**This review is for the newly opened coffee shop inside the store.** Drinks: We had the Tiramisu Latte and Strawberry Matcha--both were OK. Would have liked the espresso to come through more in the Tiramisu Latte--the chocolate was overpowering. And the Strawberry Matcha tasted like Hershey's strawberry milk, with the faintest taste of matcha. Spent $0.50 to upgrade to their larger size, coming out to $8.00 for a drink. Service: Went on opening day, and there was a long line out the door. Needless to say our drinks took a while to come out, but understandably. Staff was nice. Ambiance: Casual, modern, retro. With no plans on a Saturday morning I drove 2 hours to the Desert Hills outlets in Cabazon, Ca. A guy I was dating took me there once and I remember thinking, I gotta go back without a man. I wore my lightweight pajamas because I knew the heat was going to be ridiculous and my favorite Laker shirt. I walked into the Coach store looking for the discounted bags that I was recommended & I noticed there were several well dressed employees who walked past me, looked at my laker shirt and did not help me or ask if I needed help. I really wasn't sure what to look for and felt judged by the pretentious employees. It seemed like the Target version of luxury brands. Fully stocked, reasonable prices, employees who seem "too busy" to help customers so I gave my money to Prada instead. Cute displays tho. read more

As soon as we walked in I was in heaven...This outlet was huge and filled with a wide variety of purses, wallets, key chains, shoes and more. I WANTED EVERYTHING!!!! But my wallet on the other hand...not so much! The inside of the store was very clean and organized. There were many staff members ready at hand to help us. Natasha was incredible and so very helpful while I perused every section. When I finally picked my favs, I headed to the check out counter where Jamison helped me. He was also very sweet and helpful! I appreciated every Coach assistant who answered my questions...and I had many...A shout out to Anna who helped me when I first arrived. *This store is not commission based which I prefer. However, they do get monthly points for helping people...So make sure to give your cashier the name of the person who helped you when you check out! read more

This is a beautiful store in a luxurious outdoor mall. I came in early on a Friday to beat traffic home back to Temecula Valley and was waited on by Vanessa, a young, friendly woman who showed me several bags, gave her opinion, suggested, checked on me, and then suggested a cherry add-on for the denim bag I took, with my other items. One of the managers also came out and talked to me, letting me know they are opening up a coffee shop/soft serve at the store soon. I got to chat with her letting her know my daughter's ridiculous $40 a cup experience at Dior in FL -and she made sure she got a pic at the place so it seemed somewhat justified ! The lady assured me the coffees were going to be more like Starbucks prices. The point is, everyone was friendly, we made small talk, and there were plenty of people willing to help. After my purchases I noticed a whole section of bags I hadn't noticed the first time. The styles are wonderful and up to date, with something for everyone . They are well stocked and the mall is super clean, with a ton of dangerous shopping choices, from classic to upscale. . I could have gone to Carlsbad or Ontario and I'm glad I chose this location. I would NOT recommend Ontario's Mills and I'll leave it at that. read more

Not sure how This Coach Factory Outlet store got low ratings of 3 stars?! I went on this last weekend's Labor Day sale, there were tons of sales. Here was the trick: I left on time from home to here around 8:45am, PST and arrived promptly on time for their opening hour at 10am, PST trying to beat the crowds. My plans were carried out on time for such a crowded weekend. I definitely beat the crowds. As soon as I was done shopping, more crowds showed up looking for parking spaces, and it was already 12pm, PST. We were done shopping at the Coach side of Desert Hills Premium Outlets. So we took out Food Truck lunch after. We had to be in and outta here fast due to the heat wave. Anyways, this was the best shopping spree trip I took due to successful planning ahead. Bought more than just shoes. Will take more pics later tonight. Sales that took place were: shoes, wallets and some purse designs. Sales agents were not pushy. They were all walking around just looking out for the store's safety and were readily available when we needed price checks. I will visit again soon. read more

I came in here today to find a wallet for my purse. And the store is huuuuge and beautiful but my god every 7.3 seconds someone is asking "if you're still ok". It's soooo distracting when you're trying to shop. The minute one employee walks away after you say yes the other employee comes on your other side. I was in here for a good 15-20 minutes trying to look but I left. I ended up going across to Michael Korrs where they greet you then leave you alone to be able to actually shop. read more

