Excellent curb appeal, immaculate, uncluttered layout / design. The owners are at the ready to respond to questions the moment uttered. But beware of the disingenuousness of this kingly treatment. I purchased several items over a two week period spending more than $400. Having had a business in Palm Springs, I know how hard it is to make a go and wanted to give then a good shot. I mentioned a locally -produced, suggesting it would be an excellent addition to their current complement. The next time I went in I was classically greeted with a warm welcome. That is, until I brought that product in and ask if they may like to try it/carry it no cost or financial exposure. Then everything changed. I was treated like an unwanted, unwelcome vendor and nothing more. I took my licking and left materials returning after a few weeks. I asked if they had given it a try or asked others.... After stammering a recovery (he didn;t remember who I was) he proceeded telling me a made-up fairy tale. Reminding him of my offer, try it on consignment for 30 days, if it didn't serve the needs and desires of clients, I would, no questions asked, remove it. Same lack-luster, disrespectful reply. This is a small town and we support other here. Without financial exposure and a very popular product with brand identity in Palm Springs, it was a win for them. We all know, it is good business to do business with those who do business with you. But not at Not So Innocent. I hop elsewhere now... realizing that if I wanted imitation service as a consumer and being treated less than human as a vendor, I'd rather do both elsewhere. read more

We are SO quick to lash out in complaint of any "violation" of customer service a client considers to have been aimed at them, either real or perceived. The complaint has likely been highly exaggerated so as to maximize the opportunity to unleash as cruel an onslaught as they can muster. We've all seen plenty of examples of this rubbish in the Karen videos we've all seen. The world in which we live has normalized this appalling behavior. I don't know about you, but it seems like a WHOLE lot of work to achieve a WHOLE lot of nothing!! So why don't we expend the same level of time and energy in celebrating profound moments of compassion and kinddness?? Keep reading. I'm about to show you just what kind human being our Antonio D.
