It's anchored by WSS Shoe Store, Grocery Outlet, AT&T, CSL Plasma, Planet Fitness, and Wingstop. There's also Coin Less Laundry (nice!), ABC Pharmacy, La Michoacana (ice cream, yum!), Waba Grill, metro by T-Mobile, boostmobile (right next door to metro), Cash Services, Nails & Spa, and more. I saw they have a large bright green bin for clothes and shoes donations. It was overfilling. It's a good thing... let's support our local community! Parking lot is gigantic at the front and back of the buildings so no worries there. The next time I'm back in the Riverside area, I will have to return to Krak Boba for more boba drinks, get some ice cream from La Michoacana, and check out how Coin Less Laundry works. I'm curious! Exit off day street make a left then right onto canyon springs parkway. All stores will be on the right hand side. Plenty of parking and stores are within walking distance from each other. Eateries also within this area are el pollo loco, Rubios and newly opened urbane cafe. Also Jade China has great lunch specials! A nice spot to sit down with great service when you have some extra time. This area is a hot spot with other surrounding shopping centers. A must visit for all your shopping needs.

The pricing works because you get to choose where you want to eat, which makes it flexible and easy. The ambience is lively and fun. They have a really nice grassy area (it's faux grass, but still super nice), a cute fountain feature, and even a fire pit outside that makes it cozy. In the summertime they sometimes have music, which makes it even more fun to hang out. It's just a great place to walk around, eat good food, and spend time together. We came on a Saturday and they had clothes, tools, toys, food, makeup, hair accessories, furniture, garden stuff, plants, flowers, purses, electric bikes, and much more. They also had clean bathrooms yay! There was lots of venders on a Saturday but I will be back on a Sunday to see if there is more venders.

They were one of the first stores to carry Jellycats, along with so many other wonderful things. It's a wonderful place to visit around Christmas because they have so many unique decorations and home items, along with thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gifts for people. My daughter and I are frequent visitors, and it has become a beloved tradition that we always stop in whenever we're downtown. The ladies who work here are simply wonderful and incredibly helpful. Prices $ Mm this one is a bit tricky, while there are a lot of special pieces in this store I feel like there are some pieces that are overpriced (like fast fashion clothing items) juxtaposed to beloved and nostalgic beanie babies being priced for no more than $12.00 (which I expected the prices to be higher). So, honestly it's quite a hit and miss and dependent on your tastes. I'm not sure if this location haggles either as I have not purchased something from here yet. This is the only thing holding me back from eating it 5 stars. Worth it? I'd recommend this location to everyone honestly, even if it's just to kill time. My boyfriend and I spent around 3 hours in here easy, and I believed we may have met the owners (not sure) as well on the bottom floor organizing a display case. I can't remember the man's name, but I believe the woman's name was Jodi and they shared that they've been married for 30 years.
