Staff: I had a really good experience with Jose. I found a pair of Jordans that I liked but there were no boxes on the floor. He checked inventory and found a pair that was supposedly in the back. He called his team but they couldn't find it. So he went back there himself and found them. When discovering that they were one of the very few or maybe last pairs he asked the manager if he could sell as clearance to which it was approved. Quality/Quantity: The store is beautiful with a lot of good inventory. Value: There are definitely some deals and great value to customers. I was shocked that I got my pair of Jordan's for $38 with all discounts listed above. Jordan's for under $40 is mind boggling. Overall: So glad I stopped in and I'll be back again for sure. Nine fans surely love a deal but- selection seemed limited and things like AF-1 is same price at Desert Mall/Shoe Palace etc-who will have more sizes and options. I asked a store associate (Brianna Lozano) for some help selecting the right pair of shoes. Well, this lady was fantastic, she showed and directed me to my final purchase, and she ordered a pair online to be shipped to my home. This was the best customer service I've received in years. Wifey picked out a really cute burgundy sport dress, and received some nice compliments when she came out of the dressing room, from the floor associates. And me too. I'm thrilled that after all these years, MLB FINALLY was able to secure a contact with Nike for uniforms, batting practice jerseys, undergarments, hats & helmets and more. I was on a mission for you guessed it PURPLE Nike Sneakers and the Nike Factory Store at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon did not let me down. I'm no sneakerhead... But, The way these shoes look... The way they make me feel... The way that I can suddenly dunk... O.k., that last one's a straight up lie, but I now understand the desire of wanting, no needing these shoes. Whether it's your first pair of Jordans, Air Max, Air Force 1's or Dunks... I now have a better understanding and know the feeling first hand of what it's like getting your very first pair and being able to proudly wear them out. Definitely one of THE longer lines for Black Friday, especially even before the store opened but seeing as they were having 50% off a good majority of their items, I'm not surprised. Honestly after the "hand me ups" my younger brother gave me of his solid black Nike Huaraches and taking like 5 years to wear them down, I have honestly found my Holy Grail shoe for the rest of my life and would have loved to purchase another pair here. I'll be honest, it was CHAOS in the store with people mad shopping for the holidays but I was able to ask a worker there who knew exactly where, what the style was, and what the colors were and the stock for the only Huaraches that they had in stock. Unfortunately not in any appealing color that I would ever don on myself but I cannot help but to admire the inherent expert knowledge. I ended up getting myself some XXL running shorts and a Nike fishing hat. We were here on one of the hottest weekends in August. We went in looking for shoes for my husband, but somehow we all bought a pair for ourselves (he got three)! Great sale, but great counter service. I wished I was better at names, but I'm not. Anyways, our cashier helped look for socks for my husband because the she says it was in inventory, but when she checked in the back it wasn't there. I know there's a line, but the fact she went out of her way was great. I appreciate the service and making us feel special. Overall a good experience, nothing too special! Your average Nike store, but I do have a few things to say. Their selection is really wide, but sadly a bit above my budget range. We came here on a Monday (amazing) and it wasn't too crowded. We found some good deals on men's shoes, and kids' shoes. I didn't find anything in the women's shoes that was worth the ''sale price.'' It seems like I have to wait two seasons, before I can get a good, older running shoe for a decent price (less than $60). Many of the young staff were not helpful in the shoe section, they were busy chatting with each other. However, that day I didn't need their help trying on shoes. We found our own stuff, then went to the express check out (credit card only) line, and that man was very helpful. He asked for my Nike phone number or something, and found out I had a 30% off coupon for the entire purchase. So, that made my day. read more

Good deals at this Nike factory store inside the Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon. It's in Area 3, I believe. It's very close to Gucci & Gucci kids and directly across from Hurley. I found some dri-fit miler tees for running on sale for $19.99 each. Had to get 2 colors as these usually go for around $30. You definitely have to check it out first or try it on. I almost walked away with one that was unravelling at the back. So definitely look over the whole article of clothing before you buy it. They also had a good amount of quality sneakers in the aisles. None I had to buy but I tried some on. The clearance rack along the back wall didnt have anything for me in my size but it's always a hit & miss when it comes to that for me, even at the Vegas outlets. Customer service was friendly. Waiting in line to purchase didnt take too long. We were there about an hour after opening on a Saturday so I'm sure the place was a zoo not long after we were done. Only negative are some total tourists who have no respect for personal space. They just dont get it and I dont get them. SMH. No language barrier can excuse you for acting the right way. Sorry... I hope someone from Nike HQ reads this review. The store itself is fine, but someone needs to put an adult in charge. Even though the store was crowded with customers, there were five sales associates in a group just playing on their phones, talking among themselves, and calling associates at the sales counter to joke with them. When I interrupted some employees standing around socializing and asked a question about the merchandise, I got the most perfunctory answer possible without an offer of further help. My brother's birthday was yestday and received a 20% code from nike. We drove 70 miles to get to this store. We(3 people in total) wanted to purchase 3 pairs of shoes but got told we "cant use the code because the store has 30%off clearance promotion going on". However, the 3 shoes we wanted to buy are not clearance item at all! They dont even apply to the promotion and they still wont let me use code. We are not trying to stack promotions since only the 20% discount from bday should take effect. Then his manager came and said something totally different about "bulk buy".Like what do you mean by bulk buy when we have 3 people wanting to buy 3 pairs of shoes?? How blind can you be to bs things this way? If we are trying to take advantage and buy 20 pairs to resell then we understand but 1 pair per person is a bulk buy? Total nonsense. Nike official sent my brother a discount code that can be used everywhere but apparently this store will deny it for some made up reasons. I love my Nike shoes, without a doubt! But trying to get anything done in this behemoth of a showroom just plain sucks. There's almost always 1000+ people in here and their traffic management is horrible. If you love Nike, like I do, there's no special bargains or shoes to be found here, especially considering the online selection on Nike's store on the app. Give yourself a break if you're shopping at the outlets, instead of fighting your way in and around this place, sit out front and order a pair on your phone. For some reason this store is always a mad house. And during Covid times it's no different. There are way too many people in here, no social distancing in the store or at the pay counters. And just way too many people, many not wearing masks. Which should be a requirement. All of the other stores here are really good about managing the store and keeping everyone safe. read more

I don't run in Nikes, but I do wear their trainers for "comfy shoes" or for simply walking about. What I do like is their running gear: it's pretty comfortable and it holds up well, too. I'm pretty cheap when it comes to athleticwear, so I like this outlet store--and I like even more when they have sales (usually around holidays). This location does get busy and you sometimes do have to queue a bit, but what they do have 'pop up' tills around the store (occasionally) where you can pay by credit card. read more

WORST customer service! What's was so bad? Visited with my 10 year old son to buy shoes for school. Went to the Boys section where we passed three associates huddled around each other and talking about what they did last night. One was taking about when he was getting off and how we was so looking forward to it. Maybe five feet from us and NONE of them asked us if we needed help finding a size. We then moved toward another section of the store to purchase some clothing for my son, and again two associates were taking with each other, leaning on the rack. Totally disgusted. It was 8:01, yes, 8:01, one minute after the close time and we're looking for the fit size of the shoes we wanted to buy and we asked a member of staff to help, he looked at his watch and ignored my request and just said we're close.
