It had been about four years since my last visit to this Moncler location, so on Columbus Day weekend I decided to stop by while I was in the area and in need of a nice lightweight jacket. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the entry process was -- I only had to wait about 5-10 minutes, which was much faster than my previous experience. The door attendant was professional and explained that all associates were currently with clients, but he would introduce me to someone as soon as they were available. That extra touch of a formal introduction was new to me and made the experience feel more personal and elevated. Shortly after entering, I was greeted by Darlene, who pointed out that the men's section was on the left and women's on the right. She checked in to see if I had anything specific in mind, and when I mentioned I was just browsing, she let me know she'd be available if I needed anything. After a few minutes, I asked about lightweight jackets. Darlene explained that they were currently in the fall/winter season, so most lightweight pieces from the spring/summer collection weren't available. Still, she went above and beyond by checking the stockroom and bringing out a navy cardigan with a hood. She also pointed out a black padded cardigan on the sales floor, suggesting both could work as lightweight outerwear. I ended up trying both and loved the navy one, so I decided to go with it. The only thing I wish had been different was pricing -- a small discount would've been nice. I remembered seeing some items discounted during a past visit around Memorial Day, but Darlene did let me know this particular item was already marked down 30% from retail. All in all, a solid experience -- great service, thoughtful product suggestions, and a well-curated selection, especially if you're in the market for a winter jacket (. 1 star, just as everyone stated they are really rude and weird about letting people even enter this store? Google says it closes at 9pm, we got to their door at 8:12pm and the cashier just made a rude gesture of NO/We're Closed at us. How you gonna shut down your store completely over 45minutes prior to your official closing time? Also whenever you call their phone number they NEVER answer. Recently went here to look around and see if I could find a beanie to match my puffer. Line was pretty long as it usually is. The pricing is really good as they have not only outlet price but some items have 30% off of the outlet sale price. The staff were all really nice and the best. They were always asking me how I was doing and helping me find different items. So in the end I ended up finding a great beanie and headband. If I ever need anything else for the winter, I will definitely return back! I asked what beanies they had and they brought all of them out for me to look at and one of the guys there were also very nice and made a great convo. read more

Service is terrific. Friendly guy at the front door greets each guest. I like how they limit the amount of people in the store at one time. They give very personalized service. I really like their suggestions of different vests. Thinking we were going with one style, and left with four different styles. All so dang cute!!! Prices were terrific as well. I actually had no problem with customer service at this location. Everyone working there is fine. My wife and I were excited to go to a Moncler Outlet store for the first time and arrived when they opened at 10:00am. The discount is about 30% off regular retail price so there's a little discount. The selection is limited to lower end jackets . No higher end $2200 fur jackets at all. We already have 3 Moncler jackets each so can't really find anything jackets here that's exciting for us. My wife and I will just order from their website and pay full price. read more

I purchased a pair of shoes for my husband and the first day he tried them, there was a nail coming out of the shoe And poked him. That is a huge liability and safety concern. Which means to me the quality control is not there. read more

Poor customer service. Don't bother calling, they won't pick up the phone. The phone rings, and then just hangs up.

The staff was rude and acted like they couldn't be bothered to help or answer a basic question.

I recently visited this outlet at 10:30 on a weekday and the door was locked, someone inside yelled through the windows that they would be open at 11. I thought it was strange that they opened later than all the other stores but came back at 11:00. Then the security guard outside told me they were finishing inventory and would open at 12:00. Right away, that's a bad customer experience and poor planning on their part. Came back at 12:05 from the farthest end of the outlets. A line had formed with about 5 people. Now I'm super annoyed. Waited 30 MINUTES while they only allowed two groups in at once since there were two employees. Stupidest rules, set customers up to be pissed off when they enter and just unnecessary. When I finally entered I was in no mood for their superficial niceness. Rude, poor business practices and completely avoidable. Moncler products look great, beware of cheap zippers. They don't even use YYK and their zippers are notorious for breaking. Not worth it. read more

They have us waiting outside for 2.5 hours and the store is literally empty!!!! They are on some messed up power trip over their jackets. They are literally splitting up groups of 2 guests to only have a total of 4 people in the store. This doesn't prevent covid it spreads it. The security literally pushed a lady out of the store yelling "it's a rule"! He needs to be fired along with the manager! I have never had such terrible customer service or experienced such little compassion towards other humans. Keep in mind it's 45 degrees farenheight outside. Purchased a nice jacket on Saturday. No line. Very helpful Store Manager, Eugene was super informative, very nice and patient with my son. He took his time with him and tried on several jackets and gave him honest opinion. Eugene is very knowledgeable on the background of Moncler and gave us all the details we needed in order to make our final choice. the service was excellent and even better than Rodeo drive. I will make this my go to store at the outlets as long as Eugene can assist us. We also had Sherry take care of us over the phone before we arrived and she had great customer service and support.
