An employee finally appeared at 9:00 pm on the dot and tells me they are closed. I said I arrived before closing and I only needed to make a return. I don't live near here and their Ontario store wouldn't do the refund because I only had my receipt on their app. They told me there was nothing they could do because they closed all their registers before 9:00 pm. It is unprofessional to shut your doors prior to your advertised closing time. I arrived before close and was denied a return that I am within my right to make based on their policies. I know it's close to their closing time, but as a customer, I feel mislead and extremely disappointed and frustrated. I was offered no explanation why they closed early or try to make a wrong situation right. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism from this store and company. They failed to represent their brand's standards and have left a bad feeling in my heart. :( Today's experience earns this rating. I don't expect them to correct the situation. If they did, I'd probably rate them higher.
