Located in the Desert Hills Premium Market, Luluemon had the best deal we could find during our March visit to the outlet mall. It is located towards the western side of the mall, and was busy though not enforcing any sort of maximum consumer occupancy like many of the high(er) end stores were doing. It's not a really busy time for sales, but their any 2 shorts for $60 was a good deal that I took advantage of. The store was busy compared to the ones around it. There was a very large selection which may be overwhelming to some, but it was organized by style and size which was useful. Certain racks had signs with special lower prices. Listen, I know it's an outlet, but this Lululemon in Cabazon was giving straight-up Ross/Goodwill vibes messy, chaotic, and not in a cute way. I came in hunting for a sports bra and every single one looked like it had survived a dodgeball game covered in deodorant marks from people trying them on. Gross. The one thing I did find wasn't even that discounted, so what's the point? I'll save myself the headache and just hit up a regular Lululemon. I have a Lululemon that is closer but I will drive the 30+ minutes it takes to get here. This is because the staff is super nice and welcoming. They have a pretty good selection of clothes. You will tend to see more colors not so much black and white. And they have clothes for more than half off which is incredible because Lululemon can get expensive. I went on a Tuesday rainy day. I was there at 10:10am when they just opened. Not alot of size 4 or 6 sizes on leggings but i am not surprised. I did walked out with 2 pairs of leggings, 1 scuba jacket and a workout sports top all for $210. Dont except blacks, blue, grey or neutral colors but you might be lucky! The sales reps were helpful in letting me know what deals they had. The girl working the register was very nice and she went in the back and got me a different top without a stain on it. I have only gone to this outlet 2 times, but I have to say, this is one of my favorite locations to shop. Although I've shopped here around the holidays, I have been lucky not to experience any lines. Not only are there great discounts/deals on the clothes (especially during the holidays extra savings), but also the staff is super friendly. One staff members in particular, Mary, was a gem. Mary had helped me in the dressing room and she was very attentive and wonderful to talk to. They have a decent amount of clothes for both women and men, but not as much for the smaller sizes for the shirts and tanks. They did have a pretty good selection of women's bottoms (actually able to find align leggings where other outlets I had a harder time) and lots of sports bras. I highly recommend this location and will be shopping out here more whenever I visit Socal. read more

Cheapest lululemon outlet in the SoCal area I've been to. They officially open at 11 and we got there around 10 and the line was already forming! They let the first 10ish people in around 10:30am but we didn't make it in. We were the 3rd group to be on the virtual waitlist. It took about 45 minutes to actually get in. I heard at 11am the wait was already 3 hours so get there early early. Once in, the shopping experience was pleasant since it wasn't crowded at all. They had some fitting rooms open and Mary was the most awesome educator I've ever met. So helpful and she actually educated me about their style and clothes. So why 3 stars? Their selection (in my opinion) is not as good. I saw some of the well known items such as aligns, define jackets etc., but the 4-6sizes were pretty limited. I went through each rack and didn't really find anything I liked except a cates tee. If you do find something you like, especially the leggings, the Labor Day weekend deal was pretty awesome. Last week, my husband went shopping with a friend in this store. He saw some nice-looking pants and bought me a pair. Because I usually wear a size 6, those pants were sized LMS, and M happened to be placed next to size 6, so he thought the size was right. But when he got home, he found that they were much larger. He went to the store to exchange them yesterday. He shopped for an hour and a half and picked out four pairs of trousers, two jackets, two sports bras, and four hats. My husband also picked out two jackets. When it was time to pay, he told the cashier while holding a pile of clothes that he wanted to exchange his pants for a smaller size. As a result, the cashier called the lady boss over. After seeing that the brand and label of the pants were all there, she refused to exchange them. The reason was that it was a final sale and no returns or exchanges were allowed. I instantly lost the desire to buy from this store, so I put everything down and left! read more

I have not been to all that many Lululemon outlets but this one was pretty top notch. Definitely utilize the virtual waitlist with all of the Covid precautions. We got there early and got in right away. The associates were all very helpful letting us know what the current specials and deals are. The size of this store is very nice, I think they recently moved from a much smaller location and this was a huge step up! Keep in mind this is an outlet and not a full store so selection is obviously going to vary and can change week to week and even day to day. My sister and I had no problems finding great selections and deals but we decided to come back the very next day and found even more thing that were not there the pervious day. Employees were friendly and helpful, the space was large and bright, all proper precautions were being taken; we will certainly be back when we are in the area. read more

