James was super helpful and guess what? I ended up coming out with TWO watches for my boyfriend! They had a great deal and I was able to get them both for $113! James was able to help me find exactly what it was my boyfriend wanted: something very simple with an exact style/ color of the band. I decided on Skagen and Emporio Armani watches and he loved them! And if you know my boyfriend, he'd tell you if he didn't like something. We were able to hit it spot on what he wanted and I am so grateful! She assured me- repeatedly- that it was for the warranty on the watch. She said these exact words "the email address doesn't even go in our system- it goes directly to Skagen". LESS THAN AN HOUR LATER I get an email for the Watch Station mailing list!!!!! I call the store and speak to the woman who checked me out- she immediately becomes indignant and insists that she's not a liar and she doesn't know how my email got on the list. I speak to her manager who acts as though this has never happened before, incredulous that by some mysterious magic my email got into their system. I was never able to get a straight answer out of the THREE different people I talked to. Obviously they are aware of what's happening and they don't care. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL. Or better yet- DO NOT SHOP HERE. None of the employees were straight forward with me. I take honesty over watches that are barely on discount any day.

We headed to Outlets and of course I drifted in my own path and came across Breitling. Entered and immediately greeted and treated with great service. Beverages were offered and they even call other outlet locations for specific watch I asked about. I ended up purchasing my first breitling watch and what an end of the year deal. Andrew went over and beyond my expectations and service. I wasn't in the market to purchase an expensive watch, but Andrew help convinced and made it to easy to say no. I wore it NYE for the first time and many compliments along with it. Thank you outlets and Breitling and I will definitely be back when ready for another one.

Well, as I entered the Centre from the East Village Parking 2 Hallway, which is near the Disabled Parking, I turned right and I saw the Citizen Sign beckoning me!!! The displays showed a wonderful selection of Citizen Watches that I have ever seen!!! Many were current models available in the stores. There was a terrific sale going on of up to 65% off. As I browsed, a kind and friendly salesperson, Teresa, greeted me and allowed me to admire the selection. Currently, my wish list includes a moonphase watch that I've had my eye on for sometime. Teresa informed me that current models would normally appear at the outlet stores 2 seasons from introduction. Bummer for me However, a very simple faced watch caught my eye and out of curiosity, I asked the price for that piece. After scanning and calculating the discounted price, I braced myself for the price because this particular watch was an Eco-Drive and had the designs of a very elegant dress watch worth at least $300-$400 range. I was wearing my hearing aids, yet, I said, "What did you say?" "Yes, it's on sale for $135.00," repeated Teresa. Incredible!!! I was curious because there was another that looked even more expensive and shiny and sparkly. "Same price," said Teresa. Okay, how about this ultra dressy watch in the front that had gold trim and a leather band? Click. Click. Click. "Actually," said Teresa, "This one is less, $125.00." Now, I had conundrum. Which one? The $125.00 of course. An Eco-Drive dress Citizen watch. Came with all the original 5 year manufacturer warranty and you get an extra year warranty when you register the watch. They have pretty much all kinds of brands here, from more affordable ones to high end luxury stores. The place is very clean and well maintained. At times it can feel a bit overwhelming just because of how large it is, and I used to get lost or mixed up between sections. Now I just remember one thing: the exit is right beside the food court, which makes it a lot easier. Parking is big  and easy to find a spot, and there are plenty of restrooms around, so it's convenient even if you stay for a long time. Prices aren't really cheap unless there are sales or holiday promotions. I usually only find good deals during those times. The staff I've interacted with have been friendly overall.
