I like this fan store because they always have good prices and great selection for kids, shoes and women shoes. I have found some pretty cool hightop, vans and vans for my kids. The service is fantastic. They always ask if we need help or if we have any questions.

I've been shopping at this store for years and this one time I walked out empty handed. I had a gift card but didn't find one pair of shoes I could add to my growing collection. One thing for sure is that the prices have gone up compared to the past years. It's still an amazing fun store to browse through.

I came here a few weeks ago with my friends and they had an AMAZING DEAL where you could buy one shoe and get another shoe with a red tag on it for free. It was around 100 degrees outside and the wait was around 20 minutes but it was WORTH IT. My friends and I spent around 2 hours inside getting some great deals. Staff was very friendly and attentive. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO SANTIAGO who helped us and all of the workers in the store who were working on August 9, 2020. Please give them a raise. Tips: 1) if you're a girl looking for shoes with the red tag, look in your size but in the men's section. (i.e. size 8 girls would look in the size 6.5 of mens ;) extremely good selection). 2) If you look hard enough, there WILL be a shoe/article of clothing that you can find but most of them are hiding in the back. Persistence is key. 3) Don't be afraid to ask for help! The people working there are very friendly. Summary: This was the best shoe shopping experience I've ever had. 10/10 would go again.

First time here, I was very happy I went in. They had an awesome sale I couldn't refuse. Rebecca helped me out, she was welcoming and helpful. She made it easy for me and glad she helped me out!

I guess you need to read the fine print and ask what it means.

Very misleading signage inside the store. I was there yesterday and there were sign that read buy one get one 50% off. Then there were signs that read buy one classic shoe, get one sale show 50% off. When I got to the register, it was only buy one get one on sale for 50% off. Two classic vans for $50 each. Zero savings at all at a factory outlet store. Customer service was so slow and this was on a Monday afternoon.

Shoes I paid about $25 each pair.

Brought my kids here today for some new clothes and shoes for school in case they go back. It took about twenty minutes to get in, but it was worth it. They had an awesome sale going on buy a regular price item and get a sale one free. I spent $300 and got six pairs of shoes three authentic and three sale shoes (free) and my son got two really nice thick jackets that are regular $150, and he got 2 tank tops, a button up windbreaker, 4 pairs of socks and a pullover hoodie for his cousin all this for $300. The lady that helped me out with sizes for the shoes was great she also was cleaning the store wiping things down her name was Ally. Thanks Ally for the great service you provided us today. They also have hand sanitizer throughout the store and are limiting how may can go into the store cause of all the covid crap going on. Don't forget to sign up for the Vans family rewards where you can get points and redeem them for some cool items. My kids have vans duffel bags, checkers game, stickers, lunchbox, etc.. it's a pretty cool perk they have for their loyal customers.

Call me old-fashioned but this suggests to me that the shoes right underneath it would be 50% off the second pair. Apparently not

Very frustrated to spend 20 minutes finding two pairs of shoes for myself and my daughter. The huge black and white sign right above all of the shoes says the second pair was 50% off however on check out they said that only apply to Sale's shoes. Spoke to the manager lady with glasses and she completely blew me off. Terribly miss leading signage complemented by a terribly rude and disinterested store manager.

Big vans location with friendly, helpful staff. This location is very close to Neman Marcus and the restrooms which is a plus

I went on Saturday about 5:30p, spent time looking through everything, carefully selecting my sizes…read moreand sizes up just in case, carrying everything around with me, etc etc. About 30 min later, I'm ready to try on things with the intent of purchasing. Just to be told that the fitting rooms are all closed. (They have about 8-10, I think). I asked the girl why and she said she wasn't sure. I asked if it was because of covid still to which she said, "no, they're just not opening them." She apologized and walked away. So I called her back to ask what the return policy is and if I can return them at any Guess since we live over 1 1/2 hrs away. She told me it can be returned within 30 days, but only at Guess outlet locations. Understood, but not convenient since again, I don't have locations near me. So I went to the cashier to purchase double of a few items with the intent to return whichever didn't fit. I asked if she could verify any locations near me that would accept the return. I also asked her why their fitting rooms were closed to which she said "because they're too busy." This is when I couldn't hold me frustration anymore. I've worked in retail for years, I get what busy is and I'm always empathetic to those in retail for this reason. But, this is causing them to lose sales! (This happened to me prior, but that was several months ago and they said it was for covid reasons then). When your manager is running his/her sales reports, makes sure he/she is aware that your fitting rooms are closed due to the inconvenience of "working too hard" on the days that bring in the most revenue. I even offered to put my own items away! I ended up not purchasing anything due to the frustration and inconvenience. If it's SO busy, then just open 1-3 rooms at a time. Limit the amount of items someone can take in. Easy solutions that won't affect revenue!
