I'm honestly surprised by some of the lower reviews because the customer service has been great every time I've visited, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without feeling pushy. They usually have fresh inventory, which makes each visit feel different instead of picked over. The deals can still be pricey, but for Burberry, they actually feel like real outlet finds rather than token discounts. I enjoy doing a quick lap to see what's new, even if I'm just browsing. Burberry Outlet feels polished, welcoming, and very much worth a stop when I'm in the area.

They were NOT snobby and did NOT fat shame me for being a curvy midsize 8/10 woman here, like they always do back home at my home Topanga Aritzia location. Which I highly do not reccomened ever going too, if you are a curvy midsize woman between the sizes 8-10. If you are ever in LA, please I beg you go to the Century City location at the Century City Mall, it is worth the drive if you live in the Valley you will be treated with respect, not be fat shamed, they have a way better product mix.
