I really haven't given any thought to Jimmy Choo shoes until recently. I wanted luxury brand shoes and was shopping in this outlet. I walked in and was assisted by Sergio. Although I've been here before, I've never made a purchase here, but I realized on my recent visit that they have some cute styles for shoes and evening bags. I was able to select 2 pairs that I liked but asked them to be on hold. I continued to shop at other stores and came back around the end of the day at 630pm after deciding to give them a second look. After coming back, I found a third pair that had potential. This complicated things, but by 7pm I was ready to make a purchase. Ended up leaving with a black pair and a white pair. They were outlet prices and I got an additional 20% off which is great. The service was fine, the shoes were wrapped nicely in their boxes and bags. I was shopping off the 80% off rack and there were coats on there with multiple sizes. I got a coat thinking it was 80% off its original price, but failed to check my receipt until only I was already gone in another state. When I checked the receipt I was shocked that I had paid close to $300. If I know it was that price I never would have bought it I called them and the guy said that those coats were 40% off only. I said well they were on the 80% off rack along with different sizes. After he checked a few times, he finally offered to give me another 10% off that coat. I was very disappointed that they would put items on the 80% off rack when they aren't. read more

I had such high hopes for this outlet store. Aside from the possibility of savings, I was specifically looking for a few styles I had missed out on at the original launch. I expected the outlet setting to be a good resource, given they tend to carry styles from recent seasons. While they did have a nice variety of styles , even a few I had in mind, the very limited availability of sizes meant I walked away empty handed. If you're a size 35.5 or 36.0, you'll probably have better luck. The facility and interior decor were welcoming and I couldn't ask for more in that respect. Hand sanitizer was available, but social distancing was not enforced. I would consider re-visiting after world events have improved, but wouldn't drive out of my way again if I can't rely on getting the size I need. read more

Stopped by to find a classic tan heel in a size 7.5. Requested assistance for the size shoe needed by an associate and tried them on. They were beautiful, but noticed they were a tad too big. Upon looking at the box, I realized it was a 38, which is in fact a size 8 US. Requested that the associate bring the 37.5 over to try on, since it appeared he had made a mistake. Turns out they didn't have the 37.5 at all, and he failed to tell me this without being apologetic. Trying on shoes at Jimmy Choo isn't exactly a waste of time, but trying on the wrong sized shoe definitely is. Not sure I recommend it. read more

I walked in w/my uncle & husband. I see 3 shoes I want to try on. I look at a taller man standing doing nothing, thinking he is going to ask if we need anything... after several mins (store isn't busy at all) he asks if we need help. But he keeps a very far distance. I said yes... again nothing. I told my family let's just go. My uncle tells the guy we'd like to see a couple shoes. Again never gets even close to us which makes me feel like the movie Pretty Woman. He grabs the shoes take 1 out hands it to me & walks away. The shoes are on a display counter. I have to get up to grab the other shoes. I told my family it's fine let's just go. I put the shoes back & as we're walking out he asks if they worked out..absolutely felt soo discriminated! I saw a Jimmy Choo outlet at Cabazon for the first time in May 2009. Since when Jimmy Choo has an outlet? There's no way I would skip this store. Delicious shoes were everywhere. The price was still high but the promotion was: buy one for 35% off and buy two for 45% off. Of course I had to buy two pairs because that's almost half off for both pairs of shoes-that was my excuse for my splurge ;) I found my first pair without any problem. It was "Tremble Satin" in black. My friends could see my shoes from the other side of the room because the crystals were so sparkly. My second pair was Toyah. I didn't like Toyah as much as Tremble but a customer walked in when I tried on the shoes and she wanted my Toyah. Get your own shoes...these are mine!! I walked away poor and happy. My sparkly Tremble was a hit at the office; a co-worker even took a picture of my shoes. I had to force him to delete the picture =P Tremble is still my all time favorite. I was so excited to check out this Jimmy Choo outlet store because I'm due for a new pair of JC's - I was seriously ready to do some damage. When walking into this store, I was a little underwhelmed. It's a very small store which is ok but the display was B O R I N G! I know its an outlet store and all but for goodness sakes, they could at least put some effort into selling the shoes. Or perhaps they think the shoes will sell itself. This may be true but at least look like you're trying. I'm just saying.. Anyway, I looked at every shoe and boot they had in stock and nothing . . . I mean, nothing seemed worth buying. There was one pair that was a possibility but they didn't have a size 7 in stock for me to try on. Boo! Jimmy Choo was having a 35% off sale so I had to take part. True, most of the shoes were last season, however, I am a firm believer in setting the trends, not letting the current trends set you. You have to create your own look, even if your fashions are of the current season. And Jen T. is absolutely right, when you you're rocking a hot pair of shoes, they will speak for themselves. I always stop here with my fiancé when we pass through - and saw some negative comments about the staff & selection of shoes/heels. First, this jimmy choo outlet receives unsold merchandise from boutiques, so in order to get your size you basically have to get lucky, but when you do find something you will get it half off or even more if they are doing a sale. Second, the staff is very nice, and if you repeat here and they recognize you they will help you. But a lot of tourists not only come in this store, but many of the other stores, and act like vultures grabbing merchandise out of other people's hands, not to mention rude to associates. Brad has always been great to us and recommend talking to him. Just got two great pairs of heels for my fiancé today for less than the cost of retail for one pair :) read more

