It didnt change, he was the same... helpful and engaging. He even encouraged us to shop around at the other stores and to come back if we didnt find anything there. We appreciated him... He was a factor in why we we returned. Located in the Desert Hills Premium Outlets section near Nike and next to Saint Laurent. You cant miss it. You may have to wait to enter but the line should move rather quickly as it did both times for us. All the employees were friendly but Lantz is the person you have to see. Great personality and deserving of your time, you will see. We purchased a zipper around Luce wallet for my mother and a messenger bag I've had my eye on for a while. The wallet she will really like as it looks like an archival piece similar to what she's had in the past and ones that have been handed down to her by my grandmother. Very happy with our purchases. I recently had what I can only describe as a "Pretty Woman" moment at the Tod's store in the…read moreCabazon outlets. I strutted in confidently.... no hesitation, no second-guessing... straight to the men's shoe section. I know Tod's makes a quality product, and that's exactly why I was there. I spotted the sneaker I wanted right away... real leather with suede accents, super sleek, exactly my vibe. I turned to the male salesperson and said, "I need a size 7 in this one," pointing right at the shelf. And then... he paused. Like, hard pause. "Oh! Is this for yourself?" he asked. "Yes, it is," I replied--still calm, cool, collected. He looked confused and immediately tried to redirect me... pointing me toward the women's section. Nonplussed, I told him, "No, this is for me. Yes, I'm shopping in the men's section. Is there a problem here? ." And that's when his whole vibe shifted. He went into this high-and-mighty, better-than-thou mode, and honestly, it threw me. I've never experienced that kind of energy before--not even in high-end stores. you already know you're spending $250 and up on a pair of shoes, easily. The pair I wanted was actually marked down to $279 from $600, so yes.. I saw that as a win and was ready to buy. He reluctantly brought me the size 7, and surprise--it was too big. Turns out Tod's shoes run large, and I actually needed a men's size 6. (Good thing I tried it on.) His attitude didn't change much the entire time. Huffing, puffing, acting like I didn't belong there. Only toward the end did he finally soften a bit--but by that point, it was too late. And unfortunately, the size I needed in the color I wanted wasn't available after all. So no shoes for me, and a whole lot of attitude I didn't sign up for. Bottom line: Product? 10/10. Customer service? 3 out of 10. And that's exactly why my overall rating for this store experience drops to a 3 stars. A shame, really--because I wanted to buy.

I told her, she said this floor sample is my size and to try it on. So from there I thought ok that's fine. I sat one of the boots I had interest in next to some shoes my Girlfriend was trying.i see a person than take that boot and asked another sales person to try on. So that person ended up purchasing the boots I wanted in my size...and they checked after which was to late that was the only pair in my size...just because the sales person didn't want to be attentive to customers request and get the items requested. It was a horrible experience shopping here.
