I ended up exchanging out my shoes and getting my wife two pairs of tennis shoes to get the lunar new year swag they were giving out if your purchase went over a certain amount. Came here for Black Friday and were some of the first people in the line at 6:45 AM. I'm not that huge on Adidas, but I know my brother and his friends were, but even after 15 minutes of a brief look around, unfortunately nothing really caught our eyes that were for sale (despite the majority of the shop being on sale). I can't say that I was able to find anything larger than an XL here either even after digging behind all of the sizes and items in stock. read more

This store was inside the Cabazon outlet stores. It wasn't too big, but had a decent selection. There was a tiny kids section so my girls didn't have much to choose from. My hubby came to return some shoes. He had started the return process online, so the person at the register told him she couldn't help him. She suggested he call customer service. He went outside to call and after a few minutes was able to cancel the online return process so he could return the 2 pairs of shoes in person. We were able to purchase a few items, almost everything was 50% off, and get a credit back to our card. The dressing rooms had doors which is better than curtains! Overall, there were sales staff walking around asking if you needed help. There were also enough people at the register to help customers check out quickly. read more

Of the shops at Cabazon, there are few left that are actually discount ones. Some stores even have their Factory Outlet Brand. What the? The Adidas store is the only store I always visit. The staff has never been anything short of friendly and helpful. While the discounts can be slight, you will also find some great bargains. Of course, it might be last seasons shorts; however, I've never noticed the shade difference in last years black shorts, compared to this years black shorts. I give this place high marks. They even manage to keep it clean and orderly. Like, seriously, if it's on a hanger that said "M," it is most likely actually a Medium! They will say "hi" first, but tell them hi, in case they are having a bad day. They sure work hard to make it a great place, and they succeeded! Check them out. read more

We are big fans of Adidas and this particular outlet location. This location has a great selection of apparel and shoes at discounted prices. Some of the discounts are substantial. For example, I bought a pair of Adidas online, which were over $100.00. At the outlet, I found some suitable older models for half the price. Some of the newest products cannot be found here, but that is not an issue for us. Most of the employees, including cashiers, have been very helpful. After five or so visits, we only encountered one employee who was in a bad mood. It was funny because one of the cashiers agreed that her peer was grumpy that day. They do get very busy like some of the other outlet stores, so it can be a bit chaotic at times (pre-Covid). As a result of Covid, they are limiting capacity, so a line was present on the day we visited. They also have hand sanitizer available upon entry. Best tip is to arrive early and avoid weekend afternoon visits. read more

ADIDAS is the best! I like Adidas tennis clothes and shoes and so does my buddy, Alfred. He suggested we check out ONE store at the Cabazon Outlet mall on the way home from our Fall doubles sectionals tennis tournament and you guessed it....it was Adidas! When we went, Adidas was having a storewide Buy One, Get One 50% off sale. This location has a slightly larger tennis selection than the outlet in Commerce. The people working (well, mainly Valeria) were friendly and wanted to make sure I was finding everything I was looking for. The cashier was friendly too. I bought two gray Adidas climalite t-shirts. They retail for $20 and were marked down to $6.95, so I got two shirts for $10.42 with the BOGO 50% off. I think the shirts were supposed to be $14.97 because that's what the price was on some on a different rack and the register originally rang up at $14.97, but the cashier asked for the manager to adjust to the marked price on the tag. Yay for me! I got a bargain. Thanks Adidas! I only wish Adidas would make more shirts with UPF 30+ or UPF 50+ sun protection. Xie Xie!!! read more

I went to the adidas outlet last week and while I was getting charged the young lady overcharged for some shoes, but I caught it and she fixed it. But then when I get home (I live 45 min away) I have 2 RIGHT SHOES. I went to exchange them this morning and get home to a new DIRTY SHOE. I drove too long for this crap. I returned sneakers the next day with their return label. They received on a Wednesday, by Sunday the still do not send acknowledgment of receipt of return. Had to track that online. Chatted w costumer service and its useless as it repeats same that returns take 7-10 days from after inspected by warehouse, so nothing that officially says they have started process and the 7-10 days they say is for our original bank to show refund, which interestingly is not what happens with all other companies that I have return items. Refunds are prompt and email is sent when item received as acknowledgment, and then one more, when refund process and my banks credit immediately back the monies. Very poor system by a German company. I will buy adidas from other sources not their site. Recommend you do the same. read more

Got some shoes for super cheap, love that they have a wall with all half price discounted shoes on it. Only reason I knock down a star is because one of the pairs I picked out ended up being not half price as the wall suggested, so I didn't end up buying that one.
