I went on Saturday about 5:30p, spent time looking through everything, carefully selecting my sizes and sizes up just in case, carrying everything around with me, etc etc. About 30 min later, I'm ready to try on things with the intent of purchasing. Just to be told that the fitting rooms are all closed. (They have about 8-10, I think). I asked the girl why and she said she wasn't sure. I asked if it was because of covid still to which she said, "no, they're just not opening them." She apologized and walked away. So I called her back to ask what the return policy is and if I can return them at any Guess since we live over 1 1/2 hrs away. She told me it can be returned within 30 days, but only at Guess outlet locations. Understood, but not convenient since again, I don't have locations near me. So I went to the cashier to purchase double of a few items with the intent to return whichever didn't fit. I asked if she could verify any locations near me that would accept the return. I also asked her why their fitting rooms were closed to which she said "because they're too busy." This is when I couldn't hold me frustration anymore. I've worked in retail for years, I get what busy is and I'm always empathetic to those in retail for this reason. But, this is causing them to lose sales! (This happened to me prior, but that was several months ago and they said it was for covid reasons then). When your manager is running his/her sales reports, makes sure he/she is aware that your fitting rooms are closed due to the inconvenience of "working too hard" on the days that bring in the most revenue. I even offered to put my own items away! I ended up not purchasing anything due to the frustration and inconvenience. If it's SO busy, then just open 1-3 rooms at a time. Limit the amount of items someone can take in. Easy solutions that won't affect revenue! read more

Really large store carrying women's, men's, and children's clothing... and heels!!! Athletic shoes, stilettos, boots, etc... Quite a few fitting rooms, and it does get a little packed on the weekends, so best to come on a weekday to avoid claustrophobia. The prices are lower than originally tagged, but some items are still overpriced. Staff is nice, seemingly reluctant at times but overall nice. read more

Overall GREAT EXPERIENCE! So my husband actually wanted to come to this store since he's my "FASHION CONSULTANT". And usually I do not shop here cause I don't fit into the clothing, but with me losing 43 lbs I can now! STORE: It's in outlet store. It was as clean as it could get. It was busy but has people recovering and customer servicing which is great. Over all nice ASSOCIATES: The associates were very nice and super helpful!! Chris was the manager, I'm assuming at the time, and he helped me look for an item but wasn't able to find it until I went to the fitting rooms, where Omar, Oscar, or Ruben not sure his name, Sorry I forgot your name, was able to locate the shirt for me. This location is nice. Factory Guess stores carry very different product from the retail stores which is a real bummer. The retail stores have much nicer things. This store carries everything! Men's, Women's, Children's, shoes, accessories, and handbags galore! The back side of the stores is usually always an additional 50% off of the marked price which is great! I can usually find a few things worth buying. You do have to rummage through the clearance rack, so if this isn't ideal for you, you may want to shop somewhere else. The regular priced items are organized fairly well! Great selection of tops! The employees are helpful! This is my favorite Guess outlet store! read more

Recently went shopping this weekend, Guess is my Go-to store I love it there they always have great deals and discounts, so many cute outfits and the customer service there is always great!! If I could give this place zero stars I would instantly! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Went in with my dad and brother, I was trying on some clothes while they walked around to look around the store. My brother was checking out the wallets and he ended up purchasing one but we had recently purchased a few shirts from there earlier, he didn't want to carry around so many bags so he was transferring his wallet into the bag that he had with his shirts in them. Jessica and "V" started talking on their ear pieces and communicated with the cashiers to "keep an eye on them" (my dad and brother) because they thought they were stealing. Seriously?! I was furious! They were racially profiling to begin with. They kept giving us weird looks like if we were criminals. They made us feel super uncomfortable!! When I went up to PAY for my stuff I asked for Jessica and Vs names and they didn't want to give them to me at first. I am for sure going to go as far as calling corporate or a higher positioned person than the management they are running in that store. Will NEVER walk foot in that guess again! How dare they think we were stealing! They could have acted professionally and asked for our recipient but instead they decided to assume and play "detectives". Terrible terrible terrible, I truly feel sorry for people who's minds think this way. read more

Went in around 2:30 with my father to pick up a purse for my mom for Christmas. She warned me the girls that worked in there were very snobby, know I understand. We walked in and the two doing the counter were on FaceTime with someone and said "hold on we have to customer service" to them before helping us. Not impressed. read more

We enjoyed our shopping experience here. We where welcome by a young lady at the door on Sunday evening. The store was nicely stock and organize. They had clothing for the little ones too. The staff on the floor and dressing room where inviting, helpful and attentive. The store had good sales on clothing from 30-50% off original Price. There where plenty of cashier so the wait wasn't more than 10min. The only complaint would be if this store would have more styles and options of shoes. read more

