It's wide, pedestrian only, has unique stores, many restaurants, cool sculptures and landscaping. A fun place to stroll, shop, explore. During X-mas time it comes alive even more, it's like a cool X-mas market, they bring rides, they have a stage for concerts, many food stalls where you can grab a bite, a fun dessert, a nice hot drink. Prices are reasonable and everywhere we went, customer service was very good. The decorations are incredible, it's a fun holiday venue. Very lively and pretty.

I hope that the city residents enjoy it throughout the year. Our first time experiencing it was New Year's Eve. We'd gone to see the Festival of Lights, and had no idea about the mall being an added attraction. Many of the storefronts boast intriguing, attractive, and festive window displays. That's a great surprise to see in the 20-Teens, where that's become a lost art in many city settings. The next surprise was the lighting in the center area of the mall on the taller office buildings. It's a great complement to the light fest at the Inn. A skating rink joins the fun during the holiday season. Fountains and statuary add dimension and interest to the space. Our impressions have been that the mall is clean and safe, as well as wide & expansive. During the Festival of Lights, horse-drawn carriages are also part of the scene. A variety of restaurants provide for dining options, including Thai and Italian. Parking options may require some walking to get to where you want to go on the mall. It's worth the walk.

Attached to the Mission Inn and accessible from both the central/pool courtyard…read more of the hotel and the Riverside Pedestrian Mall, this simple boutique offers a few momentous of the historic Mission Inn. Magnets, T-Shirts, ball caps, the super cozy robes we enjoyed in our room as well as cute little gifts for kids. The boutique isn't as crammed full of "stuff" as I remember from previous times I've visited. This would be the closest thing to a hotel "sundry shop". Nice and clean, helpful staff and the magnet I purchased was charged to our room and then placed in a cute bag. They do have a small snack section and cold beverages, but just for convenience. I'll continue to pop in when I'm visiting the Mission Inn. Cheers! "CC"

Kelly is the name of the co-owner and wife of the Mission Inn and Spa. The shop is attached to the timeless and historic property. However, the merchandise is modern and fashionable. I am always pleased to discover a new line that I have never seen before that fits my style. It's a good sign when a boutique carries brands you already enjoy. I am pretty sure Kelly has fine taste! Subtle Luxury and Pool to Party peaked my interest with fun caftans, totes and pool accessories. Resort wear all the way! I also picked out the his and her pillowcases! Oh how intimate! I look forward to seeing what's new on our next trip to the Mission Inn and Spa and Kelly's Boutique. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience started off…read morepositive, as their prices were much better for the item I wanted than I had found elsewhere . Initially they were very responsive... until one of my items arrived damaged. I spent a total of $2933.00 for two sideboard tables. One of the tables came damaged, with an obvious crack in the paint/sealant right in the front and center of the table. I reached out immediately and sent photos of the damage. I received an email back stating they would let the manufacturer know and would be in contact with me ASAP. After nearly six weeks and several ignored emails and phone calls I finally reached Lisa on the phone. She put me on hold and then informed me that after speaking with Tony, they were willing to give me $100 in credit! ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!! She informed me that if I was not happy with this as resolution, I could email Tony, as he is the person who takes care of things of this sort. I emailed Tony and informed him that a $100 credit is not acceptable, seeing as the item arrived to my house damaged. I received a VERY snarky email back from Tony stating "This item is NOT DAMAGED, there is a hair in the paint." It is very clear that there is, in fact a crack and not a hair in the paint but he was insistent to keep arguing with me. He also gave me the option of "you can pay to have the item shipped back to be swapped out at our warehouse. Can you imagine what that shipping cost would be?!?! As of the time of this review, over six weeks since receiving my item, I have still not received any resolution. BEWARE of this company. The "customer service" (if that is what you even call it...) is inadequate, rude and will not work with you to make their wrongs right. They are crooks who do not care about customer satisfaction. *Edited to add: I filed a complaint with the BBB. AMB was given two weeks to respond to several attempts from the BBB to reach them and they refused so my case was closed. I'm now stuck with this damaged furniture that I paid full price for with zero consequences to the crummy company who refuses to make it right. Tony and his team are CROOKS!!!!!!

Checked it out and headed to the area around early afternoon to walk around and see what it was all about. Come to find out they have events like a Wine Walk tour every first Sat of November & if you are into Beer they have an event the first Sat of every May.... first hand info from the lovely ladies @ Canyon Crest Dental. So some of the shops I checked out were a variety from pet shopping (Pawlished Paws) to Mexican dinner @ (Espetto's Grill or Pepitos Restaurant) & drinks (Nektar Juice Bar) or treat yourself to a Spa day or two OLO (Massage Triology Spa &/or Spa @ Canyon Crest) or a nice piece of Jewelry (Mardon Jewelers) which is a family owned business & wow the lady w/ short red hair was so sweet. There is a ton of other businesses that we peaked our head into and said hi. In case you needed to inquire on Insurance (Allstate) or maybe real estate inquire with American Funding Center located on the 2nd floor near Extreme Pita. There are so many favorites to mention that maybe you wouldn't even expect like: A British Emporium (super nice British owner) & CC Athletic club, CC Winery w/ a Jalapeño Cabernet!!! Don't forget to stop into the (Crafty U Too) if you want to paint your own pottery or feeling crafty to create a bowl. My fav's were Helio's Cigar Lounge, Isabellas cupcakes, Migliore Gourmet (Olive oils for ever....) & lastly Smokey Canyon BBQ for a quick slider bites. Yum. I can wait to head back and see what plants are on sale at Rite Aid too. Christmas decorations are gonna be exciting to see how its all lite up for the Holidays.
