I called them on a Wednesday and they picked it up and brought a loaner the same day. The following day, they had finished it and it was like brand new. I highly recommend them. If they don't have it, they'll find it!! Wish there were 10 stars!! I have just called for a push wheel chair as I have a Dr appointment but can't walk far enough to get to the Dr office. It also has a control that will lift my legs higher than my heart in case I have too much water retention. It is wonderful. I came in looking for incontinence products, and you had everything I needed. The staff was extremely helpful, but I want to personally recognize a young man named Christopher. He was so patient and truly listened to my needs. When he wasn't completely sure about a product, he didn't guess -- he went to get assistance from another gentleman to make sure I received the right information. That level of care meant a lot to me. Everyone there was kind and welcoming.
