This has to be my favorite store in the outlets. I came in just planning to look at a pair of shoes... and left with six pairs. The pricing was on point, the styles were fresh, and best of all they had my sizes in everything I wanted. I picked up four pairs for myself and grabbed two more for friends. Cole Haan really has it all: sharp dress shoes, casual styles, and hybrids that you can dress up or down. Cole Haan has become the brand of my go to shoe for a business casual work environment because of the comfortable sole. I'm in a profession in which I need to be on my feet a lot and often wear 20-30 lb lead vests. Having the extra weight with traditional dress shoes usually kills my feet at the end of the day. I just happened to drop into this store after my family wanted to explore the outlets and I decided to tag along with no specific goal. I realized I only had one pair of comfortable work shoes so I decided to look around for another pair. My favorite design is the zero grand stitchlite wingtip. I normally wear a size 10.5 or 11 for shoes but the last pair of Cole Haan Stitchlites that I bought in size 10.5 was too big. I tried the size 10.5 again and it was slightly loose. I couldn't find a size 10 to try and asked the salesperson Leonardo for some help. He was able to find a size 10 pair in the back which fit well. Tip: if buying a shoe with the stitchlite (fabric) upper, you may need to get it a half size smaller than your normal shoe size. Over time the stitch lite stretches out more than a leather upper and will feel slightly loose. read more

Walked inside this Cole Haan outlet in search of my beloved Lunargrands. This store had a good selection, was clean (except for someone leaving a water bottle on the display case) and I thought it had more to offer than other Cole Haan outlet stores I've been to. They had oxfords, chukka boots and the neoprene lined ones. Some were as much as 70% off. I will definitely be back to buy shoes here in the future. Service was also friendly and attentive... I've been looking for the perfect pumps for the longest time. I already got 2 pairs of shoes from Ferragamo so I didn't want to buy any more shoes. I went to Cole Haan just for fun because I never went inside before. There they were...the perfect pumps for me....Genevieve Air Pump staring at me..."take me home" It was love at first sight. I tried them on and they were very comfortable. My friend told me that Nike bought the company so the cushion is by Nike. The best part was the price; It was 50% off. 10 minutes later I went home with the black pumps and Cole Haan would ship the brown ones within 5 days. More like 1.5 stars. 1.5 because I bought a Cole Haan shoe back in New York for way too much money. I felt bad about it ever since. After trying really hard not to buy Chinese-made goods, the only alternative I had at Cole Haan is India-made goods. Cole Haan and Coach are some of the worst offender in making luxury goods cheap. There is no way in hell would anyone pay 'luxury' prices for products made in Third-World Countries. People who do, need to have their credit cards taken away from them. At the price points people pay for Cole Haan shoes, you should really expect to be prducts to be CRAFTED in a different factory that makes Nike shoes. Not conincidentally, Nike owns Cole Haan. You know the old adage of people who know the price of everything and value of nothing? Every luxury brand is a story of marketing winning over substance. However, at least the European brands can claim valid roots that harken back to its devotion to luxury crafted goods. Coach and Cole Haan is marketing. Period. read more

This Cole Haan in the Cabazon outlet stores is very similar to the one in Carlsbad. The store had a great variety of shoes and handbags for women and great options for men if they're looking to do some shopping as well. I didn't find anything in here to purchase but I was sure tempted to purchase at least something with the extra 30% discount they were offering over the Presidents Day weekend. It was VERY tempting but I didn't want to buy something just to save...better to just save all together. = ) To be honest, if there was something that I really wanted, I probably would've bought it though but nothing was jumping out at me. I gotta say, that I had 2 pairs of shoes that I have been eyeing. These pairs of shoes would have totaled $785 had I purchased them online. Instead, I went to Cole Haan at Cabazon Outlet Mall on my drive from Phoenix to LA and for $450-- I got both pairs of shoes and a work bag. That to me is TOTAL SUCCESS. Happy. read more

On black Friday weekend coming back from AZ and avoiding the traffic stopped in here. Got a great deal on some Air Infinity Drivers originally $175 marked down to $85ish. Great customer service and relatively clean store with knowledgeable staff. I will be back on Dec. 26th for sure!!!! read more

Not a great review - walked in there today and within 40 seconds, at least 4 staff asked me if I needed help. Can't a guy just look around without feeling hounded? Prices did not seem great despite their 'specials', and, sure enough the shoes I was looking at were cheaper on the Nordstrom's website.....glad I waited.... read more

They have good selection of men shoes and some are offered at very deep discounts. Staff's a bit hit and miss but all the shoes are put out so you can find the items yourself. read more

They didn't have a pair in my size. She called me a few days later to say they were in stock and could have them shipped at no additional charge. Wow. She called. Wow. Seriously, pass on this location. Either head north to the Carlsbad outlet or just go to any store. This is seriously the WORST customer service I've experienced at the myriad of Cole Haan stores I've shopped at across the nation. The crappy customer service appears to be specific to this store, as every other store I entered was able to extend a welcome greeting upon our entry. As well, the sales associates seem to follow the direction of their manager. If this was the only CH store, I'd find another favorite shoe brand. As well, the store display is sloppy, and not nearly as inviting as other locations. I will definitely not be returning to this store, but instead will opt for Tods and Michael Kors. read more

I purchased a beautiful leather handbang with herringbone trim, including the matching boots and belt. After using the purse for about three weeks, the outside zipper broke. I phoned the store in Cabazon, expecting to return and have the purse replaced. Instead, I was curtly told that I would have to return to the store with the purse or send it back to the store. The saleswoman said the purse "would be sent out to have the zipper repaired" I am a long-time lover of Cole Haan products. This is NOT the type of service I would expect from this caliber of retailer. I do not live close to the Cabazon store. It is located in a rather isolated area in the desert between Palm Springs and towns that are about 45 minutes to the West. Sadly, I think I will have the purse repaired by a local shoe repair person. Not only has Cole Haan lost a good customer, but they also lost the possibility of another sale, if I had been returning with the expectation of the item being replaced, as it should have been.
