Such a beautiful store with nice purses. But the older African American employer with the long haired wig was so rude and obnoxious. She was shooing everyone out of the store 10-15 minutes before they closed. She was loudly telling everyone they're closed and shooing everyone out like we were animals, with her hands waving and almost pushing people out the door. I guess she had a hot date that was more important than courteous customer service. When I first walked in the store and asked her about the sale going on, she didn't want to help me but referred me to another worker that would help me. She obviously doesn't like her job and is probably a bossy obnoxious boss and only working at Coach for the paycheck. I've never been treated like that at any Coach store. When I visited this store, I encountered one of the rudest, most disrespectful, and ignorant sale associate and store manager in my entire existence. So it was black friday. 4 of us went in. It was crowded as expected. My mom already got her stuffs and two of my family members were still looking. They were almost finished. The line was long. So i figured I would queue in line with my mom to save times. My 2 family members were almost finished. I thought they would make it back on time to queue in line with us. When it was our turn to check out, the two family members were still gone. So I told my mom to go ahead and pay for her stuffs & I ran to get them right away. I was sure I would make it back on time. The store wasn't big. Of course I made it back right after my mom got her change. Then my other family members proceeded to give their stuffs to the so called "SALE ASSOCIATE." He immediately screamed, " U HAB TO GET BAK IN LINE," With a racial mocking kinda way. No joke! that's how he yelled at us. He didn't even talk. Who would hire an insect to work at such place? Even dogs know how to behave. This dude didn't know how to talk and let alone act like a human being. There was no calm or polite talking to us. He was screaming on top of his lounge. It was very degrading and embarrassing. So I told him I was in line with my mom and we were together. He screamed back the same phrase and pointed to the back of the line. At this point I had enough of the barking. I told him Look, don't talk to me like that. I need to speak with your manager. The so called "manager" came. I told her the situation. I also told her to fix him and how he talked to us. Her replied was, "I'm not fixing nobody. Why you got make such a scene & have an attitude?" I was like what the actual fuck? This b!tch didn't even understand how her associate treated us like sh!t. On top of that she continued to give me the nastiest attitude. She didn't try to calm the situation and apologize to us. I really wanted to slap the ish out off her honestly. It was just thought in my head. In reality I was so speechless. There were no words to describe how I felt at that moment. At that point, the "manager" told that "sales associate" to check us out. My sister told me to let it go. I ended just biting my tongue and shut up. I didn't want this to go further and ruined my Black Friday night. It was a misunderstanding. The sales didn't know we're together. I get it. Thing like this happens all the time. But for sales people to behave like that is not acceptable. He should've handled the situation with calm and polite manner. He shouldn't have screamed at us like that to begin with. He also shouldn't have brought up a racial comments / mocking to us either. It was wrong. Of all the races he should know better. Because he's also a minority. So for him to treat other minority like that is just wrong. But at least one of the sales there saw what happened & she apologized to us. In short, I just want to say this. Coach, you are not a high end brand. I don't shop at your store, only old people do. So you should be aware that you are hella dated. Without us Asians, you won't have as much sales as you do now. So don't look down on us. Please keep that in your freaking brain. Also even at Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Fendi & etc, Their Sales Associates treat people with manner & respect because they train people well. I don't expect your sales people to act like them. This store has super cute items! I can always find something in here. Unfortunately the employees here are not always nice. I went in yesterday and asked a young lady if she could check a price for me. She flat out told me NO and that she was helping another customer. She could've grabbed someone available or told me not at the moment, as she was assisting another guest but would be back to help me. None of that. I am writing this review for the Men's Factory store. So It's Tuesday, and I visited Desert Hills with very little time on my hands. With only about an hour to shop before hitting the road, I came here to browse after purchasing a bag from the Gucci store nearby. First off, I am not the biggest fan for buying items from Coach outlets, whether it being for myself or as gifts. Reason being Coach outlet items are "made for the outlet", and I am not the biggest fan of that. But still worth a look. Upon entering, I was really pleased by the store's easy-going atmosphere. Considering the day being a weekday, the store was hardly packed. I'd say there were six other customers and I within the store, plus the salespeople. This store had so much variety with many good deals. Too bad I am not the biggest Coach fan, because if I was, I'd be going nuts! Being a big fan of carrying "man-purses", I was pleased to see the shop had many. I found a good one at only $140, In my book a real good deal/low price! The sales staff was wonderful and really helpful. What really made me feel well was the sales associate offering me a new bag from the stockroom rather than letting me take the one that has been sitting on the shelf to be picked-up my many other people. So a few hours later I finally took time to look at the receipt, turns out I was too excited at the time to remember what the checkout lady was saying. This is my first time at this outlet, I had very little time on my hands, and I was already scoring good deals so my excitement was great. Anyway, before checking the receipt, I thought I paid $140 for the bag. I look at the receipt and saw that I paid only $75! I already thought that $140 was a really inexpensive price, then I see the bag charged for half of what I thought and fell in love with my purchase even more! Why the unexpected price cut, I don't know. But I surely won't argue! Definitely worth a look, it's worth it! read more

