Went in today and was apparently disrupting a conversation with the two sales persons Aimee and Daisy. In short, they were very rude and this was the worse experience I've had at the store. Asked for the district managers number and was directed to Courtney whom didn't seem too concerned with my experience so I think it was a relative or friends number especially since there was no card provided. This review is for the Cabi Outlet Store in Woodburn, OR. BUYER BE AWARE! BUYER BE AWARE! DON'T SHOP AT THIS STORE! Today I stopped in to return a couple of blouses purchased earlier. The two front-desk staff were the rudest I have ever encountered. In a tone that no one would accept as civil, I was told Cabi does not accept returns, only exchanges. After rude glares, a threatening attitude, and demeaning statements about how I had not read the signs. I agreed to the exchange and handed them the two garments and tags. I was then told flippantly that Cabi would not accept the exchange because the tags were not attached-unbelievable. I am out $60 and own two x-small blouses that were way too small for someone who typically wears x-small. This is a business tactic; the company uses it to avoid returning customers' money... This is the only Cabi outlet in the area. So anytime I am nearby I pop in to see what is new. Of course the average and larger sizes go first. But I can always find at least one or two things. Sometimes the prices are almost 70% off of retail. If items are on sale there is no return. They are not located in the main part of the mall they are in an annex to the east of the shopping center. LOVE their clothes! Above all the most comfortable clothes ever! They are expensive except at the outlet, so I'm here often. I've basically can wear their designs because they're not super trendy, but timeless. You do have to try them on as I could wear a pair of pants in size 4 or 10, depending on how it looks on me. I absolutely love this outlet. I have been treated very well every time I go - and the sales crew even call me to remind when a new shipment is coming in. I appreciate how helpful they are - invariably I need to switch out some sizes and they are great at suggesting other items, if I can't find the size I need. I've been a CAbi fanatic since about 10 years ago and can vouch for the high quality of the clothing as well as how versatile it is, from year to year. I love the treasure hunt of finding CAbi from seasons before.............and will be going back again tomorrow. I live in LA and make the trek at least 3-4 times per year. read more

I wanted to respond to a shopper's review of the Cabi Outlet in which she complains about the sizing. This is a TRUE outlet..meaning, the company is selling excess stock of past season merchandise, unlike other brands, which purposely manufacture a lower-cost line to sell exclusively at outlets. Cabi is only available in CURRENT season brand-new from home parties through a consultant (think Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Paparazzi, etc.). Cabi releases 2 lines per year (Spring and Fall), and some limited-edition pieces a few times in-between. Once that line ends (June 30 for Spring, December 31 for Fall), you can no longer get it through a consultant. Your only hope is to buy the pieces second-hand, or hope they show up at the outlet. So, if a piece was popular during the line, it may sell out and have no sizes left at all. If it was of medium popularity, the company may only have the extreme ends of the sizing line available to go to the outlets (Size 0, XXS, XL, 16). If the piece just didn't sell well with consultants, it will most likely have more of a size range available to go to the outlets at fabulous pricing. That being said, my friend, who wears Cabi sizes 12, 14, and Large, was able to find some fabulous pieces at the outlet. I wear a 16 or XL, and I usually do pretty well, too. If you get to the outlet when they get new merchandise in, you will usually find a LOT of every size in each thing....the most common sizes always sell out first (sizes 6-10, and smalls and mediums). Women who buy Cabi through their consultants (like me) are FANATICS of this clothing, and keep up on when the outlets get their shipments. The outlet staff are very helpful if there is a particular past-season item you are looking for. I have a manager who has a list of the pieces I look for in past seasons and calls me immediately if they get them in in my size, and ships them to me so I don't miss out. It is always worth a stop at Cabi...you can't beat the quality of the clothing (think Nordstrom) at the outlet pricing. And past season pieces always coordinate with current season pieces...one of the best qualities of Cabi! Give the outlet a try...you may score big!! read more

Hello Dear Cabi, I have to start by saying that I like your clothes (except for the quality of the fabric of some pants) and the stylists that I have met at house parties have been very nice and helpful. Good job and keep it up. But I have serious issues with your extremely poor service in your outlet store located in Cabazon, CA. I have visited it twice, last year in March coming back to LA from Indian Wells after a wonderful weekend watching tennis, and last December 23rd after spending the weekend in La Quinta Resort. In both occasions basically I did not receive any service from your employees. The only thing they did for me was greet me to inform me of the discounts going on, receive my money for my purchases and tell me that no returns were accepted. That is all. In both occasions they (2 ladies) stayed behind the register chatting about personal things and no business related topics. When I asked a question it was me the one who had to approach them because they will not move from the register area. When I asked for an advise on a size, their answers were vague and their attitudes were like "how dare you interrupt me". In both occasions they opened a fitting room only after I have asked them the favor to do it because the table were I was putting the clothes I wanted to try on was overflooding. They never came to the fitting room to ask if perhaps I wanted to try another size or simply to check if I was doing okay. Your staff to say the least comes across arrogant. During my first visit I even bought a sweeter that ended up being too little for me because I did not realize that this sweeter had 3 buttons on the side that meant to make the sweeter look like a blouse :( and your employees did not brought this to my attention even after I asked them if they thought that was my size (I asked for advise due my usual Cabi size is S, but this sweeter was XS and apparently was a good fit for me). I honestly like your products but I have no intention to come back to your outlet store does not matter how tempting the prices are. The other stores in the outlets, from high end to less luxurious, ALL provide decent-to-good-to-excellent service. Your service in this store is not even decent. The only store in this outlet I have experienced this extremely poor service is Cabi. What a shame. read more

