As soon as i stepped in, im greeted by 3 employees in each section of the store i am at. They let me browse around before asking if i needed help. I loved that gave me time to look and scope around what was displayed. Nora approched me with such a kind & genuine vibe. i was looking for shapewear to snatch my stomach area as i am in the process of of losing weight on a GLP. She measured me asked if i would like to do that privately or out on the floor, she gave me the option i appreciated. Gave me 2/3 selections i loved. Had a great conversation with her, I felt like she deserved the KUDOS. All staff was friendly and nice but Nora gave me the best first time at SKIMS experience. We walk in, we are greeting the employers instead of them greeting us as we walk in.... not happy. Customer smile service should be a given. No one asks for help or help with sizes... they can careless. Disappointed in customer service. The manager is u friendly too as she came to the front adjusting prices that were not scanning properly. How many people work here! You have not properly tagged the dresses! Come on- I want to see the prices, the correct ones or how about telling us after greeting us the sales.... Do better people. And try picking up the phone people!!!! I finally made it to the Skims outlet in Cabazon, on my way to Palm Springs on my recent trip there. I was very eager and excited to get there and when I got there I was very disappointed by how bad the customer service was. I love Skims and I've been wearing the brand for a few years now. I was quite disappointed that not one single person approached me to help me find what I was looking for, greeted me when I came in, or checked up on me to see if I found anything I liked. I've meet Kim and have conversations with her many times about Skims and I've seen her my whole lifeand have spoken to her many times, since I am from Calabasas too. I was raised in Calabasas my whole life and I have lived in Calabasas my whole life. I am a Calabasas native. I have met Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, and Kris as well. My Mom also knows Kris as well. I grew up shopping at Smooch and my Mom and Dad made the sign for Dash their adult clothing store next Smooch. In conclusion, I found five pieces I loved and brought them back home to Calabasas with me to wear now. I knew I was going to come home and find a bunch of great sale items. I am hesitant on coming back to the Skims Cabazon outlet, due to the lack of customer service. I will only be returning because of the great product selection and great deals that they have. Grace was given with the 2 stars as the store was at least organized. My gosh I have never seen so many people that do not come to work to actually work. I already try to not bother people, but man you ask about sizes available or where anything is they look at you like what do you want. Additionally, they give one word answers. I noticed each person couldn't get help or a welcome in. This is sad because the place is new and has plenty staff. The only somewhat attentive person was the cashier. I had such a lovely experience today at this SKIMS location! I was super nervous to walk in because I had a really bad experience at the LA SKIMS store, but WOW the girls working at this location are so nice and helpful!! Huge shoutout to Lexi and Sophia (i'm soooo sorry if i'm spelling the names wrong) but they were angels! This week I was on the hunt for a matching set and daisy assisted me with multiple sets down to the undergarments. When I was told my size wasn't there she gave me the option to order online. For my first time in a skims store the service was great. I was met with smiles and compliments all throughout the store by employees. I will be returning to this location again. read more

The staff at this location are miserable. As soon as I walked in before I had even touched a single bra a staff member just walked up and assumed my bra size and said oh we don't have your size we only have large cup sizes, the way I was like oh ok you know my bra size now. Like I know I'm not no double D but I did see C cups and I am a C cup so why come up to me and even say that? She could've asked to help find my size instead of assuming. Then another lady asked for a brief shorts literally 5 times and the girl kept bringing her shape ware and she would just say no the underwear briefs. The staff clearly doesn't even know their products. This girl couldn't even pay attention to what she was being asked. The entire staff stood around and talked the security guard was more helpful. After this experience I walked my ass down to Victoria secret where the staff was so joyful to help me complimented my appearance and found me two wireless pushups and I got 7 thongs and free gift with purchase. Such a better experience all around for the exact same bra. I will absolutely never come back to this skims. read more

Don't waste your time and stand in the line for whatever quality, the products are made from a very little see through fabric, customer service was bad: asking any question it's like bothering them. This feeling of being rushed unfortunately led to a hasty decision on my part, resulting in the purchase of a bra that, upon returning home, proved to be the incorrect size. The overall atmosphere deterred me from exploring other sections of the store, such as the dresses, as I no longer felt welcome or comfortable to browse at my own pace. While checking out I was informed everything was final sale, there is no sign anywhere in store of this. I asked cashier before she charged me if all sales were applied. I realized once I left the store two items were charged $20 dollars more then other two sale items. So was overcharged a total of $40. I was told to come back so they can fix the items. I came back informed the sales associate of the situation and asked if I had to wait in line again. She informed me yes I had to wait again in a very long line. When I came to the register the supervisor helped me and at first she wasn't so nice once she realized they indeed made a mistake she changed her tone of voice with me. read more
