The selection felt like a lot of odd colors and styles that probably didn't sell at the regular stores, and there was very limited merchandise in my size (Large). I also expected the pricing to be more compelling for an outlet, but most of the discounts weren't enough to make me want to buy something just because it was cheaper. I went in fully expecting to leave with a few things and walked out empty-handed. I still really like Vuori, but I wouldn't make a special trip to this outlet. 3 stars

They had an eclectic product mix and Xio was very friendly and provided me excellent customer service. Even though I came here stressed out since I went on a bad trip to Palm Springs, Xio made my in store shopping experience great. She was very welcoming and helpful. They had everything I was looking for and expected to be there that was at my home Aritzia store which is the Topanga location in Los Angeles, here at the Cazabon outlet location when I came there. The store was clean, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The vibes were all immaculate here! They were NOT snobby and did NOT fat shame me for being a curvy midsize 8/10 woman here, like they always do back home at my home Topanga Aritzia location. Which I highly do not reccomened ever going too, if you are a curvy midsize woman between the sizes 8-10. If you are ever in LA, please I beg you go to the Century City location at the Century City Mall, it is worth the drive if you live in the Valley you will be treated with respect, not be fat shamed, they have a way better product mix. With that all being said, Xio was excellent at the Aritizia Cabazon outlet, and the next time I am in the desert on a much more peaceful and calmer vacation this time when I go to Palm Desert with my son and my parents, I will 100% be returning to Aritizia Cabazon and I will be shopping here again and have a much more relaxing and calm experience! I highly recommend coming here on the way to the desert to shop and ask for Xio she was awesome! Thank you Aritiza Cabazon I love my pieces I came home with that I wanted at my home store back home in LA and I got a great deal on the two pieces I got! 10/10 recommend and five stars on Yelp!

I bought several items from their location and decided to return 1 out of the 4 items I bought from the brand. One of the employees argued that we only have a "14" day exchange policy and they don't do returns. This is contradictory to what is written on the receipt, see photo attached to review. Keep in mind she said this prior to even seeing the receipt. The receipt also says "Exchanged or Returned" so there's a 2nd contradiction there. From the jump both employees were not helpful at all. Just to be told that the fitting rooms are all closed. (They have about 8-10, I think). I asked the girl why and she said she wasn't sure. I asked if it was because of covid still to which she said, "no, they're just not opening them." She apologized and walked away. So I called her back to ask what the return policy is and if I can return them at any Guess since we live over 1 1/2 hrs away. She told me it can be returned within 30 days, but only at Guess outlet locations. Understood, but not convenient since again, I don't have locations near me. So I went to the cashier to purchase double of a few items with the intent to return whichever didn't fit. I asked if she could verify any locations near me that would accept the return. I also asked her why their fitting rooms were closed to which she said "because they're too busy." This is when I couldn't hold me frustration anymore. I've worked in retail for years, I get what busy is and I'm always empathetic to those in retail for this reason. But, this is causing them to lose sales! (This happened to me prior, but that was several months ago and they said it was for covid reasons then). When your manager is running his/her sales reports, makes sure he/she is aware that your fitting rooms are closed due to the inconvenience of "working too hard" on the days that bring in the most revenue. I even offered to put my own items away! I ended up not purchasing anything due to the frustration and inconvenience. If it's SO busy, then just open 1-3 rooms at a time. Limit the amount of items someone can take in. Easy solutions that won't affect revenue!