For an outlet store, the Coach store looks a lot like the regular stores seen in the malls. I know outlet stores can be a little dodgy looking and the shopgirls that work there can be a little unhelpful but this store is the best in the entire center. Well, first, the store is clean and organized. They don't put everything into a mass grave where I usually end up falling into with a bunch of Japanese tourists whilst fighting against some spoilt brat from Orange County over a clutch purse. No, there are a few tables and bins but on the whole the place is rather clean and there's hardly a thing on the floor. Now, the merchandise at an outlet usually comes from seasons before, that's the process from sales to liquidation. But it looks like everything here is from one or two seasons again. So that one bag I missed buying at Bloomingdales last March will probably end up here. So I'm a happy girl and I love Coach, so simple and yet not pretentious. Oh, this is the best place to start buying gifts. And if anyone's buying, I need a new tote bag. Thanks. read more

I've never been one for material things, but then again I've never had the spare change to pick up a Coach purse. I had a very special red carpet event in Hollywood during the GRAMMYs weekend, and decided to "splurge" and buy a Coach clutch. Store: open, airy, with the newer/in-season purses and totes towards the front of the store and the clearance or last season's purses to the back of the store. It was fairly busy when I went in. Staff: there were several staff members milling about, but it was difficult to distinguish staff from shopper. I was not greeted as I walked in the door, but a salesperson did approach me and ask if she could help. She also told me about a discount they were running that day, I want to say it was 50% off of everything in the store. She price checked several items for me. I wish I could remember her name- she was great- less of a salesperson and more of a helpful friend. I didn't have to wait at all to purchase my clutch. My purchase: I bought a burgundy (off-season) textured clutch for $91.26. I really love this clutch and have used on almost a daily basis since I bought it. It's small enough to not be bulky or burdensome, but large enough to hold my iPhone in addition to cards, cash, etc. I had a really great experience here, but I'm not an seasoned purse shopper or otherwise fashion fanatic. I came for a burgundy clutch and left with a burgundy clutch for less than I was anticipating. That's a win in my book. read more

These cookie cutter outlet stores are about the same. They are always having a "sale" so that they hand you a 50% off coupon when you walk in the door at any of the outlets. Do not be deceived. But this time, I found a bag marked down 40% and then again 50% at the register, and it approached a price I could live with for the size of the bag and its potential utility. The thing that always amazes me is the number of Asian tourists in all of the Coach outlets I have visited, every time I go, and the fact they are buying so many bags at one time. One lady here was carrying 5 bags, all over $100 each and more after the discounts were taken at the register. I guess I just don't think big enough! read more

Let me start off by saying that I've NEVER been a Coach fan. Walking around with the letter C plastered all over a handbag seemed a little pretentious to me. However, I was in need of a good quality handbag and I didn't want to pay two or three hundred dollars to get one. And since Coach is known for quality I started my search at this outlet store. I know some people in the past complained of a lack of customer service, but when I went there that was definitely not an issue. There were so many sales associates working the floor that they were literally tripping over each other. Everyone I encountered (I was literally there an hour...no joke) was very helpful. There were so many purses in so many different styles and colors that I had a very hard time deciding what to get. The purses was neatly arranged and very organized considering how many people were in there. **** TIP: **** If you can't find what you want on the sales floor ask a sales associate for help. They found me a perfect black leather wallet that wasn't even displayed on the sales floor. It seems the best time to come is either early in the morning when they first open or later on in the evening. However, since a lot of tourists hit this shopping center up A LOT so I guess you can expect it to get crazy busy at this store no matter what time you come. Just be prepared. And you may even get a little freaked out at the amount of men in this store buying purses and wallets. Be prepared for that too. In the end I did buy one of those pretentious "C" purses and joined the masses. But it's oh so cute and I would probably buy another in a couple of months. read more

