    If I could give no stars I would. I got my new phone last week from Wendy at Ontario Mills mall. The connection was so bad that we had to take our phones home and try to google how to transfer data from the cloud to our new phones. The manager in there promised us both a 700 trade in. He said we could drop off our phones at any At&T. So we get the new phones set up ourselves and go to trade in our phones at the local place with a guy named Christian. Christian did something to my phone which was in mint condition and he only wanted to give me 350 for it. I said ummmok? and I was waiting for my husband who is handicapped to hurry up get in there so I could ask him why the kid was doing that? Christian hit send on his computer and then when I told him No thats not ok I want to take the phones back to ontario he told me Maam "If you put that phone back in your purse, thats stealing and I will call the police". He threatened me over and over and I got on the phone with ontario, they said he absolutely COULD reverse that trade in. He was lying.. I ended up having to call the police and they didnt want to come. So I had to leave my phone there and they walked all over me talked to like a dog nd threated me. Right in front of my poor helpless Senior citizen husband. I will pay of my phones and never do business with At&T again. When I tried to call customer service about it, they just gave me an email address to putt he complaint in to.. nothing will be done about it. If you see these two kids in At&T run from them. They dont know any respect and abuse people.

All three ladies were patient, kind and spent time explaining this to me. I will say that the lady standing in the front of the store should take lessons from the manager/Supervsior who also stood in front of the store. He was welcoming and ready to greet me but she just stood there and looked at me without saying hello. I hen I asked her if she could direct me on how/where to get in line, she just pointed over to an area but seemed confused about it. Next time, I hope she asks for help so customers aren't waiting in the wrong line or waiting not knowing they needed to put their name on a list. All in all, most of the staff were very kind and ready to help. I always have great experiences at this location as they treat everyone the same and their current staff are all very professional.

When I went to return it, I was told I was outside the 15-day return window and that there was absolutely nothing they could do. I was then informed that if I were an annual paying member, I would have had 60 days instead of 15 -- essentially being penalized for not paying a membership fee. I have spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the years and have never returned an item until now. That loyalty apparently means nothing. The store flat-out turned me away. When I called customer service hoping for a reasonable solution, the representative repeated "it's policy" and refused to help. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told all managers were in a meeting at 4:50pm PST -- which felt like a convenient excuse to avoid escalation. I was then told there was nothing else she would do for me. No effort was made to retain a loyal customer, no exception was considered, and no empathy was shown. This experience made it very clear that Best Buy values membership fees over customer relationships. I will never shop at Best Buy again, and I will be sharing this experience with others so they know exactly what to expect.
