People are quick to jump on Yelp and vent about a bad experience whether at a restaurant, hotel, or anyplace they feel they've been slighted, mistreated, scammed etc etc. Positive interactions and experiences seem to get less recognition, perhaps because they lack the drama and chaos that people have come to expect in everything. Today I went to Perez Images to look for a few things that only an adult novelty store would carry. I had never been in the store before so I was unsure what to expect. When I walked in I noticed right away how clean and organized the store was. I was greeted immediately by a very friendly girl behind the counter who was in the process of selling a rather large latex toy to a smiling latino couple. When the couple left the sales girl came over and introduced herself as Jennifer and told me if I needed help finding something to let her know. I asked her about a couple things that she helped me find and even recommended a couple other things that I bought. I spent way too much money because of her but I don't regret the cool stuff I got. Perez Images is a great store with a very nice and knowledgeable night time girl named Jennifer. She made my first time there fun and memorable. She had a great sense of humor and I really appreciated that. I will definitely make Perez Images my "go-to" spot because they have the best variety and cheapest prices. Somehow for some reason he is still allowed to be working there. he will single handedly run this gem of the lgbtq community into the ground because if his personal vendetta/issues he has with so many men in the local gay community. i won't go into full details here but if you get hit on or if you get a Grindr message be sure to respond kindly and don't reject him because you will be banned and he will try to embarrass you in public when you are shopping in the lobby. so this is a direct notification to the owner (as direct as I can make it) do your business, the employees of your business the LGBTQ plus community and the straight folks as well and everyone in general a favor and do something about this guy he shouldn't be allowed to embarrass people like he is doing me being one of them I have been a long time customer and I spent a lot of money here and his accusations or reasons (wich he made loud and public) are completely detrimental and harassment and I am 100% considering legal action However, as I said, I adore the other employees and this business is a gem in our community and I definitely don't want to bring it down or not be allowed to come to it but seeing as he has me banned, it wouldn't really matter since I wouldn't be going to it anymore. , I refuse to stand a side while this terrible excuse for human being let alone the new manager of Perez images still has control over a place me and so many others enjoy stopping at to shop and bump into old friends and new faces alike so. as long as he's allowed to do that then I think , and not only myself but everyone else that has been treated in such a manner should put our foot down and speak up or proceed with legal options if necessary until the problem is resolved. I do know that not only myself but many others have made attempts at reaching out in the past with no luck so I do really hope this message finds the owner and they actually do something about it so I do recommend if you've never been to Perez images. Definitely go check it out. You will enjoy yourself. You'll enjoy the selection.and The service. but just go on a day that the new manager isn't there. Or just don't reject him on Grindr or whatever platform.
