Overall, we had a good experience here. Tried on a few different styles of jeans and jean shorts. Their sizing has definitely changed in recent years. Larger sizes with smaller size tags attached, A.K.A. vanity sizing. It used to be that I took a 25/26 and I walked out purchasing a size 23??? I was shopping with someone who recently lost a lot of weight due to some medical issues, and they couldn't find anything to fit. The store had mostly large sizes. We didn't have any issues with the people working here and the store was very nicely organized; seemed clean. I think they need to have a better variety of sizes. read more

Another great store at this mall They have such a great selection of items for men with great backpacks. The clothes are so nice, in style and very affordable. Love this place and I would hope they had more variety in clothing though. Staff was not too friendly but they were hipsterish. There was 3 staff active and neither approached me for 5-10 minutes until i had to ask twice. read more

Had a bad experience at this store yesterday. So I have a suggestion for the store manager. I was carrying a narrow box, and an umbrella, and asked the sales rep (Asian dude wearing a hat) if he minded if I leaned the box and umbrella on his checkout stand so I could look around and shop. He said, "No, you can't. We cannot hold anything here." I said, I didn't ask if you would hold it for me, I asked if I could put it down for a few minutes." He reiterated, "No. We are not allowed to hold anything for you." I said, "Fine," picked up my stuff, and left. So sure, I understand that the store cannot be held responsible for personal items, but how about putting up a sign that states that so the store is off the hook, and your employees don't come across as unfriendly, and unwelcoming. With so much competition at the mall, I would think that Rag and Bone would want customers to shop. I had stopped into Helmut Lang next door prior to coming into Rag and Bone, had the same request, and the sales rep was so sweet, and said, "Sure! Let me know if I can help you with anything." So for me, it's Helmut Lang as a brand now, and Rag and Bone-- not so much. read more

Rag and Bone's only outlet store, so I'm told... Tasteful, well made clothing that will be fashionable for several seasons to come. I especially love the butter soft, handmade footwear. This place left such a great impression that leaving a review was on my to-do list. While on my trip to Palm Springs, I stopped at R&B for some shopping. I found some blacks jeans and fell in love. Purchased and eventually returned home to San Diego, to only realize that the jeans were way too big. My fault. So there was no way I was going to return to PS just to exchange some jeans, instead I tried calling them to see if they would be willing to exchange the pants if I shipped it to them. I thought they would definitely decline my request, but to my surprise, they were so kind and agreed without hesitation. When they realized that they didn't have the color I preferred, they made recommendations for alternatives. They even issued me a check for the difference. I literally couldn't believe it. Seriously the staff at R&B should have a crash course of awesome customer service. They were so awesome and left such an impression that I am going to return every time I am in PS. I had the PLEASURE of experiencing something for the first time here. Amazing. So... Let me set the scene. I normally fall within a size 4 or 6 in most dresses, pants, tops.. The first person here to help me was actually, with no sarcasm, lovely. Very helpful. But then. I try on a dress, a sweater... I was in love with the dress, but it was too big in the waist, too short and a weird length for my body. **This was a size 4 dress** I come out and when another person on staff asks me how it went, I explain that the dress just didn't quite fit right, and I don't feel like getting it tailored. He says (in a breathy voice like after a person returns from vacation in Prague), "yeah... Their clothes are really made for a particular body type..." Finally learning to accept and love my body, I realize that I have a little more here and there... But considering myself "fat" or even "unfit" would be incorrect. I've never really experienced this shaming from someone, but I know many women often do. Cheers to you, dude, for busting your chances at a sale and tilting your nose up at someone who knows better than to doubt that her body is anything less than perfect read more
