This location has CLOSED in what seems to be yet another dying mall. It's been replaced by a huge Forever 21. We traveled for two hours to get there, relying on online information, only to find it permanently shut down. I guess always call first is the lesson here. read more

I had to travel far from my home to get to this store. So many have been closed, but it was worth the drive. It was well stocked and organized. The Mgr was training and her leadership was excellent. Her employee was helpful and kind. They assisted when I needed it and let me ship without following me around. They were engaging and knowledgeable. I spent over $600. I would go again. read more

Depending on the day you go or time of day, this could be a great experience. I think sometimes the staff feel pressured to over accommodate the customer. This could be positive or not. They just need to learn how to read people. Mostly this is an excellent store, oftentimes outshining sister stores in other locations. Wonderful stock of the latest in fashion. I've been shopping at Lane Bryant for almost ten years and usually, it's ok, but this last time was just a bit much for me. This past Sunday (2-18-2018) I walked in and make a bee-line for the bra section to show the staff that I know what I'm doing. Well, the first staff member either didn't catch on or just didn't care but continued to follow me while I was looking around. I didn't make eye contact because I wanted to be left alone. I walk over to my size and there's another staff member there. Great. She proceeds to hound me as well about sizing and fit and style and I told her I'm fine, just looking. Then another staff member (who I think was the manager) comes over asking if I need help and since they didn't have my size in a style maybe I could try a sister size. All of this happened within just THREE MINUTES! I couldn't take it anymore. I felt hounded and even after telling them I didn't want their help, they still invaded my personal space, so I walked out. It was too much. I don't know if they were new and just excited or nervous, but it wasn't necessary. Let customers breathe!! I know you're just doing your job but if I need you, I'll ask for you. I ended up ordering online which is low key a pain but not nearly as uncomfortable as that last shopping experience. read more

I agree with the previous Yelper, this store Lacks customer service entirely! I called to check on a item in stock, nope they can't help you with that. I order online now, just to avoid having to deal with them. I love there online sales and the clothes of course but they REALLY need to figure out something other then, "sorry we can't help you with that". They treat you like you are bothering them. Ah, Hello! We are customer's! I am super polite and patient, but when all you do is treat me like I'm taking up your precious time. I will just go elsewhere. I usually shop here 2-3x a year...xmas & my birthday & the girls at this location are my fav. I shop in montclair, victoria gardens, occasionally vegas with my mother, but when it comes to personal service, help in fitting rooms checking back to see if I need anything...I have to say for the last year and a half, the service here has been really really great compared to the other locations. read more

Of the other Lane Bryants I've shopped, Long Beach, Lakewood, I seem to like this store the best. Kimberly was very helpful and knowledgeable. I like the fact that if they don't have my size in the style I want, they'll ship at no charge and I can return, if necessary, as long as it's in the same new condition (with tags) to any of their stores. Had an amazing experience at this store yesterday. My mom and I came in looking for a bra for her for my upcoming Wedding. Elsa was amazing. She was so helpful and knew so much that the store had to offer. She took her time helping us, was very knowledgeable, thorough all while doing other duties of her job. The customer service at this store sucks. I have been a long time customer and when I buy, I spend a lot. This store really needs to think about their corporate policies and maybe tailor them to the local clientele, who are the ones supporting them year-round. I wouldn't be surprised if due to their lack of customer service polices they go out of business. They need to take lessons from Nordstrom or other large corporate retail stores who have clientele for years and years. After my most recent experience I will never go back. read more

Had such a great experience there this afternoon! They were quite busy, but all of the sales ladies made an effort to greet me and ask if I needed anything. Very sad to see the old reviews. Was just in today because of the Plunge bra I purchased in May. I have been shopping there for YEARS and never had an issue with the amazing quality of the bras and outstanding customer service! I called The store to see if they could exchange because the bra bracket broke. Spoke to Elsa the Manager and I have got to say SHE KNOWS her Bra's. She gave me a wide selection to choose from and instead of walking out with 1 Bra I walked out with 4! Her friendly customer service WILL be the reason I come back! The store needs more Managers like her! At the end of the day customer satisfaction was definately her goal and I'm so Glad she was able to help me! She took the time to explain things and go above and beyond! She always had a smile and was more than happy to help! This is the best Customer service i have ever experienced at Lane Bryant! I cannot thank Elsa enough for making my experience a comfortable and memorable one!. I recommend anyone to go and see Elsa if you have any questions or simply need help with anything!!
