As I walked up to the front entrance, I noticed a mini wire gate blocking the entrance with three signs regarding a place for the homeless to get free showers and a sign asking customers to close the gate or Sam will escape. Upon entering the store, I discovered that "Sam" is a dog. Soon after entering the store, I was approached by the store employee who asked if I needed help. After I replied no, she informed me that items in the front with blue and lavender tags are 50% off and this applied to items inside as well. While browsing the store clothing racks, I liked the variety and quality of the clothes on the shelves. This store uses every bit of free space to display items which includes, shirts, jackets, dresses, shoes, purses, and hats. I liked that the store has a dressing room available with a chair to sit in if you need to take your clothes off to try on a new outfit or if you're trying on shoes. I also liked that while inside the store, employees didn't hover over me while shopped so I was feel to browse at my own pace. Although the store is cramped, the amount of women's clothing that's available in various sizes and styles make this a must visit place when you're in the area. In closing, while the amount of items and the store layout can be overwhelming to some shoppers, there are clothing gems to be found if you're willing to search for it.

"…read more I ordered several items on line from my Kohl's account totaling about $165.00. 2 weeks after I ordered, Kohls sent me an email stating that everything had been delivered. But that was incorrect ! Two of my more expensive items I ordered never showed up, and Kohl's still was charging me on my credit card for my orders which did not show up. I had used $20.00 of my Kohl's cash to purchase my orders and Kohl's was not going to give me my kohl's cash back to me. I called Kohl's corporate office several times and nobody seemed to care or knew what they were doing. So I got very upset and took the other items in my order I received back to the Kohl's store. I asked to speak to a Manager at the Beaumont Kohl's store. Kameran Meyer the Store Assistant Manager was so nice as he listened to my story about what happened and how Kohl's took away my Kohl's Cash and messed up my order. Kameran told me that he would reorder all of the items and give me my $20.00 Kohl's Cash back to me. He said he would also give me a Big discount % on my total order price, because of all the trouble I had with Kohl's. Kameran really cared about me ! He did not try to blow me off because he was a manager for Kohl's. He wanted to do the "Right Thing " for me the customer, and was upset that Kohl's had treated me the way they did. I was blown away at how nice Kameran Meyer was to me, and what he did for me. Kameran also gave me his card, phone number and said for me to call him if anything else did not go well. Several days later I received my new order and everything was fine. Several weeks later I went to use my $20.00 Kohl's cash coupon that Kameran gave me for another order, but noticed that it had expired. At the time Kameran gave me the Kohl's cash coupon back, he did not inform me that I would have to use the Kohl's cash that quickly. So I drove down to the Kohl's Beaumont Store and spoke to another assistant manager because Kameran was not there that day. I spoke to Sara Conte the Assistant Store Manager and told her about my detailed story that happened to me. Sara was also so nice, and did not hesitate to take the $20.00 Kohl's cash expired coupon that Kameran had given to me and upgraded it to another valid $20.00 Kohl's cash coupon. Again Sara also really cared about me the customer ! Breecie O'Neal the Store Manager should give both of her Assistant Store Managers Kameran & Sara and award for taking care of their customers, and making their Kohl's store in Beaumont so good. I came in awhile back when they were putting out their Christmas inventory and no joke, I was asked by 5 different employees at 5 different times how I was doing, and if i was finding everything ok, or if I needed help with anything (that's not including the cashier I had who was equally as friendly and helpful as the others). While I didn't come in contact with as many employees today as I did that day, the ones I did were just as pleasant and helpful. While this store is a bit smaller than the other Marshall's I have been to, I actually like it better. Since it is smaller it almost makes you feel like you aren't shopping at a major chain store. It took a little while during the summer for them to get new things in, but I blame that all on covid. Since then they have had plenty of merchandise to choose from. I do agree with the other reviews I've read, and the shoe dept. could be amped up a little. I like to buy shoes for the kiddos here because they grow so fast, but I don't always have the best luck finding sizes here for them. Saving the best for last, lets talk about the wonderful woman who greets you! She is truly the gem and star of this location. If you've been here you know who I'm talking about! I think her name is Karen (I try to look at her nametag but I always have a hard time seeing it) She's got really long hair and is always so upbeat and happy.