I have been shopping here frequently. Unfortunately, my recent visit is terrible. I bought a wallet for my husband for $20 only about 5 days ago here. We came back again yesterday, grabbed a bunch of stuff and my hubby said we should get the same wallet in different color since it's such a great deal. Sales person on the floor checked price using iPad and item bar code and confirmed it's $20 as well for this color. We hold on to the same wallet that she did the price check and went to checkout with other stuff. The checkout girl said it's $54. We told her someone on the floor did the price check and it's $20. She rolled her eyes and said "no way you can get it for $20. It's from the retail collection." Then a manager like person pulled my husband aside and said he would do a price check. Yet all he had is a calculator, not an iPad to check the barcode. While I waited, the cashier looked pissed. So I told her to give our stuff back and we will switch to a new cash register. I told her "I can tell you are upset". She was upset and kept repeating "no way you can get this wallet for $20". I think even $50 is a good price. But if I paid $20 5 days ago at your location and your sales person using an iPad quote me $20 at this visit for the same wallet, I expect $20 to be the price. I spent more than $800 for my 2 visits this week. But never again. Here's a copy of the receipt for the wallet from my first visit. $16.33. "No way you can get this wallet for $20?" Visited this store in Cabazon to find all of the doors locked and zero response. Once I entered I asked the girl at the door why are all of the doors locked as it against the law to keep all doors locked when the store is open. She told me I was wrong and they can keep the doors locked. I asked for a manager and he told me the same thing. When I addressed this further by showing him the signs in his own store that say these doors need to be unlocked during open store hours he blew me off. So they have nice product but their staff and service is terrible, but in case of emergency you are dead. read more

DO NOT buy here! They DO NOT like customers!! This is one store that does not deserve your money! I own the tiny call center in Malina, I was choosing bags for my staffs for reward , little did I realize that they have all kinds of restrictions to prevent customer to buy more of their products! And if you happened to buy a little too much, guess what do they do? They will take away your bags! A store staff here informed me that I could get up to 20 bags, but after I bought 7, then spent hours choosing another 6, someone (fat old bag sale woman) just came and said:" You already bought too many today, you cannot buy anymore!" , then she just TAKE AWAY all the bags!! Then she informed me that I will have to wait 2 weeks to buy again! I left store empty handed, and that is after hours of choosing bags. I would NEVER return here ever again, they did good job driving out another customer. (they need find better way track who buy what and how many they buy, instead push customer out the door) You know what , I switch my business to MK If you want to be treated like a customer, go to other COACH outlet, this one does not like you to buy more of their products. read more

Walking into the store it was a little well it was very hectic, tons of people everywhere and i wanted to get in and out but the problem was i didn't know the bag i was looking for.. There was one sales associate that approached me when i walked into the store and asked if i needed help i said no, but when i realized i did need help i went to another lady associate for help she sort of ignored me. Terrible shopping experience. Was quoted 3 different prices on same bottle of perfume. One salesman was completely lazy and useless. Purchased a purse but to receive extra discount needed to buy one more item so I wanted the perfume but was told at register discount didn't apply on that particular item. Spent another 20 mins walking around store trying to find item to get discount when I was only $3 away from completing my purchase initially. When they pass out flyers to take off additional 20% but don't tell you it excludes perfume that's poor store responsibility and ultimately poor customer care when making customer re-shop and go back to counter read more

This is a HUGE Coach Factory Outlet, which I stopped by on my way home from Desert Hot Springs. First off, the actual sign from the outside of the Cabazon outlets and the actual store are wayyy too far apart. I parked where I saw the sign and ended up having to hike halfway across the outlet to find the actual store. =/ The selection (at least to my liking) was very bland, as they had some old Coach styles and nothing too modern or new. On a good note, the lines went A LOT faster than most and the sales lady was particularly helpful when I asked about a wallet. Horrible service! This used to be the place I often visit for gifts, but definitely never again! I went to the store with my mom picking gifts for her friends. I went into line for checkout first with one item and my mom got in line shortly after me with another item. There were like 2-3 people between us in line. When I finished my payment, it happened to be my mom's turn. She went to an available counter but the cashier said to another staff: I don't know if she's in line. I was like What!? It's your fault if you didn't notice next customer in line, not customer's! That cashier didn't even double check with my mom! Then came another staff ask my mom to get in line again. Seriously! What's wrong with the store?! I kept telling the staff my mom was in line and it was her turn! Guess what they said? 'We didn't assign her to the cashier.' Wow! It's just amazing people shop here waiting in line for payment are not qualified for checkout unless the staff assign you to a cashier! Where is the meaning of line! Well remember even it's your turn, do not move from line to cashier because they don't let you! Make sure the staff see it's your turn, and remain standing still in line cause you have to get the staff's 'permission' to pay! So rude and so ridiculous. read more