When purchasing handbags the staff used to wrap them nicely, and it just felt like I was purchasing quality products. I spent over $500 this weekend on one handbag and belt. Decided to check out this outlet for the first time on the way into Anaheim and this Coach store was a huge disappointment. I was excited to buy a cargo tote until 8 different associates asked me if I needed help - one of them asking me 3 times in less than ONE MINUTE. I worked retail before, learn cues to who's being shady and stealing, instead of harassing your customers bc they don't look like the usual demographic of this region. Disgusting customer service. Wouldn't recommend, Gucci has ten times the value of product and treated us like customers unlike this low-end establishment. read more

WHY ARE THE PRICES SO CHEAP?? My mom pulled aside an employee and the answer was because the models here are lesser quality with thinner materials. I have bags from the actual retail store and they are far and away from the stuff here. But the "original" prices are similar? Artificial inflation. That's how there's a 50% off everything sale everyday. When I went everything was 70% off. Even so, there were some nice looking bags for less than $100... If you know how to browse the super clearance sale. If you're loyal to brand names or need to get a nice gift for someone, this is probably not a bad choice. Keep in mind they don't give out dust covers, nice boxes, or even decent shopping bags. Store was nice and staff was generally helpful, but I didn't appreciate being asked for ID for a debit card with a pin, when the cashier didn't ask the previous customer for ID with a credit card. The bag I bought? Been using it for a week and it is already scuffed up. Shoulder strap constantly unbuckles itself, and the inside phone pocket is already buckling. This store is normally amazing, but this interaction was not. My family is from Chino Hills, and only comes out here while on the way to Palm Springs for trips. On our last trip, we spent what I would consider is a lot of money. One of the items we had bought, was a pair of men's swim trunks. My brother had packed them for an overnight trip with friends, and ripped them just trying to step into them. I wouldn't think for $99, these would be cheap shorts. So my family decides to drive the two hours to return them. Once we arrive to the checkout counter, both employees helping seemed unwilling/not wanting to do anything about the shorts, "we can't return anything that can't be worn". We walked away with store credit in which we are grateful for, but just disappointed that no one was willing to make the decision for store credit on a dime. I went shopping with my sibling to pick up a gift for a friend, and when I walked in the door, the coach worker welcomed me and I acknowledged them. However, when I went to one area, a different worker named Naomi came up to me and gave me no personal space, wouldn't let me look around on my own, made a distasteful comment about how I was shopping, and followed me around the store until I went to check out. i also felt immense pressure to purchase a small wallet luckily I was able to get her to back off. Wow! This Coach store is huge! And even though I did not purchase anything on this visit, they were handing out 50% off coupons for everything in the store, but between you and me, I think they do at all the outlet Coach stores - all the time. There were hundreds of people shopping in the store, and I don't even think the international tourist buses had arrived yet. Because of the existence of these outlet Coach stores, I have never stepped foot in the full retail priced stores in the regular malls. Why would I pay retail when I can purchase a purse or wallet for half the price? Often times even more. This store even had a large selection of shoes and leather jackets. Very nice. I was so excited because it had been so long since I have even been able to drive in and park at this outlet mall. There is usually massive traffic. read more

Don't get me wrong - I love Coach and I even love how efficient this store was during Black Friday weekend with checkout and gift wrap lines, but I really don't like how some of the staff were pretty aggressive with seeing if their customers needed help. I know they wanted to make memorable impressions on the customers enough for us to give the cashier their name, but the aggressiveness didn't make my shopping experience as pleasurable as it could've been. I tend to spend more and have more impulse buys if I don't feel like I'm being watched by others. The plus side is that you really can't beat these outlet deals. The Coach holiday sale was 70% off!! We love this location, but every time I come in to this location I feel so uncomfortable. Today I was followed around by the security guard. I finally told him can I help you? I'm not hear to steal. Obviously I'm buying with all the other bags in my hand. I was so irritated I walked away to find my wife, we went to the wallet section and another person would not take his eyes off me he kept following me I was so uncomfortable. I promised myself that I wasn't going to buy anymore Coach purses. They have really cute products but it's all mass produced in China and therefore lacking in quality. However, I was at the outlet mall last week and saw Coach out of the corner of my eye and I was unable to resist. I walked in...only for "window" shopping" and WOW was this place busy. It was filled with loads of Asian tourists stocking up on these bags like they were gold. Well I couldn't help myself...I ended up with three purses, one small purse and one wallet all for $404.00. Admittedly I had a bit of buyers remorse afterwards but I got caught up in the moment. While in line I was behind a lady that was literally pushing me and reaching around me until I turned around and told her "Excuse me...would you mind giving me my space"...with a scowl that let her know that if she knocked into one more time I would break her twiggy ass into two pieces...and there was no more problems from her. The service was O.K. I didn't get my purses wrapped up in nice paper..they were just shoved into a big shopping bag and I was sent on my way. read more

