This feels like taking advantage of loyal cost customers! not being able to get any type of return or store credit for a brand new item that has been purchased 10 days ago is a scum. Called five times on different days of the week with no follow up on my final call was told that she was no longer available and that there was missed stock in the store they thought that had it. The products at Salvatore Ferragamo are high quality but the service here leaves a bit to be desired. The store itself is quite clean and sleek. Their selection of shoes is decent, but do note that they might not always have your size. The shoes themselves look great and have a real premium feel to them. The employees here are friendly enough but I found them to be pushy. I was having trouble finding a shoe that I liked and that fit perfectly, and the employee helping was quite pushy. It felt to me that he just wanted to quickly make a sale. I was the only one at the store at the time. They also don't have any type of return/exchange/store credit policy, which is annoying. All of their products are final sale. No ifs, ands, or buts. This is definitely not the case with other designer outlets at this mall, so this doesn't make Ferragamo look that great in my opinion. So if you come here, make sure you 100% like what you're buying and make sure your shoes fit perfectly. So I love the items here but wish the service was better. read more

I went to their outlet location 2 weeks ago and scored 2 pairs of shoes for me (grey & silver Nosy and black Rochea) and 1 pair of shoes for my sister. My friend loved the shoes I picked and got 1 pair of Nosy for his sister. And he picked the same color!! Copy cat!! But I guess I do have a great sense of style ;) LOVE LOVE LOVE their signature bow!! The price is unbelievably cheap compared to the store. It's about half price and even more sometimes. Too bad they didn't have my size in other styles, but I guess that's good for my wallet. They had a lot of signature flat in purple, red, green, brown and black. I'm short so no flat for me, thank you. Service there is as great as the store itself. I'm not a fan of Ferragamo purses but they do have quite a collection of delicious purses and wallets. If you come at the right time of the year you are able to get 30-40% off and if you have an american express you can stack additional rewards from the promotions. The problem with the outlet store is that they don't get enough variety in their stock. I was trying to find something for Father's Day, but most of their men's apparel were XLs and XXLs. The only ones that weren't in those sizes were things like the bright orange v-neck sweater or a hole-y bright blue shirt that my dad would never wear... :( A tall guy working there tried to help me with their selection, but they had absolutely nothing in a size L. He mentioned that the popular sizes come and go really quickly. I guess I was just in on an unlucky day. I had ice tea in my hand while walk in to the store, after browsing for about 5 mins, a female associate ( Asian looking ) told me that no food and drink are allowed in the store, so I asked her if she wants me to leave, she said " you don't have to leave but your drink has to go", I was like " huh?", I asked her that if she want to help to throw away the drink, she gave me this annoying look and took my drink. Don't shop here. If you'd like to purchase their products, it's better to go to dept stores or online. The manager does not know the value of customer service. We purchased a bag & realized there was damaged on the product. We drove more than one hour to exchange the bag. We got to the store at 7:30pm & the manager saw us standing in front of the door & she refused to open the door. Then, 10 minutes later an employee came up & said their store closed at 7:30pm. We explained that we just needed to exchange the damaged bag. But, they refused to help. When a customer purchased a bag that's more than $1000, please provide a better customer service. I came here to buy some scarfs for this years Christmas stockings. An older white looking lady came up to me after I took a picture of a scarf (to send to a friend to see if they liked it). This nasty associate came up to me and without any explanation said "you cannot take any pictures in here." She didn't introduce herself. She didn't offer to help. She didn't explain anything. All she did was point at a security camera on the ceiling, which I responded with "I don't mind." Then she said "WELL I DO MIND!" She acted as if she was the owner of the store. I spent more money on that visit than she makes every two weeks! Afterwards she stayed near me, she wouldn't move at all. She would occasionally glance back with her fake smile. Can you imagine if I was black? After I paid, she "thanked" me and proceeded to bag the scarfs. I would not come back here. Customer service is very important to me! As soon as we walked in the store, ALL of the associates were chit chatting right in front of the entrance and NO one even bothered to greet us. We spent about 25 min browsing around and STILL NO ONE came to ask if we needed help. We've been to the main stores in SF and Beverly Hills and we get better services there. Sales associates , even if its an outlet store, you guys are getting paid to work and give excellent customer service. For goodness sake, be polite and greet your customers!!!! read more

I had good experience in this store before, but not today. I saw the shoes were on sale, and I asked someone to help me to check if they have my size. It was not busy inside the store. One lady just ignored me and walk away, so I continue to ask other people to helped me. Two lady just stood and chat, and finally the lady who walked away asked them to help me. So disturbing! Overdue Review - Went in to buy a pair of Varinas. I was approached by an associate asking if I was looking for anything in particular, unfortunately I forgot her name. I specified that I wanted the size 8 of the Varinas, the associate immediately told me my size was sold out; and that Varinas always get sold out as soon as they arrive. So I pointed at the other styles and asked if there were any size 8 left, and I was given a very cold response that none of those had my size. BAD SERVICE. However, after browsing around more, I asked another associate to look up some sizes for me, and her name is Selina Li (who is excellent). She went to the inventory room right away and got me a size 8. I was so surprised there were 2 pairs left in my size cause I was told that there were NONE left. On top of that, Selina showed me a few more styles that had my size. I ended up buying a pair of shoes MY SIZE @ the outlet. YAY! I love Ferragamo but service you get totally depends on luck; some associates are UNHELPFUL while others are beyond exceptional. read more
