Not sure what happened with This long overdue review, but recently whenever I drove out to Palm Springs, CA., I would check for sale events here through Calvin Klein, Desert Hills Premium Outlets, CA. , on the 10East Freeway to Palm Springs, CA. Last time I got a sweatshirt under $15....had to be a super lucky day for me. I have bought a wallet here too as per referenced pics down below this review. Customer Service: 4/5~staff would ask about signing up to their email rewards receiving points for future sale events and store discounts. I wished there would be some giveaways with our points some times instead of just only discounts. Parking: this store is an Outlet branch, so make sure you take a pic of where you had parked to not get lost: I'll be back soon when the weather isn't too hot. read more

I purchased 2 T-shirts in March of this year, and after wearing them a few times I noticed a deterioration in the fabric on one and unaligned seams on the other. I visited the store on 09/15 and was scolded for not keeping the store receipt and for not returning the items in a timely manner. I always purchase clothing with the intention of wearing it for a long time, therefore I only keep the receipt for a few days, not months. The total for the shirts was $79 and was given store credit for $25, which I will give to a charity because , why would I want to purchase anything from them ever again? read more

As a VIP member of the Desert Hills Outlets, I am able to save a lot of money by shopping here. One thing I did not appreciate about this particular store was that they would not honor my coupons. I had to choose either one (gift certificate or coupon) to use toward my purchase. In order to use both of my rewards, I had to make separate purchases (and buy things I did not intend to buy). Good for them, but bad for me! They do have a cool fitting room though. They have buttons outside the rooms that light up to indicate whether vacant or occupied. read more

One of the perks of working out in the middle of nowhere is that you can shop during your lunch break...in the middle of nowhere. First off, how does an outlet like this exist all the way out here? Secondly, where did all of these Asians come from? None of them speak any English. And I'm getting lumped in by default! I was expecting so much more from this store. They basically had the same collection that you'll find at the Ontario Mills location. The sales are also the same. The store seems to be larger than it really is when you're looking from the parking lot. I thought the store placement was weird; between D & G and Giorgio Armani. If you've seen the Calvin Klein stores at other outlets, this one looks the same. The sales staff's very nice, someone is always checking in on you to see if you need assistance. Prices aren't all that much less than retail or what you can get on sale at Macy's. A tissue thin CK designer t-shirt will still run you $30 at this store. Some winter items are discounted 75%, found a wool/cashmere scarf for $29, down from $98. Now, that's a bargain. read more

I have been to this location many many times in the past few years and they have never failed to disappoint. They have a wide variety of mens shirts, pants, jeans, jackets, sweaters and undergarments. Their prices are reasonable and they usually carry a good portion of their items on clearance prices. On top of that, if you are a preferred member, you get coupons through email that range from 10% to 30% and a reward of $20 at least once a year for every $200 you spend. I have always encountered friendly staff who are willing to help you find the right size of clothing and there usually is always someone within reach when you need them. This store's selection can easily rival a retail store's when compared head to head. read more

There's a big sign that reads "Fitting Rooms". I stood right in front and asked a clerk if I could try a pair of shorts. She responded: "dressing rooms are over there", and points to the other side of the room. mmm, no prob. I go to the other side and ask girl running that fitting room if I can try them on. She says "sure", knocks on a door and quickly opens the door on a lady that was trying on clothes. Instead of the lady getting upset it's the worker who gets bothered and says, "well you gotta say something!". (yikes!) .. After she directs me to another fitting room I said "sure that one's empty?". She says, "yep, it's just you and 'Casper the friendly ghost'. uhh, yes. I found everything I needed at the Polo shops (there's two in the mall) and Nautica. read more

Very nice selection for men and women. I do a lot of my shopping for work here. And, there is always a sale and if you sign up for loyalty points, they add up pretty quickly and results in nice cash back and additional discounts. The customer service is also nice here. read more

Awful customer service! My parents bought an XS & decided to exchange it for a small. Unfortunately, as easy as that sounds, it was anything but! Turns out you have to wait back in line only to wait for a manager to do an EVEN exchange! Ridiculous! What's worse is the reps were all unapologetic... It's weird to find cheaper Calvin Klein items at a Macy's but oh well. I like Calvin klein, even though it makes me feel very fat heading in. My in-laws (Chinese) bought a few purses and such to bring back with them. The only time I remember having a bad experience with Calvin Klein was in the summer when their A/C decided to not work. I am not sure why this Calvin Klein is infinitely more superior than that of Citadel; perhaps it is the selection and perhaps it is cost of the clothes! Well anyways, I remember walking into a sauna and really wanting to walk out. This place has pretty good deals, but you really have to dig through as though you're at Ross/TJ Maxx/ Marshalls/ etc. (some items are 70% off). Though some of the styles are questionable (especially in the clearance rack), there are often, always articles of clothing that are timeless regardless what decade we're in (think work clothes... because we always need work clothes!). Don't expect to be greeted here, but do expect some sort of sale happening! read more

Found the store to be clearly laid out. The clerks are friendly, everything is super-easy to find. You've got tons of stuff. **** The one thing I don't like is the general demeanor of young shoppers in California, and the heat is somewhat insufferable if you are from Canada. These young guys act like they can say anything once they get the duds -- right there, and the woman are to be ignored in the parkade -- usually younger. It's always a gong show. They are not fully developed any which way yet, is all I have to say. If the highlight of your day is trying to be more on or something, than you're the loser wasting your life energy and thought process. But the store itself is awesome. Lots of good parks in California, and attractions if you know where to look!. Thank god for air conditioning. read more

Calvin Klein is my designer of choice for my professional/work clothes. And this is the place to buy them, especially the pants. I go with the body fit which usually run about $70 each (although I have never bought them at full price), but they are 50% off here and they have plenty of styles. #win read more

After waiting for several minutes to purchase a couple items, I was pulled out of line by the manager. He said my husband was seen on the video feed going into the dressing room with a pair of jeans, but not coming out with them (he had left them hanging on the door hook). I wasn't sure what the manager wanted with me as my husband had left the store. Pants were found by gal checking items by the fitting rooms - I was able to identify them without even being asked as I knew what husband was trying on. No apology or anything from manager. Needless to say, I did not make any purchases there after this humiliating experience. read more
