This Gap Factory outlet store is great! They have awesome deals on some items, and then some similar to what you would see online. I appreciate that they always keep this store neat and organized. Love that they carry the Disney line of items here and that they also go on sale for both adults and kids. Staff is friendly and helpful with finding anything you might be looking for. We were always able to locate decent sales from 'Gap Factory,' from Desert Hills Premium Outlets, Cabazon. This is my mom's favorite store since she always walked out with at least 1 handle bag.... But i go shopping in and out here glancing through the Clearance sections only....if nothing catches my immediate attention, I don't buy anything....mostly my mom shopped here. Shockingly, last trip, she was able to find Gap shirts under $20 she reported. Will go check on sales today, Nov/12/22. read more

I was at the Desert Hills outlet yesterday and I had a really good time there. Out of all the places I went to and shopped, Gap was one of my favorite places because of their selection and customer service. They had many things to shop from and I was impressed because it was a moderate sized store. The lady at the counter was very friendly and kind. She was really nice and I like that. It's way cheaper to buy online, which is ridiculous because you can purchase it online then pick it up at the store, but it rings up at a higher price, so I was like, well if you're going to charge $4 more for a t-shirt, shouldn't I just buy it online and pick it up? And the guy coldly and mechanically says, "we don't match online prices" so unhelpful, and rude, and he was going to make me wait for a pickup when the item was right there. What a dick, that's why online stores are replacing stores anyway: rude dude's with bad customer service. read more

Went to the gap outlet in Cabazon today. While checking out Christina asked me if I had the right size the dress is a medium. Her very facetious attitude was very rude. Thanks for the body shaming Christina and Gap. She could've politely asked if the dress was for me or someone else before asking me the size. How would she know who I'm shopping for and what size fits me. Update to review. I was recently contacted 7/4/17 by Christina herself here on Yelp. You can read her comment on my review. Their employee response above to my complaint is a direct reflection of how poorly this company handled this situation. She obviously wasn't fired or reprimanded or even fears such action since she has volunteered to personally help me next time. It's a shame that the Gap endorses judging customers based on their appearance and humiliating patrons. I once again called corporate and will be calling the store once they open. read more

I thought this store had really good prices. True you do have took for them but when you find them its a score for sure! One down fall is the store is incredibly small. Its amazing how much they can fit in there! This location has womens, mens, boys, girls & baby clothes all under one roof!! I came here for myself and ended up leaving with something for my love, a pair of bermudas & flip flops for me and a baby shower gift. How perfect is that? The flip flops were $3 and the baby section had an awesome clearance selection so I was able to buy several baby items for the baby shower I was attending. The staff here is really friendly & I think it may be under new management because I see a lot of new faces working there. Also it doesn't seem as messy as it previously was in my past visits. I Would give it one more star if the store was bigger. I realize its not the staffs fault so I feel kind of bad but I am rating this with "over all" in mind. read more

Gap outlets .... are completely disastrous. You have customers who sit on the displays and kids everywhere. They are completely messy and disorganized. The cashier checked me out, but she couldn't count my money right. I gave her enough money but she wanted a penny so I ended up being shortchanged 5 cents. I didn't want to be a penny pincher so I asked her how much I owed ($6.51 cents) and she still wanted my $6.56. Okay woman, keep my chump change! read more

This store seems small and disorganized. There were lots of people in the store throwing around merchandise and rummaging through things. That was not pleasant. With great patience, I was able to score some good deals. It does take some digging and searching, but there are some deals to be discovered in the store. If I wasn't looking for dozens of cheap Christmas presents, I would have skipped this store all together. read more

It's hit or miss, that I can find a good deal here. For being really busy, they keep the store clean and organized. It's easy to find everything, and there is not really any clutter. My wife and I like the check the clearance sections to find the best deals. Sometimes we're lucky, and sometimes we're not. Store was well kept. Some of the clearance stuff was all over the place but then what do you expect. There was a semi-annual baby gap sale so was able to get some baby gap stuff for $6. The cashier was quiet but was patient with my transaction. Overall good place to checkout for all your family clothes needs. read more

I think this store must be under new management because this is now the most tidy, least chaotic Gap Outlet I've ever been to. Every worker I interacted with was polite, articulate and extremely helpful. I spent hours here shopping buying a ton of stuff and found that for every mess I created there was immediately someone there repacking and tidying up after me. The cashiers were stellar helping create order out of the chaos I created by dumping huge amounts of stuff on the counter. They even boxed everything and without me having to ask volunteered to carry it all to my car. What a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be back. Kudos to the new manager for turning this store around!!! read more

You can find some really good deals here. Little did I know, that when I used my GAP card to pay, they gave me an automatic 40% off everything I purchased! It went from good deals to absolute steals! I will be back, but the line can get backed up at times and this store is always packed. read more

Cute clothes with good prices. There were 2 cashiers and one decided to close her register instead of check us out and our cashier handed us our bag without saying anything after we said thank you.
