I purchased a walker and was told there was no hand-brake and so for 6 weeks the walker kept rolling down the hill. Iy made no sense to me. I revisited the store and one of the reps retold me the same thing, "no, you have to hold the brakes in order to stop it. I finally asked for the "in-house expert" and within seconds, he showed me all the things my walker could do and how to adjust the wiring in order to carry a basket for shopping!! Little things matter so so much!!!

It is just the right size and can go in every room in my mobile home. I also bought a Golden Cloud recliner. It is wonderful. So comfortable and it has a rise lift if I want to use it if my muscles are extra tired..... it can help me to get up easily. It also has a control that will lift my legs higher than my heart in case I have too much water retention. It is wonderful. This beautiful chair has everything... heat, massage, rise lift, lumbar support, neck support.... So easy to use... very user friendly. The young men at Sun Medical in Beaumont, Jacob and Christopher not only deliver and set up everything.... they have so much knowledge about the chair that they can explain everything and anything about it. They both have helped me at the store when looking and checking and then on the sale. They are not pushy at all. Very friendly and truly care about people. We found a shower chair for $105 bought it, got it home realized it didn't fit in our bathtub. I called to ask if I could return it since all we did was come home set in in that bathtub and it didn't work. All their tags and everything still on it. They said I could not return it so now I'm stuck with a shower chair that hasn't been used and can't be used. I'm sure if I left it at their doorstep they'd have bo problem reselling it. Ridiculous. Better off looking on offer up or even Amazon who will have no issues returning items.

They did a horrible job fitting my wheelchair, and in my experience, Mike did not properly fit the chair to my needs.The customer service was also extremely disappointing. There is a woman who works there who uses a wheelchair, and unfortunately, I found her to be very rude and unhelpful during my experience with the company.What has been even more frustrating is how difficult the return process was. I had to return my wheelchair, and I was charged $450 just for a restocking fee.After everything I experienced, I feel completely done with this company. I expected a company specializing in mobility equipment to genuinely care about making sure their customers were properly fitted and treated with respect, but that was not my experience. I personally felt like the focus was more on the money than on the customer. I would not recommend U2 Mobility based on my experience. If you need mobility equipment, I strongly suggest doing your research and considering other companies before making a purchase.0/10 -- I would not go back.
