They have some great places to eat! Many popular restaurants such as halal guys and after's ice cream. The selection of food options, entertainment and cafes are great. The parking lot is huge and you won't have trouble finding parking. The parking lot is well maintained and workers at the shops are super friendly. It is so close to UCR you could also just walk here. Many great cafes and places to study or hang out with friends. Very close to what looked like to be some student housing buildings.

There are the old faithful staples like pho Vietnam, uncle chuangs, Dennys and Del Taco, Chase bank and 7-eleven. Parking during the day inside the gated area will require a toll ticket. Be aware sometimes these gates get stuck on the south side of the parking lot in front of chase bank. Go to the north end right in front of uncle chuang's and speak to the attendant. This gate works more consistently. Parking outside the gated area are limited times and some spots for patrons only.

Honestly, this is one of the coolest places that Riverside has ever had. However, I had friends visiting and met them up here. Surprisingly, it was decent once I pulled into the parking lot - completely different from the sketchy vibes on University. Anyway, the first thing I noticed was how clean it was here. The people that go around cleaning FHC really do a good job. Even the restrooms looked pristine. I do appreciate the dual faucet and dryer at the sink. Farm House Collective offers a handful of counter-style restaurants, similar to what you'd find in an indoor food hall. Places I tried during this visit were: The Taco Stand, Sarap Social, and Benedetto Gelato. They also had a stage with a large screen that showed music videos. I'm assuming they have live bands that play here on certain days. The music video that was played was techno, which probably didn't match the vibe. It's summer so they should play some island reggae or chill country songs IMO. It's still nice with music regardless the genre. They have plenty of tables and seating styles scattered around and they have the grassy area in front of the stage. I suppose you can take a picnic mat or blanket out there to sit. Overall, this is a decent spot that's great for groups because there's a variety of food vendors to choose from. Note: it's summer and there were mosquitos - wear bug repellent and sunscreen. There's no breeze coming through here. I'd love to come back and try the other businesses here.

I was in town for something but had a couple of hours to kill. As you would think that their downtown Main Street area would be somewhat nice to check out. Honestly, it's a cute area but not much there. It's a few block radius with some shops. Nothing major but small mom and pop boutique. There a few small restaurants and then a couple of the bigger one. More than half of the places weren't even open and it was just after 11 in the morning. I feel like it'll get busier during the weekend as around the area are bars and clubs. It is near city hall so you do have a lot of business people but it still wasn't that busy even during lunch time. The place is well maintained and pretty clean and organized. Nice art structure placed throughout the walkway. I don't know much about Riverside but I assume oranges have something to do with it as loads of oranges trees were planted. Could also be just for decoration. There's benches placed along the walkway for seating. Honestly, it's a cute little area but would I check it out again, maybe not. There's not much there. Maybe if I'm out for the night in the area but besides that, there's not much there. I'm not familiar with the area so maybe I'm missing something but it was fine checking it out. There's parking along the street for a fee or at the parking structure nearby.

It's wide, pedestrian only, has unique stores, many restaurants, cool sculptures and landscaping. A fun place to stroll, shop, explore. During X-mas time it comes alive even more, it's like a cool X-mas market, they bring rides, they have a stage for concerts, many food stalls where you can grab a bite, a fun dessert, a nice hot drink. Prices are reasonable and everywhere we went, customer service was very good. The decorations are incredible, it's a fun holiday venue. Very lively and pretty.

Checked it out and headed to the area around early afternoon to walk around and see what it was all about. Come to find out they have events like a Wine Walk tour every first Sat of November & if you are into Beer they have an event the first Sat of every May.... first hand info from the lovely ladies @ Canyon Crest Dental. So some of the shops I checked out were a variety from pet shopping (Pawlished Paws) to Mexican dinner @ (Espetto's Grill or Pepitos Restaurant) & drinks (Nektar Juice Bar) or treat yourself to a Spa day or two OLO (Massage Triology Spa &/or Spa @ Canyon Crest) or a nice piece of Jewelry (Mardon Jewelers) which is a family owned business & wow the lady w/ short red hair was so sweet. There is a ton of other businesses that we peaked our head into and said hi. In case you needed to inquire on Insurance (Allstate) or maybe real estate inquire with American Funding Center located on the 2nd floor near Extreme Pita. Towngate and Valley Gateway nextdoor have a much larger variety of stores like Costco, Targét, Walmart, Best Buy, Michaels, 99 Cent Only and PetSmart. Towngate Promenade also has some great places to eat too, like Portillo's, Pieology, BWW, Bakers and Chick-fil-a, all within walking distance of each other.

The mall itself was like a ghost town, it was pretty empty on a Sunday afternoon and I see that a lot of stores are closed down. They did have a bunch of cool stores that we visited after a day at Round 1 such as Bath & Bodyworks, the Nerd Nook and Box Lunch. Totally gave me Carlsbad mall graveyard vibes when it was getting revamped. I would visit again, but only if I was in the area.

The clearance racks are 70% off! Found a cashmere sweater for only $20 in a gorgeous burgundy color. Didn't buy it because it was too hot for me to think about buying a sweater no matter the bargain, but I did buy a cute green beaded bracelet and a pair of long dangly earrings with clear spherical and oblong beads for a total cost of $19 . The staff were kind and helpful--one gave me the bathroom code when I needed it, and another helped me sign up for the reward program and pay for my purchases. I think I'll have to go check out the Nordstrom rack in my area sometime, because there are good deals, for shoes too!
