Despite being a regular customer who visits at least twice weekly with my coworkers, I have had a…read morehandful of bad experiences. Ive purchased from Ga Dang and the clerk was discourteous, making me wait more than 15 minutes for lemon while she attended everyone else. It was rude, and felt like she purposely ignored my request twice. On another occasion, I purchased food from a different vendor but wished to buy a beer from Batter Rebellion. I was refused service in front of a ton of guest and required to stand outside in the RAIN, which was embarrassing and rude. Most recently, my sick coworker was informed that outside drinks, a Gatorade, are not permitted. I would understand if he was bringing an alcoholic beverage but he was sick and still chose to purchase food here. While we understand the need for policies, these restrictions seem excessive for an outdoor dining area that should provide a welcoming atmosphere for paying customers. Additionally, I attempted to visit during your advertised grand opening hours of 11am-9pm, only to find the establishment closed. As loyal customers who patronize this location regularly, we believe these policies warrant reconsideration to better serve your clientele.

During X-mas time it comes alive even more, it's like a cool X-mas market, they bring rides, they have a stage for concerts, many food stalls where you can grab a bite, a fun dessert, a nice hot drink. Prices are reasonable and everywhere we went, customer service was very good. The decorations are incredible, it's a fun holiday venue. Very lively and pretty.

I was in town for something but had a couple of hours to kill. As you would think that their downtown Main Street area would be somewhat nice to check out. There a few small restaurants and then a couple of the bigger one. More than half of the places weren't even open and it was just after 11 in the morning. I feel like it'll get busier during the weekend as around the area are bars and clubs. It is near city hall so you do have a lot of business people but it still wasn't that busy even during lunch time. The place is well maintained and pretty clean and organized. Nice art structure placed throughout the walkway. I don't know much about Riverside but I assume oranges have something to do with it as loads of oranges trees were planted. Could also be just for decoration. There's benches placed along the walkway for seating. Honestly, it's a cute little area but would I check it out again, maybe not. There's not much there. Maybe if I'm out for the night in the area but besides that, there's not much there. I'm not familiar with the area so maybe I'm missing something but it was fine checking it out. There's parking along the street for a fee or at the parking structure nearby.

It's anchored by WSS Shoe Store, Grocery Outlet, AT&T, CSL Plasma, Planet Fitness, and Wingstop. There's also Coin Less Laundry (nice!), ABC Pharmacy, La Michoacana (ice cream, yum!), Waba Grill, metro by T-Mobile, boostmobile (right next door to metro), Cash Services, Nails & Spa, and more. I saw they have a large bright green bin for clothes and shoes donations. It was overfilling. It's a good thing... let's support our local community! Parking lot is gigantic at the front and back of the buildings so no worries there. The next time I'm back in the Riverside area, I will have to return to Krak Boba for more boba drinks, get some ice cream from La Michoacana, and check out how Coin Less Laundry works. I'm curious! Checked it out and headed to the area around early afternoon to walk around and see what it was all about. Come to find out they have events like a Wine Walk tour every first Sat of November & if you are into Beer they have an event the first Sat of every May.... first hand info from the lovely ladies @ Canyon Crest Dental. Towngate and Valley Gateway nextdoor have a much larger variety of stores like Costco, Targét, Walmart, Best Buy, Michaels, 99 Cent Only and PetSmart. Towngate Promenade also has some great places to eat too, like Portillo's, Pieology, BWW, Bakers and Chick-fil-a, all within walking distance of each other.

The mall itself was like a ghost town, it was pretty empty on a Sunday afternoon and I see that a lot of stores are closed down. They did have a bunch of cool stores that we visited after a day at Round 1 such as Bath & Bodyworks, the Nerd Nook and Box Lunch. Totally gave me Carlsbad mall graveyard vibes when it was getting revamped. I would visit again, but only if I was in the area.

The clearance racks are 70% off! Found a cashmere sweater for only $20 in a gorgeous burgundy color. Didn't buy it because it was too hot for me to think about buying a sweater no matter the bargain, but I did buy a cute green beaded bracelet and a pair of long dangly earrings with clear spherical and oblong beads for a total cost of $19 . The staff were kind and helpful--one gave me the bathroom code when I needed it, and another helped me sign up for the reward program and pay for my purchases. I think I'll have to go check out the Nordstrom rack in my area sometime, because there are good deals, for shoes too!