I am still adjusting to the way shopping is amidst social distancing. Visited several Lululemon locations in the malls and they've all been closed, except for online order pickup in Temecula. Had to shop online if I needed anything in particular. It was my first time visiting this outlet. Even in person, I was frustrated by the lack of communication by the staff. Sadly, not the typical personal shopping or caliber of customer service I've grown accustomed to with Lululemon. Nonetheless, their prices were listed outside their window and it looked tempting. I can see why it may be popular to shop at an outlet. From what I saw from the window, the floor looked packed with inventory. Hope to revisit at another time and be better prepared. For this location, it was frustrating as I had called earlier to try and prepare for the day and no one mentioned to me about the virtual waiting list, just told their hours of operation. I happened to be expressing my disappointment not being able to shop at Lulu when I was next door in Bose and I was told even by the Bose staff that Lulu had a line of 50 or so in the morning and customers looked like they may have been turned away. So, note, if you plan on shopping here, you'd have to arrive in line long before Lululemon even opens, to be guaranteed a possible time to return to shop. Even if I returned at their suggested 6pm standby time, I was not guaranteed entry. I understand their hands are tied, but I'm sure I wasn't the only customer to express frustration. They were the only store we visited to have this virtual online waiting list. Even Gucci and Nike had lines 20-40 people long, standing even in the sweltering heat, staff taking their temperatures, and still allowed people to use their prerogative to wait in line. I'd like to just note for their reference this virtual waiting list concept may not be effective. Arrived here about 2pm (I didn't even stand a chance!) or so and I was told their virtual waitlist is full. I would have to return at 6pm for a possible standby and there was no guarantee if I could be let into the store. Absolutely no help whatsoever. Got here early on July 4th. Was one of the first to 12 to get in. During the first hour they had a special, two outerwear pcs for $100. This is my favorite store out of the entire Cabazon outlet! Lululemon is my #1 clothing brand and I feel like I'm at Disneyland anytime I come here. Lululemon is known to be on the expensive side, but this outlet location is sure to make your wallet feel a *little* bit better. This Lululemon is perfect for anyone ranging from size 8-12 in tops and bottoms! They had a really good wunder under sale selection and the cheapest Lululemon tank tops you'll ever find. They won't have your colors like black and grey, but you will find some super nice colorful clothing. This place is basically a "We Made Too Much" galore. This place is the best only because I'm bigger and wear larger sizes so there's a lot of variety for me. However the customer service is superb. The girls are always super friendly and helpful. My fav person I Mary I believe that's her name. She always helps me in the dressing room area. Remembers my name, and is always so kind and helpful. The workers all seem pretty happy and make shopping enjoyable. There are always random deals going on since this is the outlet store so I would call ahead to see what the day of the deal is etc. Usually during the holidays they have bonus deals as we'll. Like 3 tops for $75 Or buy 5 items and get an extra 20% off etc If you're looking for a certain item, such as a yoga mat, call ahead of time to see if they have anything. i'd say that this outlet was a big disappointment, not only for me, but for my two friends that accompanied me to the outlet. I thought that at least the quality of the clothes would be comparable to the retail stores, but i feel like they were subpar at best. the discounted clothes felt rough and the material felt like it came from a bad batch of clothes. in short, i feel like when they make their clothes, the good batch goes to the retail stores and the bad batch goes to the outlet. were the prices cheaper? yes. were there deals here? yes. would i buy from the outlet? no. i'd rather go into the regular retail store and spend the extra dollars on the clothes there because the material feels better and more luxurious. i don't think the clothes at the outlet is comparable at all. read more

Lululemon is taking their COVID protocols very seriously (my experienced wait times listed below). Their HQ policies only allow 25% capacity and for that location becomes 12 people including employees. I had made a reservation on their virtual waitlist 7 days before but only the 5pm slot was open. I believe they only allow reservations from 10-11am and 5-6pm. You can follow the Lululemon Desert Hills facebook page for the link. They also said their 2nd pop-up shop should be open the week of Thanksgiving. Saturday, Nov 14 we parked and walked directly to Lululemon to put our names on the waitlist at 10:40am. You have to check-in in person to join their waitlist; they take your first name and phone number and send a confirmation text. They said the wait was estimated as 2 hours but could take longer. At 12:26pm I received a text to tell me they'll be ready for me in 10-15 minutes. I checked back in with the employee at the door and waited a couple minutes to be let in. While waiting I heard them telling people it was a 5 hour wait. They don't limit you on the time you are in the store, and because capacity is so low it is a very pleasant shopping experience. The fitting rooms were open and I spent about 45 minutes in the store and made my purchase. We walked past Lululemon around 2pm the same day and they had a sign that their waitlist was closed for the day. read more

