After I found out they didn't have what I wanted due to limited stock, I was followed by the creepy manager who was sweating profusely to my car. They did everything threatening they could without explicitly breaking the law. Frightening experience where the parking makes you feel trapped. I never make or leave reviews on anything, but this place is like an actual nightmare. Terrifying atmosphere and scary staff, similar to a horror movie. Even the much smaller shop just down the street is infinitely preferable. Please do not come here if you value your safety. read more

I had a deeply unsettling experience here that I'm still trying to process. I came in quietly, minding my own space, simply taking a moment to myself--trying to catch one last glimpse of the moon, grounding myself in something peaceful. Instead, I was met with hostility that felt completely disproportionate and honestly disturbing. The man working there became aggressively confrontational, raising his voice and telling me, "Don't you ever come back here again." The intensity of that reaction, especially when I wasn't causing any disruption, was jarring. It didn't feel like a misunderstanding--it felt like an attempt to intimidate, to assert control through fear. What made it worse was the energy behind it. There was a heaviness, a kind of negativity that lingers. For someone who is actively trying to heal and move away from environments and people that feel harmful, this interaction was the exact opposite of what any human being deserves in a simple, everyday moment. No one should be made to feel small or threatened for existing quietly in a space. I left feeling shaken, not because of what was said alone, but because of how it was delivered--with anger, with force, with no regard for basic human respect. I hope this place reflects on how they treat people. Because experiences like this don't just pass--they stick. read more

Unpretentious with no cover charge, this arcade is a hidden gem in the "$50 day-pass-and-fuck-you-its-just-6-hours-yup-not-even-a-whole-day" attitude of the area. Always busy with plenty of selection, there are all types of videos to be found. Big, small, and extra large videos of all kinds. Often so many videos that it's hard to choose... but choose you will and after you're finished one you can try the others! Why limit yourself? An arcade is about sampling the videos, you don't have to marry them! Just remember, the videos are all there for one reason: to be rewound and played to the very end. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was outside this location, peacefully smoking a cigarette before walking in--minding my business--when a staff member (Perez, I believe) came to the back and harassed me with presumptuous, rude, and uncalled-for behavior. Instead of treating me with basic respect or professionalism, he made snap judgments based on nothing. His arrogance and complete lack of emotional intelligence not only lost him a potential customer, but showed how unfit he is to represent any kind of business. Here's what happened next: I got back in the car, we left, and went to the next store down the street where we spent $100--money that could've gone here if I was simply treated like a human being. To the business: when you let people like that represent your brand, you don't just lose sales--you lose trust, reputation, and community support. I know my worth. And I will never return. Do better. -- A customer with dignity. read more

The one clerk, Tony, is so RUDE. He talks about clients to other clients. If that was only my experience it would be one thing. But many other clients have told me that he has a lousy attitude. I suppose that is, unless he gets whatever it is he wants from them. He is not a nice person and I believe he is proud of it! read more

The three lady's that run this place are awesome and 5 stars for each of them! But only 2-3 stars for the business because air conditioning in half the store doesn't work it's very outdated and worn out looking interior and no volume works in those video booths. read more

People are quick to jump on Yelp and vent about a bad experience whether at a restaurant, hotel, or anyplace they feel they've been slighted, mistreated, scammed etc etc. Positive interactions and experiences seem to get less recognition, perhaps because they lack the drama and chaos that people have come to expect in everything. Today I went to Perez Images to look for a few things that only an adult novelty store would carry. I had never been in the store before so I was unsure what to expect. When I walked in I noticed right away how clean and organized the store was. I was greeted immediately by a very friendly girl behind the counter who was in the process of selling a rather large latex toy to a smiling latino couple. When the couple left the sales girl came over and introduced herself as Jennifer and told me if I needed help finding something to let her know. I asked her about a couple things that she helped me find and even recommended a couple other things that I bought. I spent way too much money because of her but I don't regret the cool stuff I got. Perez Images is a great store with a very nice and knowledgeable night time girl named Jennifer. She made my first time there fun and memorable. She had a great sense of humor and I really appreciated that. I will definitely make Perez Images my "go-to" spot because they have the best variety and cheapest prices. And they have Jennifer. read more

I absolutely love this store. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They know their products and will test them right there at counter to make sure it works before u buy it. Jennifer is by far my most favorite to come and discuss the newest and best with. Thank you so much for advising me with my last purchase it was a great investment. I do think the store should get some more updated products tho. Seems like they have had the same selection for quite some time now. read more

The girls that work there are all wonderful. The middle aged black guy with glasses is scaring business away. He keeps being forward and making unwanted advances to me. I keep telling him I am straight. I no longer go there if he is working. I think he has taken my friendly nature to people as I'm interested in in. So very scary thoughts. read more

This place used to be an active place with a mixed crowd. The current blonde woman at the desk is the rudest unfriendly person ever! Gives everyone dirty looks when they come in & runs through the video arcade telling everyone to get out! That should ruin what little business she already chased away!! Too bad! Used to be fun! read more

What a horrible location to come to when the white older woman that works there harasses all of the customers and tells them to get out today is Saturday 1215 I was there at 1:23 PM and that lady is the rudest piece of shit I've ever met I'll never do business with this company again I go there to purchase some supplies that I use for my personal use but I've never seen this woman be so rude to so many people at one time. The last time I was there she was screaming up a storm because she was moping In the middle afternoon and expected no want to step on the floor she's rude and disrespectful and the owners are going to lose a lot of business because everyone that was in there was commenting about the same person read more

Had the greatest experience here! Got very nice toys that me and my boyfriend love to use!

Short fat bald guy belongs at Wal-Mart. He is the rudest, crudest person around. When I'm in with my girlfriend, he's barely civil but tolerable. When I come in alone, he barks rude comments and goes in back to throw people out while others can hear him. Totally unprofessional. Once he was standing in the way in an aisle, and I said excuse me to get by. He looked at me like I was dog feces on his shoes. He then moved an inch, so I had to still rub against his disgusting body to get by. Repulsive read more

I couldn't sleep last night. So My boyfriend and I came into Perez images Adult store last night just to kill time. I was pleased to say that it was a fun experience. Starting from the warm welcome, to the couples walking out of the booths, to the guy shopping around hitting on my boyfriend. They have everything from lingerie (I bought the one in the pic) vibrating dildos, lubricants(fragrance free options), sex swings, every category porno dvds and more. There's some very interesting items that the Lady behind the counter had no problem explaining to me. I do have to say Jennifer (I believe is her name) is great at her job. Very out going and knowledgeable about everything in this store. We ended up with a couple items. We wanted to check out the video booths but we're to anxious to get home to try out the fun items. We will definitely be back. Thanks Jennifer I slept like a baby... 5 stars read more
