Unfortunately, she didn't file an insurance claim which would've made my phone free. She charged it as a completely (New upgrade)$$$$!!! (Another $1200)added to my phone bill that "I" owe!! How tf is this level of ignorance possible. so I went back to check my bill and it says I owe another thousand or $1200 for a new phone. I didn't catch it till three or four months later as I'm paying 30 bucks extra a month for a new phone I already bought!!! so I went back and talk to the manager and he tells me there's absolutely nothing that they can do and he's never seen anything like this before and has no idea why she didn't file an insurance claim because that's their normal procedure and I said why should I be punished for you fucking up your procedures!! so what you're telling me is I had insurance on my phone and now you're charging me for an entire another phone and there's nothing you can do about it. complete bullshit!! don't ever go here!!