This whole time I had NO IDEA lululemon had an outlet store. Finally got a chance to check out this store on Black Friday and it was not a disappointment. Of course there was a small line out by the door but it moved quick. The bottoms selection was sad but the tops (tanks and bras) were a hit! The sizes were very well organized and there were racks galore throughout the store. The more you dig the more you'll find hidden gems. Most of the stuff found on the racks are available online under (WMTM) section, however the smaller more popular sizes (2,4,6) are sold out. I was able to find my size for the bras and tanks I've seen online at a much better price. As for the pants they were about the same as the online price. Additional bonus points for the staff here. Really full of energy, welcoming, and genuinely nice. read more

Lululemon Outlet is the part I was the most excited for when I visited the Desert Hills Outlet in Cabazon. The prices are alright, it's for sure discounted by a good amount but not exactly dirty cheap. Tanks are around $28+ and yoga pants were around $68. It's not bad if you do want to save off the retail price but honestly the items they sold at this Lululemon Outlet aren't the nice stuff LOL. It's the stuff that didn't sell in their retail store so obviously you'll find their not so popular inventory. The one good deal that I did find was a men's backpack. It's usually priced around $180 I think but I got it for a steal of $30. I still don't know what to do with it since it is too big for me haha but I just couldn't pass on that deal! read more

Forewarning: this is an outlet store, it's not your typical large, clean, neat store that you typically find. Here, you'll find racks, then racks, and more racks of clothes. Most of the items here you can find online in the "we made too much" section, but occasionally they'll have specials such as 3 for $99. Basically these are the best deals you'll find at a LuluLemon, but don't expect the normal selections from a store. I went in with my wife thinking we'd buy a shirt and shorts for each of us. 10 items later... when we realized how much we're saving, we just had to buy them all. read more

The shop assistant there gave me a nasty face after hearing my mom speaking to me in Chinese. She didn't remove the security tag on one of the items I bought. After I remaindered her, the lady was not even bother to apologize. Show some professionalism please lady! It is not a good experience. Never met similar situations in other Lululemon shops. If I wrote this review after my visit this time last year, they would have gotten 5 stars from me. But this year on our annual visit to the outlets, we were somewhat disappointed by Lulu Lemon. They have completely changed their decor and the way the shop is laid out. It's very cramped and cluttered. The clothes they had were not all that great and there were few sizes in the ones that were good. The prices were not great either. No better than the sales at a regular Lulu Lemon store. And when I walked up to the cash register a super friendly awesomely nice Irene greeted us warmly and very very kind. This girl is so great that all customers will surely love her like I did!!! It's ridiculous that they have this waitlist that gets booked up and closed for additional reservations for the rest of the day. We arrived at 12pm and both this store and the pop-up stores at the Dessert Hills Mall said that their waitlist is closed and chances of getting in today was zero. Nearby outlet stores were making fun of their policies saying that they think it's ridiculous having people be on the waitlist and letting only like 3 people in the store at a time. For being at the outlet and people having to drive from all over, either have the reservation system available for booking online or have people wait in line like other stores like Burberry and Tory Burch. read more

So excited to hear that they finally opened one here at this location. I got the chance to pop in over the weekend and it was packed. The store was surprisingly small and they really stocked the store. Not sure if this is how they are normally since 1. its Mother's Day weekend and 2. they were running some kind of sale that you would spin the wheel for additional discount at the register Price is discounted and reasonable Inventory is good, stocked and had a lot of items available, they have more patterned rather then solid color items available Customer Service - don't really know, since no one asked if we needed help, we didn't buy anything either. long line As excited as I was to come, it was a bit disappointing that I couldn't find anything to buy on my end. I am more of a solid color not printed person. So them having more printed pants was a bit of a let down. I will continue to come in everytime I am at the outlet tho. I stopped here at 12:15pm on a Saturday and it was a 3 hour and 45 minute "waitlist" to even go in the store - they take down your phone number and text you when it's your time to shop. Either stop here first thing when you arrive at the outlets and get on the list, or don't waste your time and wait til the COVID restrictions are no longer in place. read more

if you're looking for deals on lululemon, this is the place. The selection changes often and it's always a treasure hunt but you will definitely get the lowest prices possible. The items are all "we made too much" or returns in new condition (and the same great quality and fabrics that you find in regular stores). Leggings run $69-99, shorts $29-39, tops $29-40, jackets $69-99. They run frequent sales/specials which make the prices even better. They moved into a new, larger storefront just before the quarantine so it's not as hard to navigate the floor. The employees are very nice and will help you look for your sizes if necessary. Mary is always a ball of energy and positive vibes who makes every shopping trip worth it (even when we don't score any merch). read more
