I came here a few weeks ago with my friends and they had an AMAZING DEAL where you could buy one shoe and get another shoe with a red tag on it for free. It was around 100 degrees outside and the wait was around 20 minutes but it was WORTH IT. My friends and I spent around 2 hours inside getting some great deals. Staff was very friendly and attentive. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO SANTIAGO who helped us and all of the workers in the store who were working on August 9, 2020. Please give them a raise. Tips: 1) if you're a girl looking for shoes with the red tag, look in your size but in the men's section. (i.e. size 8 girls would look in the size 6.5 of mens ;) extremely good selection). 2) If you look hard enough, there WILL be a shoe/article of clothing that you can find but most of them are hiding in the back. Its a significantly bigger vans store than most and I love that! The lady at the register was kind of rude though. Because my shoes were in the wrong box, she made me feel like a criminal. But its like, "well then get your store together then!" She made a really big deal and made it seem like I personally and intentionally swapped the box, but it turns out that the real shoe box turned out to be cheaper than the original box the shoes were in. Dumb broad! I just smirked at her and made the rest of my check out really difficult splitting the payment, changing things up at the last minute, adding stuff, and asking tons of questions. I went to do an exchange and since I normally don't have to return or exchange items. I don't know what the exchange rules were, so I walked up to the register and asked the guy that was there what I can do to exchange the size. He started telling me when suddenly a girl next to him abruptly interfered and told me to go get the same price as is said on the box and do an even exchange. So I grabbed the same exact price that showed on my box of untouched or worn shoes and I told the guy if they could look up my receipt since I'm a Van's family member and they could probably look it up there. But instead he just rang everything up and assumed they were the same price and failed to notify me that they were not the same price. So they were not an even exchange. I found this out after he handed me the receipt. I asked for the girl that had told me about the rules of the exchange, to come and let me know what happened and the rudely approached me and said that with no proof of purchase I was going to get the lower sale price and I said to her that was not what he had said when I walked in. And to top of off she said in her words "that she didn't need to let me know about her "rules" and rolled her eyes at me." Then made no effort to help me out even when I told her she could probably look it up and just walked away. I then asked her for corporate number to contact them of her rude behavior and supposedly she was a store manager. I honestly don't mind getting the lowest sale price or whatever the rules are but first she said one thing, the another afterwards and was so impertinent since the beginning. Brought my kids here today for some new clothes and shoes for school in case they go back. It took about twenty minutes to get in, but it was worth it. They had an awesome sale going on buy a regular price item and get a sale one free. I spent $300 and got six pairs of shoes three authentic and three sale shoes (free) and my son got two really nice thick jackets that are regular $150, and he got 2 tank tops, a button up windbreaker, 4 pairs of socks and a pullover hoodie for his cousin all this for $300. The lady that helped me out with sizes for the shoes was great she also was cleaning the store wiping things down her name was Ally. Thanks Ally for the great service you provided us today. They also have hand sanitizer throughout the store and are limiting how may can go into the store cause of all the covid crap going on. I have stopped in a few times looking to buy a pair of comfy Vans but was saddened that I wasn't able to find the blue and black checkered ones I had my eye on. Nevertheless I was able to find something comparable and took advantage of the BOGO sale they are constantly running to pick up some for my lady. I liked that they carry up to size 11 in womens because tall gals need cute shoes too! I recommend not going on late on a weekend or during a major holiday because you browsing will be interrupted by hordes of people trying to score some Vans gear for cheap. Also if your a local and are unable to find what you want, check back multiple times because the outlet is always getting product that didn't sell at the retail stores. read more

Horrible selection. 95% of the shoes are very ugly and when you finally find a pair that is decent, they cost the same as they would at Nordstrom. The particular pair we found was $33 at Nordstrom and $40 at the outlet. And the 50% a second pair does not apply because it's full price. Waste of time. read more
