I went in asking for an iPad Mini and the representative flat out stated that they have no apple products. I asked again for clarification and was told no apple products only the latest products. In asking what is considered the latest products, the representative said iPhone 13, 14, 15, 16. When leaving the store I saw an iPad and asked for the representative to come over and asked what was this already knowing the product and the representative said yes we have that (iPad). So why was I just told that you don't have any other products??? This representative was heavy set blonde about 5'5. Very rude and knows nothing about customer service. She proceeded to yell from the back of the store and cut me off in talking. I will NEVER seek service from this location again. I will always go to a corporate store no franchise stores. " Terrible Customer Service " I received a new Samsung Galaxy A32 5G phone from T- Mobile and I had to go to the store so they could switch all the information and photos out of my old Samsung phone to the new Samsung phone. I went first to the T-Mobile store at 1484 E 2nd St Ste B in Beaumont, CA . I walked into the store and there were 2 female employees working on 1 phone with a man and women waiting for there phone. There was nobody else in he store. Not one of the employees said " Hello" to me or even looked at me. I stood there in that store for 15 minutes and neither of the 2 employees ever looked at me or came over to help me, even though they were both working on the same phone for the 2 people. I called them on Thursday, 05JAN2023 and Saturday morning, 07JAN2023. **I feel 611 customer service only LIES** So, I went back to 1484 E 2nd Street, Suite B, and Marina was not only willing to help, but she solved the entire problem! Went in today to see about upgrading my sons phone for a newer phone. Geoffrey and Joe were very helpful and answered all our questions. Since we were originally Sprint customers they had to migrate our account information over to T-Mobile. This did take some time we have 3 phones on our account. My son picked out the phone he wanted and Geoffrey completed the transaction, phone is scheduled to arrive within the next two weeks. Geoffrey explained everything in detail and did not pressure me to purchase, I appreciate his patience and professionalism. Overall completely satisfied. read more

Very unprofessional business. I'm a new T-mobile customer switching from Verizon. I stopped in hoping to switch service when the smell of MARIJUANA filled the entire store. At first I thought it might have been just another customer but no, I'm the back came out two young ladies with a smoke trail leading behind them. I spoke with the women about switching over and after not purchasing accessories she decided to be very unprofessional and was too pushy of a salesman. She left her customers in store waiting for her as she said give her one second and go inside the back room to make a phone call ? Very disappointed for what's Marry did for liar to us. We're not happy with that, Marry shouldn't not be a customer service at all, while we're watching her sever the lady, she's not nice and rolling her eyes plus shaking her head while helping the woman. The assistant, Michelle M., told us we can buy one phone and get another one for free for my husband (a special promotion). We spent over $2,500 on two phones and were promised a credit to our bill for the next 24 months to pay us back for one of the phones. The credit is not being applied by T-Mobile and their customer service rep just told me that there was no such promotion. Everytime i tried to return them. I was given this excuse. Now that im past the return dates, no one will help me. The new manager Tyler came into this after Alfredo was relocated to another state with T-mobile doing the same thing, selling and misleading customers and false advertisement. Tyler reached out to his regional manager Alejandra, which keeps telling him she will call me, but after numerous calls and attempts to reach her, no calls received. No one else in the office happens to have Alejandras number or her director to contact them. This business should be shut down for all their sneaky tactics to rip off consumers! This location is specifically known for fraud. I had people around town tell me they had the same issue I had coming here. They tell you they will give you the maximum amount for a trade in device and you end up getting half of it and also end up getting charged for random unnecessary add ons.