We were just in this store 15 minutes ago. Two young females were at the register, and they did not even attempt to say hello, or even make eye contact with either of us. We walked around the entire store, and I was very interested in some pieces, but I felt like I was intruding in their space. Seven minutes in the store, and still no offer to help, led to my disinterest in the brand. As we left I heard "oh, bye" as we let the door close. These young women really ruined what could have been a decent sized sale/repeat buyer. read more

The staff themselves are very kind whenever I go in. This review is NOT to disparage them at all! This outlet's sizing is appalling. They will have an item in the window, and have 15 of them in size 0 or XS/XXS and nothing else. Lest you think I am exaggerating, I found maybe 2 pairs of pants that had anything between 4 and 12. So if you are very petite and with long legs (their pants run REALLY long imho, I'm 5'4") OR somewhat plus size (Xl/14-16) you will love this store! If you are an 6/8/10/12- don't even bother stopping. You might find 5-10% of their items in your size and forget trying to create a cohesive outfit. The staff are apologetic and explain that they don't have any control of the sizes they sell, but corporate needs to get it together to stop frustrating and annoying customers with their thoughtless stocking of this store. If you're looking for professional wear in a RANGE of sizes, there is an Ann Taylor Loft and a Banana Republic in the mall next door. read more

Ok so hear me out, I am a strong believer on no bad yelps! Because I own a business and I think a phone call to the business is much better. But oh lawd! I visited Cabi Outlet a couple weeks ago, and I had my eye on some items equaling around $200. But I'm a delayed purchaser. So I waited until today, ( I'm from L.A.) Excited to purchase my goodies, I walked in with my sister and five kids. The kids sat down in the chair section and didn't move.. the ladies for some unknown reason were not having the visit. Not friendly and clearly kids haters. My neice proceeded to show her dad an (item for sale) umbrella and the lady said "may I have that" and then took from her hands, thank goodness her dad said "oh it's okay she is showing me it". I kept looking at the sweaters I was desiring to buy, no mirrors but in dressing room, so the one lady whispers as I'm placing a sweater vest on, " why doesn't she get a room?" That was it! One thing I know is the customer is actual the person that pays for their pay check, why?, because without them we would have to close businesses down. This store must go out of their way to hire the most unfriendly, rude employees. While I was in the store, a lady put on a jacket (due to covid you cannot try on clothes in the dressing room, nor over your clothes) it clearly was an accident. The employee went right up to the lady and very rudely told her that she is not to try on any clothes, apologetically the lady said she was so sorry and offered to hang it back up. The employee took it from her and said, NO I now have to steam clean it. So explain the logic. I was touching clothes trying to find the right size, holding it up to me but actually putting the clothes on warrants a scolding and steam?? To top it off, at the register the pens to sign credit cards are thrown about the table, no distinction of clean or dirty pens. No hand sanitizer at all in the store and when I handed the employee my card she did not clean it before or after she ran it. The employee was also wearing 2 face masks but no gloves. She should just stay home and let the friendly people work. read more

This Cabi outlet is a really nice find. I have been aware of this brand for many years and know the excellent quality but the prices at the home parties are extremely high and prohibitive for me. I have found items for good prices on Thred Up - online consignment. This store is fabulous! Everything is brand new, but from past seasons. There is a full range of sizes for many items and very limited sizes for others. I couldn't believe how low some of the prices were!!! I got some blouses for $15. They retail for $80-90. Some of the styles do not appeal to me but there was such a great selection of many many items! I purchased 7 items for $200 and would have gotten more but I budgeted that much . I will be back a couple times a year to this store because it is a long drive for me. The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful, even telling me I could call them if i want to exchange something - they will mail me the packaging to do so by mail. I love this store and I'm surprised about the negative comments. I've been here twice and both times have been treated professionally by the staff. It's a 2 hour drive for me; so if I wasn't treated well I would definitely not return. Both times I've had my 3 year old little girl with me and the ladies are always so sweet to her. Today the cashier even brought out coloring books and crayons for her to play with while I was in the dressing room trying on a million things. The cabi girls were extremely helpful, creating super cute outfits and even going out of their way to call other stores to see if they could get there hands on an item that I have been wanted for a while now. The custome service was so wonderful I had to ask if there was a way to get the word out to the high up in command and they gave me an email, I just hope that they do get some recognition for their hard work, it's not everyday that you find genuine customer service like that.
