Not sure what the previous reviewer was complaining about. May have been helped by the same woman and she was amazing. Insane steal on a silk Versace shirt. Like 75% off and 25% extra after. Employee helped with sizes and adjusted price to the sale she mentioned. Great deal and tempted to go back for more shirts. Selection is not amazing and not much super new but you can get a great deal on something you may like. Def need to go back for a Medusa belt. read more

This store has a limited, though decent, selection of women's and men's ready to wear, shoes and accessories. The standout for me was a stunning pair of earrings. The price was surprisingly good, even for a Company Store. I passed only because I already own a similar pair. The service was pleasant. Late Review...But Great Experience! I went into the Versace Outlet a week ago and All 3 young ladies behind the counter, greeted my hubby and I when we walked in. (There was no line, but there was ropes, 6ft marking on the ground & security there to monitor entry if a lined formed) I knew exactly what I was looking for so approached the counter and asked, if they had the specific scarf I was looking for. Blanca answered, Yes! I was Elated! I had been searching for the scarf for months and there it was! Blanca grabbed me a new one and back to the register we went. They made me the Happiest Customer if this crazy year!!! I did mention to the girls, that I was surprised of the many negative reviews I read. I am a huge Yelper & Reviewer and told them, I'd be leaving mine too. I was given Great Customer Service! Thank You again Blanca, "Q" & Janette! PS...I did mention to them about the "no one answers the phone". I called several times myself and no answer. I should've verified the phone number, but completely forgot since I found what I wanted. Also, I found out, the store just reopened about a month/3weeks ago from a new remodel, plus this covid pandemic. So there was no one there the months I've been trying to call anyway, lol! Horrible. Bad service. Only nice lady was the security. Workers had no idea of anything that they had in store. Didn't even know the codes on the jewelry. Basically had nothing good in store limited on everything. Deeply disappointed because I love Versace so much. will just stick to going to the one in Costa Mesa. read more

Long story short I came to buy a belt and the guy was being pretty fake to make money and to keep a conversation going. Never told me the return policy at the resister ! Found a better belt at a different store and try to return the same belt and told me it's credit ! Pretty disappointed and disgusted that these company really did that and tricked me as well ! I walked my a the 2 weeks ago with a friend. My friend has asked a question about Versace and this SA gave him a whole entire back story of who Gianni Versace was. Now I had already known the history and who he was. But basically he made him feel like he was stupid for not knowing who he was. And why are you even in the store. Now my friend is not one to buy luxury items. And so it was very very annoying, that after this conversation had happened this man proceeded to talk to his co worker about how my friend doesn't know who Gianni Versace was. Now if you want to talk about that fine. But don't talk about it when we're here walking around the store and not even being discreet about it. Now this man looked like he was in his 50. Now coming from someone who is at that age I wouldn't expect someone so judge mental.no to mention he was trying to ridicule someone for pronouncing givenchy wrong. And when she had left the store he proceeded to still talk about how she was pronouncing it wrong. Now I don't if he just bored or not. But it clearly does not seem that he is wanting to work, nor is he very helpful or even knowledgeable about what you guys have. Now I understand these pieces you have at your store aren't in season. So I will give him that. But he did not get my service nor will he ever. I think he needs to learn to not judge a book by its cover because I'm positive I make more than this discounted SA makes. If I would give this store 0 stars I most definitely would. I purchased sneakers over a MONTH ago and then went and exhanged it for a bigger size. Then when my sister tried it on it was too big so I went back the "ex manager" said ok I will have Camarillo ( another location) near LA where I live , ship it to your house. 3 weeks pass by I still dont recieve the purchase. I drove 1 hour to Camarillo to the employee telling me Cabazon just called and asked us for sizing information not for us to ship it. Areceli the ex manager DID NOT send our address information to Camarillo and we did not get the sneakers at all. We then drove to Cabazon our original purchase location, they said today that they can not do give us store credit or refund. SEEMS LIKE somebody and I am thinking the Ex Manager printed receipts, sent somebody to use my phone number and used all my store credit 2 weeks later I purchased it. I now reported to police and will press charges to the fraudster that did this! Police are now investigating who this is as they have camera footage. I paid 500$ for them to not accommodate me or give me ANYTHINT when that was my money! This is crazy! I will never purchase anything from here again! Go to Camarillo instead more understandable and better staff. This location doesnt even have proper managers. Neither there employees give one damn! I hope whoever did this sees this that I will press charges. read more

Came in last Sunday was greeted nicely by a Latina girl Wish I had gotten her name but could not be bothered after she was a bit(h, she asked me if I needed help looking for something, To what I answered, yes I'm looking for backpack like the one you have there but a smaller version... with an attitude she said no we don't have that here. Me and my friend looked at each other and just kept walking I said in a little careless tone "ok thank you" and continued to walked inside.. well this chick had the audacity to tell me have a nice day...... It's sad that Latinos beat Latinos down when we should support each other or be happy that a Latino came in to shop there.. such disappointing experience Im sure no one will care about my post but hopefully she sees this comment and thinks about it read more

I've been back here several times and noticed the staff are always friendly and helpful. They do carry stuff from the actual Versace stores and not merchandise made for the outlets like most of the other stores. The only downside is that their stocks may be hit or miss at times. But if like Versace, it's worth checking it out. read more

Decided to walk in with my girlfriend since there was a pretty long waiting line at Gucci. The thing I like about Versace is they sell pieces that are both conservative and outlandish. The salespeople here were nice, laidback, and also helpful. I really came in looking for a t-shirt, instead walked out with a t-shirt and a jacket, and saved a lot of money in the process. Definitely recommend if you're into high designer clothes, without the retail price. read more
