Part of me thought I should just pay a little extra for convenience as I was already there but after hearing that dismissive voice over the radio, I decided better not to. If that person is a supervisor of some sort, I hope they treat their employees with a lot more respect than they do their customers. It should be noted that I heard the same voice telling the employees up front that she was unable to find a customer's size in the back but said it in a way that came off like she couldn't be bothered. Selection wise, I was impressed. I didn't know there were so many crocs out there. Value wise, there are better deals to be made. Although I was going to get two pairs, I decided I only needed one and the pair I wanted were cheaper at Nordstrom Rack, so I bought a pair there to pick up at my convenience. But upon arrival I was accused of being a thief due to not having a receipt or a bag although the items had tags on them still. I was told by the manager Danny that I couldn't be helped & to go to a different Zumiez location. I then proceeded to go to a different Zumiez location & was helped by a girl named Whitney who was very helpful & efficient with doing the exchange without any issues or complications. Danny is a horrible manager who goes against the store policy & was unwilling to help me as a customer. Another associate was trying to help me but the manager told him not to. Even on the Zumiez website it says they are able to do this & clearly they're able to do the exchange because it was done at a different location without any issues.

Was the job duties not explained at the employee orientation? The manager onsite was more engaging and helpful, ended up getting something for my teenager because we were already there. After we paid the other two workers (fit check and I don't see you) decided we were worthy of "have a good one, thanks for coming by." If you like BAPE save time and just cop online. If you are already there then you might as well pop in but don't expect the very minimal customer greeting, acknowledgement or transparency. When shopping at torrid you really have to time your shopping to ensure you're getting the best value. You don't want to shop when there's no sales because it can get quite costly.
