Well my Special Needs son need a phone I went to Boost on Beaumont Ave in Beaumont Ca. The girl told me "We don't honor those any more." i asked to talk to Carlos the owner. Carlos owns more Boost Mobiles in the Desert as well. She took my info nd he was going to have Carlo call me. After 17 days of no phone call, I went back down to Boost again. The same girl now says I have to catch him when he's here. He only comes by to drop phones off on Tues. mornings. Any time, when he gets there. Well I was not there every Tues morning, but I did sit in the parking lot a lot, never seeing Carlos. Well now it 3 months, and then the girl finally gave me his cell phone number. I got a hold of Carlos and he remembered me, I explained to him I wanted to use that gift card he had given me. He was so helpful on the phone, I told him I wanted the 2 of there promotion phones that were $149 Carlos told me he was going to throw in cases, and that he was going to upgrade our service to the newest network as well. I told him I will pick up the phones tomorrow and he would have the girl ready for me. When I went to pick up the phone the total price was over $600. So I called Carols right then, and he tells me that he charged me full price for the phone $299 and then there was a $35 each for the activation fee for both phones and $35 each for the new sim cards for the newest network and along another fee for both phones ue to the fact the girl has to call boost to do this as well. I asked Carlos that I just wanted the phone and I could do all the Activation and network upgrade for free at home on the computer. He tells me no it has to be done at the store. So no phones. When I got home I went on line to Boost and ordered Stylo 6 for the sale price $149 that's it, nothing else. No activation fee Free Network Update. Along with free shipping. Was here 2 days later. Carlos really let my family down. He owns 3 Boost Mobil Store and did nothing he said he would, even that gift card was more scamming his customers. If would of been so easy to honor his gift card an promises, I don't think it would of hurt his Business at all. He's a Businessman and yet this is how he treats his customers. Your only as good as your word. If I need anything from Boost from now on, I will go to any store but the one on Beaumont Ave in Beaumont, Ca

I have been with them since 1992 (A,T,&T, then Cingular, then A,T,&T) and have seen the service degrade. On February 7th I ordered a new iPhone Air via in-person shopping at this store. According to the data being displayed, it would be delivered via overnight by February 12th. On February 16th I called 611 to see where my phone was, as it still showed February 12th on the A,T,&T app. The (lack of) customer service rep. stated that it would ship via overnight but the 27th. The explanation was high demand and supply chain issues. On March 6th I called to cancel my order, and was told it was easier to do it on the app, and they would then send me a pre-paid label to send all of the accessories back. What a crappy way to do business. Before I got a chance to cancel the order, I received a text message stating my phone had shipped. Four weeks for something that was supposed to take no more than five days? Now for the good stuff. Since I was now working out of town, I wasn't able to go pick up my phone until today, March 14th. The young man who greeted me, Mark, was congenial and understanding. I told him I was livid with A,T,&T and was contemplating jumping ship to Verizon for my future phone needs (my wife is on Verizon). Mark was undeterred by my less than stellar attitude and began to set up my phone. Within 15 minutes Mark had everything setup and began the data transfer (took 3 hours at home due to the plethora of data and apps on my old phone), all while we engaged in conversation about everything, mostly life in general. From the moment I walked in, the employee barely communicated with me and seemed uninterested in helping. Before agreeing to the repair, I specifically asked him to make sure my phone was still functioning properly before replacing the screen. He simply nodded and said yes. About two hours later, I got my phone back, and the very first thing I noticed was that the new screen was popping out of the phone. When I pointed it out, his response was, "Just don't put it in your pocket because the screen can come off." Seriously? That's the quality of work I paid for? When I got home, I also realized my Bluetooth no longer worked and some of the keyboard letters weren't working either. I returned to the store, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me they could fix it--but only if I paid more money. They damaged my phone during the repair and then expected me to pay again to fix the problem they caused. The workmanship, customer service, and communication were all unacceptable. The technicians refused to take responsibility and had made me come back to the store a couple times, wouldn't issue a refund, and acted like none of this was their fault. Save yourself the frustration and take your phone somewhere else. This was a complete waste of money and one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.