After my third visit in the last 8 months to the only remaining Jimmy Choo outlet** to my knowledge on the West Coast, if not the entire country, here are my takeaways: 1.) The shoes are beyond last season, meaning the selection has been the *EXACT SAME* since other two visits in 12/14 and 1/15. 2.) If your feet are larger than a size 40.5, it's your lucky day!! Also, on the other end of the spectrum, if you have little feet, you will do well also. Along with everyone else and their sister, I wear a more ubiquitous 38.5, so those pickings were slim. 3.) The deals were decent...I got some current season "Aza" navy blue kitten heel pumps to wear to work that are now being sold at Nordie's for $595 but I paid only $359 for them. I think the other deals may be better, but on styles that are much older, and either too big or too small for me. So, that's it in a nutshell! I was very impressed with José. He made sure I got the items I wanted and even ordered a pair of shoes from Florida. Even though Florida did not get them to me as promised ( overnight, which I paid extra for) Jose made sure I was still happy with my purchases. There was a wall of shoes which were buy two get 50% off both pairs lowest marked price. All other items were the lowest marked price. I purchased a bon bon bag at the outlet in San Marcos, TX around Christmas 2021. The first time taking the bag out for a holiday party a few days later some of the feathers from the bag fell off while I was sitting in the car. Throughout the night, my bf found 2 more feathers disbursed around the party. This retails for almost $2K and I got it for around $1K. I called into the store to let them know but no answer. Within the 30 day exchange policy I drove all the way back to the outlet almost an hour away from my home in downtown TX to let them know about the issue. I brought the separated feathers, bag and receipt in to show a manager. She took pictures and told me she would send pics to their European office to get a resolution. It was 3 weeks and I had to continually follow up before I heard back and their solution & response was that this is normal wear and tear. How is it normal for feathers to come off on the first wear. This is clear a defect with the glue or whatever adhesive they are using. I have not dared to take it out because it is totally embarassing to take out a premium item to a nice dinner and start shedding. This is why Jimmy Choo just cannot inch into the premium category because their quality is subpar. I recently took it out to try taking to dinner, mind you I have not used it at all again and stored it in the dust bag at room temperature. You can see the glue on the gemstones turn yellow. Gross. This is DISGUSTING. I literally can't even look at this item and to think that they have my one thousand dollars for junk. I understand that sometimes in fashion changing styles, there's some quality issues, but admit to it. When you clearly make a mistake in production, own up to it and don't try to blame a defect on wear and tear when your customers haven't even used this item twice. Everyone save your money and buy Chanel, LV, Givenchy. Real designers. This is a wannabe. I want my money back. Everyone else, save your money. read more

This review is mainly for the manager at the store (older Caucasian lady) who was present when we visited the store this afternoon at around 1, the male staff who was standing beside her doing essentially nothing, and to a lesser extent, the girl who served me, Ariana. I went in here in search of a pair of heels for our wedding, and had a specific heel height in mine. (Whatever heel height I choose would ultimately affect my dress alterations) When I asked the younger sales associate what the heel height of the shoe in my hand, she was walking away and didn't appear to hear me. Said manager was actually much closer to me and said to her, rather loudly, "She's talking to you." Manager could just as well have answered my question but okay maybe she didn't know. (Although Jimmy Choo sales associates generally know heel heights like the back of their hand, not sure what happened here but if I had to hazard a guess, perhaps outlet store staff are of a lower quality or maybe second rate - like, they couldn't make it at a store in the big city and ended up at Cabazon?) Second time I asked Ariana about another pair of shoes, she took the shoe and went back to the register where the manager was now standing with another guy. They exchanged some comments about why I would want to know the heel height - followed by incredulous reactions - not sure why asking about a heel height would cause such a reaction to be honest. Manager made a face and then pulled out a tape measure (hmm wonder why they keep a tape measure there if not to measure stuff with?). 1. I'm not oblivious - I have eyes to see and ears to hear with when you pass comments under your breath in a 400-500 sq foot space. And yes I may be Asian but that doesn't mean English isn't my first language - however much I look like every other Chinese tourist who passes your doors every day. (The same tourists that ensure you have a job to go to, and get a salary every month by the way) 2. Don't work on a sales floor if you're going to give people attitude. Take on a stock room job, you have less likelihood of interacting with anyone . If you didn't make it at any of the interviews at the flagship stores or even at Nordies or Bloomies, DON'T take it out on your customers. 3. Working at a Jimmy Choo store does not mean you represent the type of customer that can afford the brand. It doesn't give you the right to look down on your customers no matter how much of a nuisance you may find us. If you're confused, please refer to the second part of point 1 again. Never have I been to a store at Desert Hills where the staff were so disinterested in selling anything. Even the most basic of stores like Loft and Volcom, and even Alice and Olivia boast far friendlier staff. Jimmy Choo, take note - none of your staff at this location are interested in their jobs. They are both up on their game, and very familiar with the styles. They went out of their way to make sure I was able to purchase two styles that one had to be ordered, and the other from an another location. I feel so stupid for paying full price!!! I couldn't believe the red sticker prices. They have a big selection of in sizes 41 42 which made me happy. The only negative feedback is the size of the store. It is so small and it's overwhelming when there is more then five people inside. But definitely worth the drive to the middle of nowhere. read more