The store is clean and we had the regular staff members help us out with everything we wanted and needed. It was a 5 star experience up to the point where we had to check out. This is when everything went downhill quick fast and in a hurry. I paid with my e-gift card for my purchase. I decided to pay for my families things and when I went to check out the second time, I was told that they don't allow e-gift cards and they don't take any kind of transaction that is through a phone. I asked to speak with a manager and along came Leslie Martinez who didn't look like she could be the manager but quickly claimed she was and said that she wasn't going to take my egift card payment even though they did 10 minutes before. I also said that the egift card says It can be used at ANY guess store and location. She was very rude about the situation and said she had worked there 6 years and never has she encountered something like this. Never took the time to say I'll look into this or let me verify that we can do this. She was quick to claim that she couldn't do anything and wasn't going to let me pay with my e-gift card. It wasn't until I said that I would call corporate to verify this, so she called Someone over the phone to verify. Come to find out that they do accept this type of payment. Never apologized for telling me "no" over 8 different times and she quickly disappeared after telling me I can use that form of payment. Will not be returning to this store and I will be contacting corporate about this as well. Never have I encountered such a rude unprofessional manager. She needs to learn some customer service skills and fix her attitude. read more

Ok so I have to admit, I haven't worn Guess since high school but I remembered getting a hot pair of low rise jeans a while back from a friend as a gift that fit perfectly on my booty so I stopped in. My BF likes the guido-like shirts from here (much to my dismay, but he does look hot in them lol) too, so at first we looked at the men's stuff. The tees had nice metallic touches and nice details like metal rivets and sometimes rhinestones. They ranged in price from $13 -$30. But the day we went they were buy one get one half off! (Really great price= 1 star. ) Then I went to the women's section and found about 12 super cute tees with embellishments and in various colors. Believe it or not, I had no trouble finding my size at all!!! (Great selection= one more star. ) I didn't find any jeans I liked ( probably because I was looking for grey skinny jeans). But I did find lots of super cute tees for under $20 each... much better than paying $40 per tee at Armani Exchange! They had a good selection of other clothes like dresses, tanks and even vests. The girls who were working that day were super helpful and nice (Two more stars for Guess!). They saw us waiting in line and opened another register for us even though we only waited less than 2 minutes.. that deserves the fifth star in my book! The store was also super neat and clean, everyone was friendly and seemed happy to be working there. I'm going back for jeans ASAP! read more

I had a terrible customer service experience at this guess store I was visiting out to go to a family party so I decided it would be nice to get a little guess present I live in Temecula so I have a guess store here but since I was short on time I decided to go for their very bad choice when I arrived I look at A very pretty bag where the bag was sitting read a sign directly on top Marking 30% off so I decided to get the item and go up to the registerI waited like 10 minutesbecause this other customer was not happy whatever reason and they took their time finally when I got to the register at the cash register didn't even say hi or how my day was going when she read the full on price I told her that that bag was in Marked for 30% off she then gave me a dirty look and push aside the bag and went around the register to go verify the sign she came back and with a very smirky face told me that that that wasn't one of themthen I told her then why isn't it Marked or something or why is it placed in the 30% off then she told me that the sign underneath read on select itemsso I told her then that needs to be a distinguish sign on the bags or something people won't make that mistake and assume it is 30% off because there's a sign directly on top of them.she shrugged her shoulders like saying I don't care.so she pissed me off so I left without anything read more

Updating my review from April. Valerie was great in April and Alan was awesome in August. Today we had a whole new level of poor customer service from any store. We drove out to Cabazon to exchange a pair of jeans for a larger size ... no problem, the girls that helped us were nice and did the exchange quickly. HOWEVER, after we got home (back to PS) we discovered when the sales lady took the sensor off - she broke the packs on the underside, and covered the new jeans with a huge ink spot where she took the sensor off, and yellow stuff that looked like highlighter up and down the right leg of the jeans. How did she not see the huge ink stain right where she removed the sensor? Called Guess - got the same sales lady, she said "no problem, bring them back in". So back out to Cabazon we go. When we get to the store, everyone was nice enough - except for the same sales lady that screwed up the jeans in the first place. Not one time did this sales lady bother to apologize to us for the huge inconvenience she caused. Not when we called, and certainly not when we came back. Wow. Thanks to the sales girls who did apologize for something their co-worker did and couldn't bother to apologize. We may go back - but I doubt it. read more