I have regular & outlet Coach locations closer to me & I rarely walk in, but this time on Saturday, March 21st, I did & it's a good thing I did because they were having the best sale I've ever known of them to have...50% off everything in the store & an additional 30% off clearance items! I loooked around & this location is quite a good size with a good selection. It was quite crowded due to to the outstanding sale & I found something I liked. This was my very first Coach bag purchase ever & I'm so glad I didn't have to spend the usual high price. I asked a salesgal how often they have this kind of sale & she said the 50% is everyday, but the extra percentage off for the clearance items could be different. I don't know if every outlet store has this kind of deal, but I'm going to start finding out! read more

Whew, busy busy busy! This Coash outlet is always booming. Always. At holidays -- and I'm pretty sure other times, too -- they hand out additional coupons upon entering the store. (Discounting the sale price even more) Unless you're a math whiz, you'll either be busting out your calculator, or asking someone for the final price (the staff walks around with calculators). I suppose it's smart in that if you ask a question, they could try to show you other items or upsell you? The queues are often long (zig-zagged roped line), but because of the number of registers, they are able to get through people quite quickly. I applaud that. In the past, I've gotten great deals here on wristlets, leather bags, and the fabric branded bags. read more

Outlet prices mean outlet customer service. I came here and was only approached by a sales associate with a calculator. She only helped me with calculating the price (like I really needed it). Thanks for calculating how much I will pay with 20% off. I was approached twice and only one lady told me her name; when I went to the register, I supposed I gave her commission because I bought a purchase with her "help". Oh yeah, in this kind of economy, you would want to help anyone if you can so I don't mind... even when she barely even helped me. Anyways, this place has some good bags and of course, some bags you would never consider. I definitely prefer the regular stores because at least, they want to know what type of purse your mom/friend/whoever you're thinking of buying the gift for might like. Here is just a battleground with people shuffling their fingers all over these "luxury" goods. As ubiquitous as Coach has become, it's really the poor man's luxury and with the poor man's luxury comes poor man's customer service. Sorry to say. It seems that even with the holiday season, they don't bother to give you a gift box unless you ask. And when you do ask for the box, you MUST also ask for the tissue paper too because they will not give you that either unless you ask (maybe she forgot...but seriously, one would think the two are paired!). I am disappointed with this store because in the past, they would walk the item to you to the exit and they would EVEN wrap it up for you and stick a neat Coach sticker to it too. They do that at the regular stores and they used to do that here... but why not now? The outlet merchandise is okay but the shopping experience quite horrendous. One of the employees seemed like she was very high on some sort of "upper" drug. She ran around looking in shoppers bags and talked non-stop barely making sense~ she literally was running at times bouncing at others- she was all over the place. This was my mother's experience at this location: "My family has three handbags that are identical and purchased from the Cabazon Coach outlet. I tried to return one handbag, but unfortunately I did not have the receipt on hand. Luckily, the price tag was still attached to the merchandise, and I would have been happy with store credit. During my visit to this location - The first manager (female, long blond curly hair) was very nice and polite, and agreed to issue store credit. During the transaction, there was an issue and another manager(female, dark hair) got involved. This particular manger was not only rude and disrespectful, but very judgmental to the matter. She kept informing me that if I had my receipt, they could have issued the store credit smoothly. Instead of resolving the issue with the transaction the second manager practically accused me of bringing a fake handbag to the store because the stitching inside the purse was wrong and also claimed it was not their store merchandise. I was extremely upset and went home to look at the stitching of my other bags purchased from this particular location - all were exactly identical and I located the receipt from the bag I tried returning in which was purchased at this location! To the team at Cabazon Coach Outlet, I'm extremely disappointed in this unprofessional, disrespectful, and judgemental behavior. I've been shopping at this location for numerous years, and always have a fantastic experience. But the thought of the handbag(s) I've purchased from this location are potentially fake is extremely disappointing, and has hindered my taste. I just still can't wrap my head around a manager implying my handbag(s) as fake (because of the stitching), when the sales team recognized my handbag. Extremely disappointed.
