't covered in the warranty. I refused to buy the $90. He replied that he works on commission. I left and later found out the phone didn't have original parts. He switched out the parts probably so I can come back since he works on commission. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! read more

The techie that he knew wasn't there, but the other techie, Elsa, was extremely professional and gave it a good and thorough look. Alas, he had apparently busted the mother board (and maybe the screen, too), and she didn't have the equipment to fix it onsite and would have had to send it out. Throughout the ordeal she was very patient (it can't have been easy repeating everything multiple times even though she had stated everything clearly to begin with!) and handled the phone with care. This place does not know what they are doing. I brought my phone here because I needed to replace the screen. They replaced the screen but the keyboard was malfunctioning, Angel said that was normal and if it continued to bring the phone back for repairs. To no one's surprise the issue persisted so I brought the phone back. On the second try they replaced the screen but there was a malfunction with that screen so they replaced it second time on the same day. Finally, I think that they managed to fix something properly but again more problems the Touch ID sensor wasn't working. I brought the phone back for a third time to get it fixed and they tell me that I broke the Touch ID sensor from the initial drop of the phone even though it had been functioning all this time up until the third time they "fixed" the phone. I asked them for a refund because they kept ruining my phone, they offered a partial refund of 10 whole dollars. I would advise anyone trying to get their phone fixed to avoid this place at all cost because they are rude and incompetent. read more

The estimated time given to me was 1 week but after a month they finally called me and told me there would not be a charge due to the timeframe. Well a week later it stopped charging AGAIN. Took it back in all he said was "well it's your phone I can't do anything else it's the mother board" like are you serious my phone was only a year old. And I payed so much money for him to LIE in my face. I told my friend what happened (he fixes phones also) he took it to work, him and his tech guys take a look at it and Tony never welded anything inside (ripped me off $70) it was the battery that ICELL installed that didn't work! My iPhone 6 was pretty messed up when I took it there. The screen was crack and back was bent. The guy there with the dark hair told me he could fix it all with a NEW back for $120. When I go back home, my home button didn't work. I just left it alone because I'm getting an upgrade in April. When I go home my iPhone forced me to restore it... only problem? You need the home button to get back in. I went the next day and the "manager" told me there was nothing they could do, unless I paid $90 more and would have to give my phone up for a couple days. I then took my phone to fixology in cabazon, ca and he was amazing. He told me that icell not only gave me a used back without telling, switched out my battery, gave my phone a broken part inside, and took out a rubber part that was supposed to be around my home button... the whole thing only costed $45 and he did it right on the spot. THIS PLACE SUCKS... they make you sign this dumb waiver that basically states if they mess up your phone, they won't take any responsibility for. My fault for signing it, but live and learn just don't make the mistake I did. read more

Place is horrible... but you pay for what you get... long story short I had my cracked screen decided to save my self a few bucks and be "cheap" I replaced my screen with these guys and everything was fine for about 3 weeks but then the screen started to act up wouldn't respond to touch screen and sometime just wouldn't turn on. Took it in to get the "warranty" it had and they didn't not want to do anything about it I never dropped the phone took good care of it.
